The Team @ Uxbridge Family Dentistry definitely run a slick operation. Our Family has been patients since day one. Regular checkups and routine cleanings. It wasn’t until a recent dental emergency I really came to appreciate how much they cared. After a very painful night, I sent an email that morning; receiving both a reply and a phone call telling me to drop in as soon as I could. A quick x-ray revealed a split tooth and after a short consult on my options, the tooth was extracted (NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED). I’m now on the road to recovery and I can’t thank Dr. Banh & Team enough. I’d prefer keeping our interactions to every 9 months (lol); however it’s good to know you have our back when things go sideways! Cheers, Steve Megaffin.

Definitely a 5 star experience! My husband is not a fan of the dentist and avoids it when he can! I convinced him to go see Dr Banh as I had heard such great things about his practice. Jeff came home raving about his experience. The staff, the clinic and Dr Banh - professional, understanding and very helpful. I think we now need to transfer the whole family over to Uxbridge Family Dentistry!

Evening appointments are so appreciated! As Dr. Bahn and his assistant finished replacing my fillings--painlessly!--it was approaching 8:00 PM. Such a long day, in hot protective gear, but they were still in good spirits and so pleasant. Thank you for staying late and allowing me to come after MY working hours.

He, and all the staff, are caring, thorough and organized and always take the time to say hello and ask how life is before getting to the dental work. Great with kids too!! My first visit for assessment went well. On the second visit, Dr. Reyes workred on the left side of my mouth , and all seemed well. The third visit is when things fell apart, because I requested several times that Dr Reyes continue with the right side, but was told that he was not available. Another dentist was assigned to me and things quickly deteriorated. I noted tooth pain in specific teeth, but this was largely ignored and the dentist said that the problem was with exposed roots etc. She proceeded to load me up with 7 units of freezing injected into my jaws and aggressively scraped and ground the teeth along my right side, all done without Nitrous Oxide, even though I had made this request from the beginning. When the freezing faded, the pain began and my mouth took 5 weeks to recover from this treatment. The pain in the troubled molar was still there, and it continued to get worse. I went to another Uxbridge Dentist, and was quickly diagnosed with an abscess. Once The tooth was removed, the pain ended, but Aster had used up all of my dental insurance, and I was charged $700 for the X-rays and extraction. All of this could have been avoided if the second dentist had listened to me and treated the sore tooth and not focussing on the more expensive deep root grinding. I will not return to Aster Dental, and will advise friends to do the same. Disappointed and out of pocket Neil Turnbull Rating 1out of 5

Dr. Banh, is University of Toronto trained dentist, that gives very straightforward answers. Seems quite knowledgeable and attentive. Would recommend.

I’ve been a patient with this dentist office for quite some time. If your looking for a friendly family office, this is it. From the moment I walk in the door Arlene is usually always there to greet me. She’s extremely friendly and somehow always seems to remember our last conversations. She’s extremely knowledgeable and a huge reason as to why I love this office so much, it’s always great to walk in the door and see her welcoming self. It’s clear that she’s extremely hardworking and she offers extremely efficient service at the front. Not all offices offer this experience the moment one walks in the door, which is why I choose to travel to a different town to come to this office. The dental hygienists are always extremely friendly, caring and considerate. They take their time and ensure that I am always comfortable at every visit. I am also always brought in for appointments almost immediately with no wait time. Heather seems to be friendly and very prepared. Dr. Banh is friendly and confident and always has time to speak with his patients. Such a welcoming office and great staff!

I knew there was something special about this practice when years ago they whipped me into the office after calling regarding severe pain after dental surgery elsewhere. They saw me quickly and after following the directions given by Dr. Banh I had immediate relief. It was remarkable. Fast forward a few years and we just returned from our 3 year old twins checkup. Krista was phenomenal and much to our amazement she even had our shy daughter sit for the entire cleaning and checkup with full smiles after - we couldn't believe it. This truly is a dentist practice that serves the ENTIRE family. New in town and looking for a trustworthy dentist with friendly staff - look no further :)

Switched my family over from another practice in town. I was quoted work by my old dentist and didn't feel comfortable with it so I went into see Dr. Banh for a second opinion based on some recommendations. Dr. Banh was super thorough and patient and answered all my questions. In the end, we decided that a lot of the "recommended" work hadn't been necessary and that I didn't need to go through all the hassle and cost after all!!! Being a sufferer of PTSD, Anxiety and Depression i was super afraid coming into the office. I didn't know what to expect as I have had past experiences with other dentists that weren't theenough ggreatest. I had the pleasure of having Mike as my dentist and he was so amazing. I cry like a baby when the needle comes out and I promise you i didn't shed one tear during the process. He also helped me with extra discoloration on my teeth which did make me cry of happiness when I left the office.
