I had my last wisdom tooth taken out here yesterday. I called over 10 dental offices On July 1st, A holiday. And Harmony Dental was the first to call back on July 2nd and by noon I had my tooth out! It was my first time going here and I was really happy with my experience! The receptionist was very personable and the lady who did my Xray and the Dentist who removed the tooth were both amazing. I’ll be back for sure!

The staff here are very friendly! What I particularly love about this place is that prior to any procedures, they always verify your coverage so that you're aware should you have to pay anything out of pocket. I had to get fillings and I had reached my annual maximum. My dentist worked around that ans ensured that I was informed on the coat of each tooth should I choose to proceed! I've never had a dental office do that before!

Very glad to have come across this dental clinic. Truly a wonderful dental group - the front staff, assistants, hygienist and dentist were all warm, approachable and attentive. I was really impressed with my hygienist, Jessica, who was both gentle and thorough, and answered all of my questions comprehensively (I had quite a few!). The whole team at Harmony dental is amazing! I have a large family with complicated needs. The dental team is patient and helpful. They explain everything and don't try to gouge you unnecessary like others I've tried. My six year old had fillings with no freezing and the team was so pleasant and patient with her. she sat through the whole thing calmly and watched curious george. Today he put me at ease before he even started. he worked quickly, explained what was happening and what had to happen, took pics and showed me the end result. I have had 5 different dentists throughout my life not counting specialists and without question Dr. Melissa Yeung is the most proffesional and competent by far. She is thorough, patient and meticulous in her work. Everything that she does is explained during the procedure and always asks if you are comfortable. She photographs the teeth before and after to review the work she performed after the session. The various hygenists and dental assistants have also been excellent. It all starts with the warm welcoming receptionists that greet you and are efficient at booking appointments and submitting claims and estimates. I highly recommend Harmony dental to anyone who is not happy or uncomfortable with their dental service provider. I switched and am so glad I did!!

My family has been regularly coming to this office for the last 3 years. The dental office is very clean, staff are pleasant and professional, and the office seems to be up-to-date with the newest technology, way more than my previous dentist. They use digital x-rays and they can also show the dental work that’s been done using close-up before and after pictures, which is pretty neat and gives me a better understanding of what’s been done. The dentist and staff are great with kids too, my 4-year-old child has been coming here for her regular check ups. They make the experience here very comfortable, calm and fun for her so she isn’t afraid which is a huge relief for us parents.

From the time I reached the front reception to fill out my forms to the time I left it was all in all an amazing experience. It’s very upsetting that I can’t even reach the orthodontist, I am looking for an affordable and quality braces and would like to know the price range. I have been calling in and I got ignored every single time I called and once a receptionist picked and said they’re busy, which is concerning, because I was looking for the price range. Update: I’ve noticed that you have said that you have no records about everyone who gave you bad ratings which if you scroll you will notice. As well as I was not taken care of the girl who picked up said hello and I said hello and I explained I wanted to get a consultation as well as I am looking at prices, which I wanted to know, and she said we’re busy right now and to call later. But I had been calling for days. If you supposedly did not have records of that I’m not sure what I can tell you, because she had not even asked for my details. So therefore, there would be no records I guess.

About 2 years ago my husband and I were patients here. I went for a tooth extraction and Dr. Betty Costillo dropped my root tip in my sinus cavity. To make things worse she had me get up and jump up and down to try to get it to come down. I ended up going to a dental surgeon in Ajax and paying $400 in xrays 2 years in a row $200 per year, to make sure it wasn’t moving. Not to mention have to TRY to sleep sitting up for a month, it is still in there, and if it causes any problems I could have to go have it taken out. No follow up calls were done to see how I was doing. Very poor patient care! Would definitely not recommend!!! Then my husband went to Dr. Michael Kim, and was having a procedure when he stuck him in the lip with a needle because he was talking to someone. Poor, poor service. Two different dentists at the same clinic. Now 2 years later after all that they are saying we owe $25. WOW! How small and inconsiderate can you get. They will get there $25 today but we definitely DON’T recommend this clinic.

They are so amazing here fit me right in for a broken tooth and managed to fill it so I didnt lose me tooth. They made me so comfortable and talked to me explaining everything they were doing. I have extreme anxiety about the dentist but they were great I had no issues. Thx so much

We started going to Harmony Dental when my son cracked/shattered his tooth. Our old dentist was in Toronto and we were already planning on finding one closer to home. They were the ones with the highest reviews, very close to home, AND I believe they were able to squeeze him in the same day. I was very pleased with how we were treated and decided to continue with all of our treatments there. My three kids have seen Dr. Ritesh Briah many times in the last few months. He is amazing with them and making them feel at ease, he goes through the treatment plan with you and shows you visuals of what needs to be/he has done. We have also seen Dr. Ali a couple times and he deserves the same compliments. All of the assistants and reception staff are also great! We’ve never waited longer than 2 minutes before being seen and everything runs very smoothly????????

Their front desk staff is terrible. They lied to me about my plan not allowing direct billing. I actually don't mind paying up front but just don't lie. I was told they "tried and it didn't work". I called insurance and they never tied. If they lie about that they can't be trusted with anything in my oppinion. They are also rude and because there are dental offices on every corner I'm not sure why anyone would put up with that. they only got 3 stars because of the dentist is quite nice (Dr Melissa) but I've cancelled all appointments for my family of 5 and switching.

When I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff members, which put me at ease right away. I was very lucky to be seen by Dr, Ali as he was very thorough, patient and kind.
