WOW!!! The staff are very friendly, June is easily the kindest and most welcoming member of this team doing both care for children's teeth as well as reception! I have been going to Dr. Todd's as long as I can remember for simple cleanings, braces, and more. This dentist office is very open and welcoming, feeling more as going to visit family. I live in Toronto, but I travel to Oshawa for my dental appointments. I admit my bias, but the record clearly shows that Dr. Michael Todd and his staff are super deluxe professional and always get the job done. I was Dr. Todd’s first Invisalign patient. No one could tell from my smile that my bottom lower teeth were crooked, but that is the truth of the matter. I was sort of a test patient for Dr. Todd. He wanted to do a blueprint on one patient (me) to get a client’s feedback on Invisalign and the strengths and possible drawbacks of Invisalign. I gave Dr. Todd regular reports so he could establish a foundation of care for future patients. Dr. Todd is very good at blueprinting Patients in terms of dental care and incorporated all my Invisalign data into the matrix (to help clients feel comfortable with dental procedures and dental trays going forward). All the dental hygienists are wonderful, professional, caring, and friendly. Thank The front office staff is helpful and a joy to deal with at all times. The cleanliness of the practice is incredible and one can watch CP 24 in the waiting room. But the practice is prompt with patients and there really is no waiting time at Simcoe Smile Dental. Calm Surrender Healing

I am so happy to find Dr.Todd and his team. I have always had a phobia of the dentist. Dr.Todd’s approach is calm and gentle and helps you relax. Dana one of the team members cleaned my teeth and was very patient and gentle and made the experience so comforting. Knowing my jaw locks she was patient giving me moments in between teeth. It was the best experience I’ve ever had. The admin staff are friendly and welcoming and make you feel at home like you have known them forever. My teeth had shifted and were crooked due to missing teeth and smoking I had been to many dentists and was basically told to get ready to lose them What a refreshing change when I went to see Dr Todd and his team who are extremely knowledgeable and friendly We made an action plan on how to get my smile back starting with implants and moving onto Invisalign’s Everything was explained from start to finish and I now have my smile back just in time for my sons wedding. The receptionists were very patient with my while I was in college and had issues with coverage (lots of paperwork) They helped me out and didn’t act like I was putting them out like some other places might! I was recommended to visit this place by a friend who spoke highly of the service. I decided to give them a call and had to leave a message. My call was returned by the receptionist the following morning as I was dropping my daughter off to daycare so I advised the receptionist that I would call back once I was done.. However when I called back the first thing the receptionist asked is "Why is your number blocked" so I responded "I pay to have it blocked, is there a problem with that?" and her response is "Its strange!! ". I was lost for words so the phone went silent... then she says " and I don't even know your name"... I was thinking in my head if that was not your first question why are you taking calls for this dental office? Very unprofessional from the start.. this has no baring on the dentist / specialists at this office rather the front line worker. No business nor referrals from me.
