I was very transparent that I was LEAVING my previous dentist who did not care for ONGOING issues with my teeth. I was very clear that after this first visit with them, I needed some legitimate direction about what is going on. Dr Shoniker pokedd around after the cleaning told me I needed 4 CAVITIES FILLED and left before I could even close my mouth to talk/ ask questions. I left crying with no follow up or information provided. Never going back.

Not sure why people left poor reviews on this place. Staff are friendly and helpful. So far they have made a good impression on my first visit. Would ignore the poor reviews and give them a fair chance. Support local businesses!

Very unhappy with this office Dr.Shoniker yelled at my 2-1/2 year olds for playing in the waiting room. (Not loud not running around). I would not take kids there she is not kid friendly at all. Horrible.. I would give no stars but it won't let me. Would like to add the rest of the staff was great and amazing to deal with to bad she is the dentist.

I was having issues with a wisdom tooth and as soon as I called in Amber was incredible getting me in ASAP. At my appointment everyone is the office were kind and I had a great experience. Weeks later it started to act up again and they were super accommodating to help in anyway they could. I'd highly suggest them to anyone, they listen and are thorough!

Dr Shoniker's receptionist Amber is rude and unprofessional and I wouldn't waste your time enduring her ego for the sake of a cleaning. However, parking is convenient and Washago is a lovely village to visit. Maybe put up with Amber's nauseating attitude if you have no other dental options?

I have no idea about these negative reviews.... just finished my first visit. Had x-rays and a cleaning. Amber was nowhere near rude. She was a delight! Dr Shoniker was very thorough with her exam and went through my x-rays with me. Her assistant was wonderful. Becky cleaned my teeth. She was gentle and did a great job. I felt very welcomed and comfortable there. Would highly recommend.

Best dentist ever. I really dislike going to the dentist in general but everyone in this office always make it a comfortable and enjoyable experience. If you are nervous about the dentist this is the place to go!
