Will not return. Attended for a cavity filling (x-rays done by my dentist who retired), they were not prepared to do. No idea about it when I showed up. I then paid for an exam even though I had one several months prior and left more sore than I have ever been after a dentist. Gums were inflamed for days.

Went for cleaning today and as always, Suzanne who is only person i like working on my teeth, does an incredible job. I just adore her, so kind, empathetic, informative, non-judemental, gentle and funny. I always look forward to going because of her. Compared to last time i was there in march, i had to sign covid sheet and every room use to have open doorways. Now they have every opening sealed tight with plastic, each room has air purifier and they take tons of extra covid related safety procedures to protect themselves and patients from start to finish. Because of that i felt very safe and well cared for. I highly recommend dr hill and her entire team and have been going there since i moved here in 1995.

It is well operated and takes time to explain in detail what is being done when a problem arises (such as a broken molar) and needs fixing (as experienced just today). My husband and I have been going here for years and are very happy with this Dental Practice. We would highly recommend it.

I was nervous before the appointment, but the office staff, Tina, and Dr. Hill made it very comfortable and easy to follow health guidelines. They have done a FANTASTIC job with keeping themselves and clients safe. After having a bad experience as a child, I did not feel comfortable enough to have my teeth worked on unless, put asleep. Farrah Merali DDS has been a god sent. I had amazing experience with her working on my teeth. Just a very relaxed atmosphere, I love that she explained everything to me as she worked. My daughter also had work done for the first time with her and she made her so relaxed with her calming demeanour. Thank you so much.

Was there today for the first time. Very positive experience! Dr. Hill is terrific, very knowledgeable, informative & thorough! She does not push any treatment that isn't strictly necessary. She gave me some excellent advice on how to clean my teeth & gums while doing minimal damage to any fragile areas. Then the dental hygeniest did my teeth cleaning. She was also very good & very thorough. She reviewed methods of cleaning my teeth & introduced me to a new cleaning accessory that will work very well for me. A totally positive experience all around!

We are pleased with the well organized process to handle clients in light of the covid-19 virus pandemic. There was an abundance of sanitizer available, the staff were equipped with PPE and each individual room was equipped with an air purifier. Sheets of plastic virtually isolated each room from one another and from the common hallway. We don't think a better job could have been done.

I’ve had some pretty bad experiences as a child with a previous Dentist office and Tina has completely helped me through my fear and anxiety with coming in. She’s gentle and takes her time and answers any questions I have about what she’s doing next. The atmosphere in this office is the absolute best. Everyone is so happy and nice, it’s fantastic.
