This has to be the best dental clinic in the area. Eva was amazing, thorough, and friendly. Highly highly recommend her. And the densit, Rawad, is friendly, energetic, and a true professional. Excellent communication and really make you feel at home. The office itself is so clean, modern and comfortable looking with couches, tv's, complimentary coffee etc. The procedure rooms themselves have tv's from the ceiling facing you, so while you're being worked on you can be distracted, and the chairs heat /massage! What a wholesome experience. Thank you.

I had been nervous about my cleaning appointment-- like waking up the night before and worrying about it-- but it turned out to be an enjoyable experience. My dental hygienist Ashley was funny, compassionate, and down to earth. She had me laughing and smiling (when my mouth wasn't open for the cleaning). What do you do when your dentist of over twenty years retires and you have to find a replacement? Imagine my sense of relief when I walked into SCFD for the first time. The reception desk staff were immediately welcoming and helpful, and quite accommodating later on when booking my first appointment. When I finally met Dr. Sherghin, I knew I had made the right decision. He is the perfect mix of confident professionalism and personal sincerity. Over the past two years, whether for a check-up or a filling, my experiences here have been consistently positive. I guess you could say that the care I receive from Stoney Creek Family Dental has put a great smile back on my face.

Originally chose this dental office due to proximity to my home (less than 2 minute drive). I continue to come back because of the staff and the service. Dr. Kliman and all the staff are incredible to deal with. Wait time is minimal to non existent, confirmation of appointments is efficient and they all take the time to answer any and all questions you have. I would highly recommend this dental centre to anyone that appreciates personalized, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service.

I have gone to this dentist for 2 years and all was well. However, when I asked for whitening trays a couple of months ago and used them one time, my teeth became discoloured where the enamal had worn away. I was not warned of this possibility and when I went back to complain, I was told A. it will go away B. you are imagining it because you are looking at your teeth too closely now C. keep whitening and it will go away. I was made to feel as if I was crazy and the head dentist argued with me for a good half hour before I was finally shamed enough to go home. Also, they sent my son to Dove Dental in Ilderton for orthodontics. They did not inform me that the orthodontist is from Toronto and that he is only available on Fridays ONCE A MONTH. It took me awhile to figure it out and so needless to say, broken brackets, ineffective stretching devices and replacement elastics were nearly impossible to get. Also, there is no way to contact this Toronto orthodontist and so any updates about the progress of the braces could only be communicated if I went to the appointments myself, left the waiting room, sat beside my 14 year old son and ASKED the orthodontist what was going on. Also, they are usually significantly behind schedule and keep us waiting for half an hour or more. I would not recommend either of these businesses because in the long haul, they bully, disappoint and it is more like self-serve than customer service.

Great experience for the whole family! Having had bad experiences in the past I had been avoiding this important visit but finally caved and went. I also have the added issue of being sensitive to the numbing and require one without epinephrine but I didn't feel at all like this was an barrier or bad where I have in other places. I also was surprised that my teeth health was better than I was thinking it would be, given my larger gap of care. That said, I knew they'd take good care of fixing up whatever would be needed.

It was my first time going to stoney creek family dental and the first time I ever felt comfortable. My siblings and I urgently needed a visit to the dentist (due to covid we hadn’t been in a while). I tried calling other dentists in the area, but was often met with “Can you call back tomorrow, we have a lot of people in the office right now”, or calls that went to the voicemail system maybe because of how busy the lines always were. Well one day, I decided to give Stoney Creek a try. I was blessed to be able to come in to the dentist as a new patient for a cleaning, scanning, x-ray, etc., the very next day????. My siblings also were able to get booked in a week or 2 after, instead of waiting 6 months with another dentist we tried. The staff are genuinely kind, welcoming and honest which lightened the whole experience. I think it’s safe to conclude, based on my experience, that this office strives to serve patients with care, compassion and high quality. I never liked going to the dentist before. Stoney Creek have changed that. The whole clinic is so pleasant, from the fantastic reception to the hygienist they're professional and friendly, they'll let you know what you'll be going through before the operation. Dr. Martins is my favorite doctor now. She extracted two teeth and I felt less pain than I did cleaning my teeth at some other clinics. One day after the extraction I feel no pain and the bleeding have stopped completely. Kudos guys!

