Best dentist in town 100% You are their priority, and they do their jobs very well! Dr. Billy is a miracle worker, I had so much I needed to get done because I've sort of been scared of dentists from previous experiences at other dentist offices, but they helped me get over it and there hasn't been a single mishap or anxiety problem here. They also managed to catch me up on all of the work I needed extremely fast!! Thank you guys so much <3

The staff are beyond amazing and such a pleasure to see every time we go in. Such a nice environment that calms your nerves, especially if your are anxious about the dentist. They go at your pace, never seem rushed and explain everything they are doing. Also great with kids! Would definitely recommend for the whole family!

Had my first appointment today and everyone was so nice! I didn’t feel shamed or judged about my less than ideal brushing habits and the whole team just seemed like they wanted to help me get back on track. You do have to pay $5 for parking but I didn’t think that was a huge deal.

Orillia smile center is absolutely amazing. The staff are all incredible friendly. No one likes going to the dentist and in the past I have had numerous bad experiences. The staff and dentist at Orillia Smile center have always made me feel relaxed and have taken care of me. For example: I barely slept last night from tooth pain. I went to work and realized something is not right. I called hoping to get an appointment this week, or go sit in emerge for a few hours. The staff were very understanding and were able to squeeze me into their schedule today. Thank you to the dentists and the staff. They are all incredible and so friendly.

Dr Billy and the staff at the Orillia Smile Centre are an absolute tremendous bunch! Being a current patient with tedious cosmetic work done, I can only speak highly of Dr Billy Tsang. He works with such a keen eye to detail and precision, he makes sure you never leave disappointed. Everyone is so welcoming, and Dr Billy’s work is absolutely astonishing. I have literally left his office with tears of joy. The work, and dedication he had put into making my smile just the way I wanted it, I couldn’t be happier! If visiting with an insurance plan, pay close attention to what they tell you is covered VS what is actually covered to avoid an unexpected bill. Also pay close attention to additional services they may deem "essential" such as full x-rays YEARLY as an adult, which is not. This will result in you paying for extra x-rays if you truly need them later in the year. Most recently my insurance company was billed for a COMPLETE cleaning which includes a DENTIST to perform the final check.... he was out of the office at this time and there was NO REDUCTION towards the cost of the visit. I have been a patient for a few years now, they're gypsies. Currently seeking a new clinic. Cheers.

People here are too social, my first experience was good but every time after that I had 2-3 staff members in the room just being social talking to the doctors while they filled my cavities. I also had a major anxiety attack while getting my cavity filled because I was choking on my spit and the assistant just kept telling me to breathe when I obviously couldn't. long story short they had to completely re do my cavity filling because they were talking and not doing their jobs correctly.

Today was my first time at the Orillia Smile Centre. I had to get one wisdom tooth removed. Dr. Shannon and her assistant Taylor were amazing. They made sure I was comfortable during my operation and didn’t rush me out like other dental offices I’ve been too. Kendra at the front desk was also very kind, helped me with my insurance and made sure I knew everything I needed to before I left. Everyone is really friendly and seem happy. They treat you as though they like you without precedent - a bit unsettling at first but you get used to it. I switched to them a couple years ago. They ran through my options for wisdom teeth removal and were patient with my on again off again benefits situation and quotes/scheduling. Post-covid re-opening the previous surgeon I was quoted for wasn’t available and the new, younger Dr. presented a more cautious approach and gave me the option of getting a scan of my impacted tooth to evaluate the risk of nerve damage. Scan was clear, surgery went well, recovery was fast. I’m glad I switched to this location.

I have a great experience. I needed a tooth extraction. The staff very friendly, professional, very knowledgeable. The Dentist that did my extraction was gentle and caring and very thorough. I had some laughing gas but even with that you can sometimes feel the dentist work... this dentist was so gentle I hardly felt the needles and I was completely frozen so I felt nothing.... No pain. The dental assistant was fun and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The front staff took care of payment efficiently. The costs very fair, they are not to gouge you. One of the ladies faxed my script in advance so I didnt have to wait at pharmacy. All in all my experience was amazing. No need to feel afraid of the dentist at this place.

Orillia smile was by far the best clinic I’ve ever been too, the whole team are nothing but welcoming and comforting during your whole procedure, using every skill set they have to their full potential. I’m not an easy client to deal with, high anxiety, prone to fainting and overall having a fear of a surgery and these absolutely wonderful staff members worked with me at my own pace, made sure I felt safe and comfortable with not only the procedure but with them as well. They provided me with everything I needed for aftercare, followed up on how I was feeling and, 24 hours later, no swelling no pain, absolute wonderful performance of an invasive procedure. A connection and a bond with someone is extremely important during one on one procedures especially invasive ones, and these ladies go above and beyond your needs. Best experience by far. Certainly not an ideal situation for service providers to attempt coverage of their pandemic patients, but an experience whereby we all gain experience to better manage future disruptions.
