The dentist and staff are extremely friendly, and everything went well until one of my old root canals had an infection that required a procedure known as "Maxillary Anterior." She avoided the issue for two months and then said she could not do it, and so referred me to an Endodontist who charged me $355 over and above the $521 my insurance company paid out for this 45 minute procedure which, according to my insurance company, would have covered the expense 100% at the General Practitioner's rate. UPDATE: I had a second opinion on this procedure by another General Practitioner dentist who, after doing a consultation, said that he also would have recommended the Endodontist as it was more of a surgical procedure and therefore the specialist. I don't understand why specialists should earn more than the GP's in the practice, nor do I understand why OHIP wouldn't cover something like this, but hey, that's the messed up world I need to try to fix.

Last week they cancelled my sons appt an hour before he was to go in for a filling. Now they call 45 min before my husband's appt because they had an emergency come in. If you have an appt scheduled, make sure you keep. You have lost us as clients.

10 Stars!!! If I could give more stars..I would! I came in this office for the first time the day (Emergency..as well as on a Saturday!!) and I was extremely nervous, anxiety and panic attacks..but left the office smiling! The ladies their are absolutely amazing! So kind, courteous, not one selfish bone in their body! The dentist as well, kind, patient and informative. If you are anything like me, and avoid going at all..because of the way some dentists or hygienist treat you and judge you, then please don't hesitate to visit this office!! Honestly the best dentist hands down. All of her staff are friendly gentle and attentive.. I have a fear like most people and usually have anxiety leading up to a dental visit.. But with this Dentist and her small hands and winning personality she makes me feel at ease.. Her receptionist is awesome (Ashley). I will forever recommend this facility.. 10 stars ????⭐❤️

Just had some cavities filled in. Procedure was absolutely painless, didn't even feel Dr. Ajwani slip the freezing needle into the gumline. Ashley was excellent, keeping an eye on my sensitive jaw (car accident) and calling for quick breaks when it got too much, without me needing to say anything. While getting your teeth drilled isn't ever a relaxing experience, they took away the fear and anxiety from the procedure and made it, if not enjoyable, at least kinda boring. But in a good way.

Really helpful front desk staff. She is caring and enthusiastic which helps as you step into a dental clinic... I met dentist Dr Saurabh Chabra who did meet my expectations very well. I was a new patient when I arrived and now there is NO other dental office I would even think of going to. My first call, I spoke to Ashley who made me feel SO comfortable, answered all and more of my many questions. She was honest, straight forward and her compassion for my new venture with dentures had me knowing I was in the best hands! She was incredible in reducing my high anxiety, fear of dentists and the pain. I can't say enough about her wealth of knowledge, ability to truly CARE for me as her patient and ensuring I received the BEST outcome for me. She is definitely an ASSET and vital part of your dental experience. Meeting and discussing my needs with Dr. Swati the first time, I truly felt she was concerned with giving me the best treatment options, and she certainly exceeded my expectations! Amazing , fantastic experience! Highly impressed by Dr Swati's professionalism and genuine concern for her patients. All my apprehensions were put to rest when she explained all the treatment needed in detail and patiently answering all my queries regarding it. While on dental chair , I was so at ease because of her composed personality and her supportive staff .I would highly recommend this clinic as I felt you and your teeth will be genuinely looked after and will be advised treatment which is needed.

Dr. Kumar!!!! Yes Indian, but better than any other doctor!!! What a great doctor!!! Studied in England and can't say enough about this guy. And their staff, unbelievable!!! Seriously, they even have a sense of humor. Need a new family doctor, ask for dr. Kumar (and no, Harold is not his nurse : )

When I say I have a fear of dentists, that is truly an understatement. Dr. Ajwani and her caring staff especially Ashley have been more than patient and caring when working on myself. They took the time to help me through some major dental work talking me through it and reassuring me all the way through. Believe me when I say you are in good hands here and they will help you through what ever dental issue you have large or small.

Great experience. Dr. Priya made sure that she didn't have to do any invasive cavity fillings and recommended that I do preventive care. She made a thoughtful recommendation to use breathRx. This place is far from where I live but I would make the trip again.

Had to have a tooth pulled. I have no dental insurance. The oral surgeon I was being sent to seemed to be giving me the run around. I phoned a few dentist offices. When I called the receptionist at Grandview Dental it was a great relief. She told me to send over a copy of the xrays that were done and my medical history. I was totally shocked that one of the dentist phoned me at home that night and booked me in right away. I have had teeth pulled before when I was a teenager (now 68) with not good memories. Dr. Nik went over everything and had the tooth out in about 2 minutes after the freezing took hold. He said hang on and it was done. I could not believe it, it was done. I thought he was just getting started. Gave me a prescription and off I went. They charged me less that half of what I was quoted at the original dentist. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

From the minute you enter the office and see the receptionist's(Ashley's) smiling face you realize this isnt any regular dental office. They welcome you, they make you comfortable and they treat you like a person, not a patient. If you have any phobias, they treat you with respect and try their hardest to make you comfortable. Every procedure is thoroughly explained and never rushed through.This is the 4th dentist office Ive visited in 10 years and I have no intention of ever going anywhere else ever again. This is definitely my dentist for life.

I was with my previous dentist for over 20 years. My daughter had an infection one night about 2 years ago and Dr Ajawni had her come in the next day. We switched the entire family at that point in time and haven’t looked back. My husband is unfortunately about to go through some major dental surgery and work and as petrified as he is if dentists he trusts the staff at Grandview to do the work. The location is perfect for us with office hours that work for any working family. Highly recommend this office.
