My family and I have been going to Laurier dental for years, the dentist does really good work, never had issues. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do all my claims with my insurance company straight, I don't need to be involved. They even help me with parking sometimes. I love it there and I recommend it to anyone. Dr. Joe and his team are as delightful as they are professional. I also enjoy the modernization of their systems; you can efficiently book appointments and receive reminders electronically. That being said, Reception is welcoming and accommodating - no app can replace that! They process claims directly with the insurance company and are knowledgeable of all aspects of dentistry. Special shoutout to Rebecca; she's my favourite DH :)

I was asking around for a good recommendation, my boss gave Laurier Dental a glowing review so I decided to book an appointment (we're both pretty picky about this stuff). I've been her three times now. All the staff have made it a point to remember my name, they are very friendly and personable as well. They provide reminders for appointments which I like. Dr Joseph is excellent. I felt no pain with the needle, my other dentist would mercilessly stab my gums like a deranged lunatic, but I didn't feel a thing with Dr Joseph. My fillings went very well and he filed them down time after time until I was satisfied with them instead of just bumping me off the chair for his next appointment. I don't have a good reference for price since it is covered by my insurance, but I'm sure he's worth whatever he charges! Great practice! Would recommend!

3 or 4 visits so far and by far the best way to have your teeth looked after. On a personal level yes Dr. Joseph and staff are very classy people however, on a professional level I have not had anyone else in the past 20 years who has looked after the health of my teeth better. what i really love about this place is you get all the benefit without the extra, for lack of a better word, B.S that you would expect to deal with at a dental office. Lauriel Dental Fency Tv and reception but very low knowledge and professionalism. Rebecca, the dental hygienist, the worse professional ever, almost destroyed my teeth. They, very polite by phone, offered to check/fix these free. I was very scare to go back there, never, not even for one million dollars. If you love yourself be away of this dental office.

Dr. Joseph Lteif is no doubt a highly skilled and experienced dentist who truly cares about his patients. He eradicates my fear of dental work by clearly informing me of each step he will perform on my teeth and what level of pain I may or may not experience. As well he takes his time explaining the potential risks and benefits. I like that he ensures I don’t feel discomfort by confirming my level of pain throughout procedures and helps to alleviate it. He really takes his time performing procedures and does not rush and causes any harms. I would not see any other dentist and I would very highly recommend him to family and friends :)

Laurier dental is one of the best place I’ve been to! They treat me with great respect, and fairly priced. Hats off to the team it was a great job from processing my paperwork hassle free to a great service by Doctor Joseph Ltaif , and hygienist Gabriella Ltaif, I would most definitely highly recommend LAURE a dental to all my family and friends as I received the most comfortable treatment that I’ve never received anywhere else before????????

I have health conditions which make my teeth brittle and prone to cavities. I have been seeing Dr Lteif for 5 years for routine dental care and various emergencies such as broken teeth. I can still chew and smile because of Dr Lteif's fantastic skills and willingness to try unorthodox solutions. I had many broken teeth successfully reconstructed with and without a post. Most of my fillings are also difficult because they go below a gum-line. Dr Lteif has great technique, gentle and "light" fingers and beautiful sense of humour. The staff of the clinic is welcoming and very professional.

I went here for about 3 years mostly because of convenience. The Hygienist at the time was really good. The dentist was also ok. So why 2 stars? First off because I needed a mouth guard. The assistant did the work to take my teeth's shape(moulding?). When I received the mouth guard, it didn't fit. I simply couldn't close my mouth. But that's ok. This is not the reason I'm giving it a 2. If it was just that, I would have given them a 4. Eventually I had to change dentist Because I changed office and wanted something closer to me. The same way I picked them originally. The new dentist's receptionist requested several times at different dates that they send over my xrays. She tried by calling them and email (or whatever messaging system dentists use). At the end, my xrays were never sent. So I had to get new xrays. It ended up costing me a couple of hundred dollars just because Laurier Dental was petty. I'm not sure if its the receptionist who made this decision to not respond or if its the dentist's rule to not respect patients that "abandon" them. Either way, he's the leader he should know better. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Even if I move back to work closer to their location, I would never go back. Edit : It seems they want me to remove my review because they can't match my name with their patient database. What did they expect, for me to provide my social insurance number? Their reply is a perfect example of my review. I would have removed it if they would have said something along the lines of "its unfortunate you went through this. We will improve our process to make sure this doesn't happen again." Instead, they push me to identify myself and remove my legitimate review. If Google wants me to identify myself, I will gladly show all my receipts to Google Reviews. The review stays.

I usually don't like writing reviews, but when a place is as good as this one, i take the time to do so. I was ALWAYS afraid of dentists, had cavities for years, all because i did not want to go to see a dentist. then one day i meat Dr. Joseph Lteif! WOW!!! This is one a very few dentists that you can tell enjoy his job! he is SO kind and delicate when it comes to deal with your pain and your teeth! he has done a lot of work on me, and never EVER i felt pain! He is just plain wonderful! I will never let any other dentist touch my mouth! no way! and also, a big plus, he is absolutely patient and kind! takes his time to do the work and does it well! another plus, he is excellent with kids! my child only likes going to see him! he is just over the top wonderful! And of course, his staff at Laurier dental are wonderful! they are polite, kind and just nice! I will recommend this place especially if you are scared to see a dentist! he will take your fears away!

Joe Lteif is the best dentist in Ottawa. He is extremely thorough. My whole family goes to him. My kids love him! Which is a super bonus. He works very well with children and is very patient and attentive. They look forward to there visits with him. Rather than run scared, as most kids normally do when heading to the dentist. He is a 10 star dentist with 10 star staff!!! Very highly recommended.
