I can't compliment & recommend this office enough. I had a vertically split molar that was misdiagnosed by two other dentists. After a sleepless night due to pain (even with extra strength ibuprofen) they were able to see me on the same day I called on a Saturday! The office was bright & clean, and everone there was supportive anf cheerful. Even though it was technically after hours, the dentist informed me that he couldn't let me go another day with the condition of my tooth. He actually listened to me when I told him I was resistant to local anaesthetics. The extraction was quick & painless. My thanks to the receptionist, assistant, and dentist who looked after me today. I wish I remembered their names. I'll learn them on my next visit!

I'm in an a bit of an emergency and not a patient if theirs. I had left work due to tooth pain and went to the nearest dental office in Brechin. Got x-rays and made an appointment but it was for two week waiting period and by the next day my tooth pain and infection were even worse (plus I'm taking time off work) so I made an appointment with LakeSide, for one week, and had the other office in Brechin send them the x-rays... I had thankfully forgotten to write the time with with LakeSide lol (due to pain from split/infected tooth/gums). I call the morning I'm supposed to leave (following Monday) and they tell me that they took my name off the schedule because I never called them back..and never answered their call?... My appointment is is today, I have taken a week off work with this tooth, and even used up 5 vacation days. Spent 42 hours rinsing my mouth out at a kitchen sink at one point, went through half a bottle of Tylenol 1's... I can't believe this. I made an appointment on Tuesday for the following monday, used up all my sick days at work and even 5 vacation days, finally get the infection cleared and ready to go and they tell me thankfully as I call them before I walk out the door cuz I was leaving a little early just in case.. that they canceled my appointment sometime within 7 days.. thanks! Also it was really awkward calling HR at work and trying to explain this to them cuz now I need more time off work, abruptly.

In town from Yellowknife cracked a molar and these guys got me in same day I called. Great warm welcome at reception to being well treated by the Dr and his assistant in the chair. Would definitely recommend these guys, awesome experience and I’m not even a client of theirs.

I had a broken tooth the other day and called several offices, they were the only one that could get me in fast. Unfortunately my tooth was broken beyond repair so he had to remove my tooth . I was very nervous but he did his best to calm me down and it worked! He even made me laugh at some point! Staff are nice and office is cozy. It is not a big office with 10 rooms and dozen people in it . It is really a family clinic .

This is a really great dental office. Being someone who gets super anxious before and during the dentist visit this was by far my most pleasant experience at a dental office. They got me in to take out a broken tooth on short notice. Afterwards it was the least amount of bleeding I have ever had and my pain was extremely minimal compared to previous visits to other dentists. The office is bright and well looked after and the staff is really calming.

I have had such a fantastic experience at Lakeside Family Dentistry in Orillia. Dr. Naghdi is very professional, informative and I truly think he cared about me and my teeth! I'm not a big fan of the dentist, I hate getting any work done in my mouth but I have confidence in Dr.Naghdi since he made me feel very comfortable and relaxed while working on my teeth. Dr. Naghdi is very knowledgeable, nice and provides the best affordable treatment option. It was such a good experience at Lakeside Family Dentistry and well worth driving 104 km each way. I would highly recommend Dr. Naghdi and Dr. Bajgiran at their new lovely and cozy office in Orillia.

Last year I went to this dentist and got a root canal the tooth beside it had a crack right down it I asked for them to fill it and the lady said it was not necessary because it wasn’t doing any harm and that I should wait till after my wisdom teeth were removed and they were suppose to refer me to specialist now ten months went by and I was wondering why I hadn’t heard anything well I brought my 13 month old in and paid 70$ for a visit for them to do nothing to tell me I have to bring her to a specialist well why even have me come in if u knew she was to young for u to do anything then while their referring her to a specialist I bring up when am I going to hear from the specialist about my teeth and they wouldn’t tell me anything just that they will refer both of us to same people so like two weeks later I hear from the specialist to make an appointment for both of us well now I’m pregnant so I can’t go under a major surgery due to health risk and now that cracked tooth is causing me severe pain only 3 weeks after hearing from specialists which is now gonna be a root canal again witch is gonna cost me more when this dentist could have put a filling in a year ago like I had asked now I’m in horrible pain while pregnant and have a bad infection

Very professional, but also staff seem friendly and courteous. Dr. Laleh M.Bajgiran seems to really know her stuff and did a wonderful job fixing my tooth. I don't normally leave reviews but this dentist warrants one.

Super amazing staff! The receiption is lovely! The dentist is very gentle so gentle I was falling asleep during a Root canal procedure and accomodating always checking in with you to see if you are okay. Highly recommended! 100% 5 stars!

The dentist who cared for my daughter was ignorant and extremely rude, I wouldn't recommend this dental practice to anyone I know, my daughter was in tears from the way he spoke to her, he needs to be more caring, NEVER RETURNING!

This is an amazing dental office they are fast and VERY efficient. I came in see Dr. Bajgiran and she looked at me and said I'd be a great candidate for Invisalign. This shocked the hell out of me and sure enough I sit here typing this review with clear aligners in my mouth. Shout out to Dr. Bajgiran and her amazing staff!
