The staff are very welcoming and the office is very clean. Dr. Ho is knowledgeable, skilled and attentive to concerns. He took the time to discuss with me some options for a trouble tooth and help build a plan. When it came to an eventual tooth extraction, as a nervous patient, Dr. Ho and Janelle were very calming and the experience was surprisingly positive. This is a team that I trust and that I will keep coming to see for my dental care. The COVID screening was efficient and I felt safe coming for my appointments. Dr.Ho is a great dentist. All around. Friendly, attentive, and thorough. However, ways to receive they're payment is not flexible or understanding. Also had to call back because they didn't send the receipts correctly, and resulted in a call to the office to obtain ALL receipts. Great dentist, disappointing office staff.

Dr. Ho is an amazing dentist, especially for those that are afraid of dentists. He was my dentist at Marchwood before leaving to open this, his own practice. I came to him having not been to the dentist in a while and he made me feel totally at ease each visit (and there were many to fix me up). He explains everything clearly and thoroughly before doing anything, which helped really put me at ease. He's skilled, confident, and great with patients. If I wasn't so far from his new practice I'd still be a patient.

Highly recommend this dental clinic and Dr. Ho who I had completed Invisalign with! I had braces before, but unfortunately didn't get a retainer from my previous orthodontist elsewhere. With my wedding coming up, I was unhappy with the way my smile looked as my teeth had become crooked over the years. I still had quite a few months before my wedding which Dr. Ho took into consideration and recommended Invisalign. During my consultation, he thoroughly explained the process and that the duration of my Invisalign treatment would be complete before my wedding date (since I had braces when I was younger). He was very honest and explained that the completion date would only work if I diligently wore my invisalign everyday for the recommend hours to be on track. I liked that he mentioned I could take some time to think about it and I didn't feel like I was pressured. After I decided to go ahead with doing Invisalign with Dr. Ho, everything went really smoothly from the first scanning session to get my trays and all follow up appointments to make sure my teeth were straightening out as planned. All in all great experience with Dr. Ho and I was able to complete my invisalign treatment before my wedding! Also, Couldn't be happier with seeing my smile with straightened teeth in my wedding pictures! Thank you Dr. Ho! :)

My son required some work to fill some pits, and he'd never been to a dentist. Cameron made sure the 3-year-old had a wonderful experience even though he required drilling and filling. Normally I dread anything dental, but recently I realized that I needed to get my teeth cleaned. I went to Greenboro Dental because I figured any dentist would do since it would all be dreadful, but I was so wrong. Walking into the office I was greeted by their wonderful receptionist. She was polite and explained the form to me. Then I met Dr. Ho and I shared with him my dismay with previous dentists and the hate I had for having my teeth cleaned. He reassured me that he would be thorough but he would not be nearly as abrasive as others. By the end my teeth were perfectly cleaned and without all the harsh and painful prodding and poking done by other dentists. Dr. Ho made the experience fun and painless. I would 100% recommend anyone looking for a fun and experienced dentist to go to Greenboro Dental!

Dr. Ho performed an excellent job with an internal bleaching procedure of my front tooth. He was able to lighten the extremely darkened tooth by multiple shades to match my other teeth. Dr. Ho insisted on performing as many tooth bleaching sessions until either the tooth whitened enough or until it stopped lightening. Fortunately for me, my tooth was at the perfect shade after the third session. Dr. Ho is extremely skillful and made the whole experience delightful. I will be returning for Invisalign. Not a big fan of dentistry in general after a lifetime of pain and disappointments but these guys have really changed my mind as to what professionalism and patient care is all about. Although my first visit was a little unnerving for me, they found a way to make me feel comfortable, fully part of the process and not just another mouth. I had some bad experience with my previous dentists. They only care about their money, but not their clients' needs and feelings. My teeth only look better for couple of years after I spent thousands of dollars on them. Therefore, I decided to find a new dentist who is not only technically good but also cares about their clients feeling and listens to them. Great place for any dental work. I had my implants done here and everything was top notch from the extraction, graft and placing of the actual implant. You can tell that they are on top of the latest technology and equipment.
