I had my 4 wisdom teeth swiftly removed by Dr. Zapata and her wonderful dental assistant. Luckily in the room with these wonderful people they were able to fix that too! Dr. Popa is a remarkable dentist and her team is equally as exceptional. I was referred to her earlier this year and I’m happy I finally went in. I was a patient at another dental office previously and, though I didn’t realize it at the time, the work was subpar and the dentist was dishonest. I had to insist there was a problem several times, to which my concerns were dismissed and I was advised to “go back when I was in pain.” This left a poor taste in my mouth and dissuaded me from wanting to go back to any dentist. The standard of work that the staff at the Oshawa Dentist strive for is much higher than I have seen at any other dental office. The hygienists (and restorative hygienist) provide quality service and ensure their patients’ satisfaction. Even the ladies at the front desk are friendly, welcoming, and incredibly personable. The entire team is honest, kind, and dedicated to their work. It truly feels like a family when you step into that office. I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone and everyone.

As someone who hadn't been to the dentist in a while (gulp) I was beyond impressed the second I walked in. The office I warm and welcoming and the staff amplify that. The receptionists were so friendly and sweet and both the hygienist and dentist were friendly and patient and listened to ALL of my concerns. The hygienist who did my cleaning was very thorough and, although I'm a wuss, did it with minimal discomfort and continued to ensure I was okay. I was able to book my next appontments no problem and can honestly say I'm thrilled I found this office.

My daughter Liberty got some work done and I was just amazed on how friendly the staff was and the doctors. My daughter is age 5 and she felt super comfortable. My family has been coming here for 10 years, always on time, and quick to accommodate for emergency appts, Dr's are great, staff always makes me and the kids feel very comfortable, pictures are taken before and after filling appts and are shown and explained at the end of the appt. I’ve been to a few different dentist offices but this is hands down the best one I’ve ever been too. The staff is extremely welcoming and thorough with their work. As soon as I walked in Colleen went above and beyond to help me with any questions I had about any paperwork or work that needed to be done, and also helped pick the time best time for me to schedule another appointment. Dr Zapata was also amazing, she’s the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my time there and wouldn’t think about going anywhere else. Dr. Roxana Popa was able to save one of molars. When she first examined my tooth, she referred to it as a “royal mess”. Most dentists would leave me with the only option of extracting my tooth. Through a long process of her doing an extremely difficult root canal procedure and filling, she was able to save my tooth. She then placed a beautiful crown on my tooth that fits like a glove; I do not remember the crown is there most of the time, because it feels so comfortable as if it has always been there. Dr. Popa is an extremely professional, talented, skilled and honest dentist that you want working on your teeth. She is VERY focused, dedicated and committed to any challenging dental problems. At first, Dr. Popa was unsure if my tooth could be saved, but she allowed her many years of artistic expertise flow through her magical hands. Amanda is a great hygienist, she is the reason why I booked the follow up appointment for filling. However, when it came down to my filling appointment with Dr. Zapata, I was disappointed....... There were communication issues , it was uncomfortable, my neck, hands and legs felt frozen after a while been on the chair. I had to reschedule my other medical appointments next day because pain on right side of my body by been in the same position during filling treatment.