The staff are so friendly and helpful from the receptionists to the dental hygienists and dentists. They are also very honest and will not recommend a treatment unless they feel you need it which is really refreshing!

We went to Stoney Creek Dental for my husband's wisdom tooth removal and they were amazing. The other clinic we went to earlier was charging us a lot of money and even after that they were giving us a date after one and a half month, inspite of my husband being in terrible pain. Since we are new to London, I asked my PhD supervisor about a good dentist and he recommended me to Dr. Sherghin at Stoney Creek Dental. I am so grateful to him for that. They have a fantastic team of dentists and their front desk staff is awesome. Their price is also reasonable and was much cheaper than the other place. I am glad that we found our dentist at a new place.

Even though when I booked my consultation on the phone, they said the consult would be free, and they ended up charging me for it, they also worked quickly and diligently to assess my dental needs and completed a tough extraction expertly and efficiently. I have extreme irrational fears of going to the dentist and doctor shergan is never aloud to retire! He is so patient and knowledgeable and really took the time to make me feel comfortable before he ever started working on my teeth. He's absolutely the only dentist I've ever been comfortable with! He will do anything he can to help you be as comfortable as possible while your in his care. The nurses are also very good here. The whole atmosphere of them all happily working as a team is so amazing! Very clean and bright building. Doctor Lu and the team is outstanding! I've grown up my entire life with some pretty nasty issues with cavities. My entire family has had issues and I have too since I was 6... Pulled teeth, surgury, you name it! No judgement on my nightmare of a mouth with him or his team though. Their all super friendly and easy going and just there to help a guy out! They were nice when I went to visit them in the past to extract my two wisdom teeth. Dr Sherghin was very nice and professional and did two extractions for me. He was the only dentist who felt confident doing my extraction and he did a great job! However, the thing that bothered me was that they quoted me a cheaper price because I was a student but when I was being charged the price was off by three hundred. I was fine with it though because I lived out of town and I didn't have time to drive back. Last summer I was going to go back to them for a cleaning because I wanted to use up my insurance as it was expiring soon. They told me that I had to pay for a new patient exam as they had no record of it. However, when I came in for my wisdom teeth extraction they charged my insurance for a new patient exam though...( I have insurance documentation). The receptionist also asked me how much insurance I had and offered to use up the total of $750 for a teeth cleaning. Hmmm... I didn't feel like they really cared for anything but the money

Over the years of going here, to Stoney Creek dental my fear of dentist has completely disappeared. All the staff here are so friendly and always insure you feel comfortable! A huge win for me is that they don't make you pay first and ask you to submit a claim, in the process effectively putting up your own money and waiting sometimes very long periods of time to get it back (depending on your insurer) So it's very nice, not to mention extremely convenient to have a Dentist that bills on the spot to your insurance. Secondly The Staff is incredibly friendly and courteous, and very knowledgeable. I have been recommending this place to all my friends and family. *update Apr 2021* had a wonderful cleaning experience once again! Will be back soon I’ve been to Stoney Creek Dental several times for cleaning and once for wisdom teeth extraction. The cleaning experience depends on which hygienist you get. I had a very experienced one the first time and she was amazing. The second one was a fresh grad and it was during the start of the pandemic so it wasn’t as smooth. I had a wonderful experience with my extraction (to my surprise!) Dr. Lu and Danielle (iirc) are great. They answered all my questions and were very patient. They also read the feedback and continuously strive to improve the patient’s experience. I didn’t have any issues with my extractions so far. Front desk is friendly and they were always able to help me with my questions.

My daughter is a high anxiety chicklet. Very sensitive to pain. Very afraid of dentists from a young age, eapecially prior to our move to Stoney Creek Family Dental from another dentist's care. The dentists at Stoney Creek Family Dental, over the past several years, have always done a marvellous job of treating my daughter with the utmost care. They take the time to explain what they are about to do, and give her adequate time to process the plan and give her rest periods if needed. The t.v screens over the chairs are a boon, and she got to choose a little toy when was done with her treatments. She visited alone for her last appointment because of Covid-19 and reported she was treated well, even in the absence of a hovering parent!!????

He examined my mouth and was able to reassure me that there was no reason for concern. He explained the situation carefully and made certain that I understood his explanation. I went into the clinic for the first time recently. I had a long day and knew I had to get some cavities filled. I wasn't exactly eager to be there and my attitude reflected it. I was however warmly greeted by the staff and Ashley the assistant made sure I was at ease and comfortable. She understood where I was coming from and explained everything to me properly. Dr. Sherghin was very professional and polite. He provided me with an honest opinion and gave me a few options for treatment. I did not feel like I was forced into anything and he respected my choice/ budget. It was a busy time of day and yet I was accommodated without issue. At no point was I made to feel rushed and the whole procedure was handled extremely well. Dr. Sherghin and Ashley worked efficiently and effectively. I felt respected and knew that I was in good hands. I typically feel some anxiety when at a dental clinic and yet here I left happy and at peace. This was an excellent experience and I would happily recommend the clinic, as well as the work of Ashley and Dr. Sherghin. Making the initial appointment was easy and the receptionist was professional and courteous during the entire conversation. The hygienist (Ruben) was wonderful and delightful and Dr. Sherghin extremely professional throughout the visit. The office was clean and cozy with ample (free) parking right down to the heated, massaging dental chairs and the televisions. The hours of operation are very convenient including several late evenings during the week and Saturdays. They also direct bill to your insurance company making the whole experience tranquil. I've recently recieved dental work from Stoney Creek an although I don't enjoy going to the dentist, never have and probably never will, Stoney Creek has made all efforts for me to feel comfortable, this place was recommended by a friend, and I'm thankful, cause this place offers a peaceful environment especially staff, they make you feel welcomed and cared for, before, during and after procedures. I've been to many dentists over the years, and I think I finally found a good fit:).

Fantastic clinic with kind and knowledgeable staff. I have had a pleasant experience each time I have visited the clinic. I have also brought my 4 year old daughter and the dentist and hygienist always took the time to make her feel comfortable during the cleaning, they thoroughly explained everything they were doing to her to make sure she was comfortable and calm during her experience. This is unacceptable. I had an appointment for October 3rd and you called me yesterday that you have a spot available for today and if I want to take it. As I supposed to work today I had to take a day off in order to take appointment for today. And I drove to your clinic today and you called me and told me that I was late. You also sent me few text messages. You never mentioned that I will lose the appointment if I am late 30 min. I came to your parking lot and texted you that I am there. Then I called you and you said that I lost my appointment because I was 30 min late. I asked if I can take my whitening trays and you said that I can't because I need to do cleaning in order to get trays...? Is this about your policy to try and make as much money as possible or is it about you guys telling me what and when I can and can't get for my money..? Now we are at the point of my lost revenue of about $1000 for today, 1 hour of driving to your clinic and back as I live on the other side of the city and fuel costs for this one hour drive. All these expenses and time lost could be avoided if you said in one of your many text messages that I will lose my appointment if I am more than 30 min late. But I am guessing you don't want to include this in your messages because you were not sure if you are going to have someone else to fill the gap and you would rather have me come to you and lose my time and money just in case you don't have anybody else. Very bad dental experience for me and I've seen lots of them. The receptionist was highly unprofessional.

The staff at Stoney Creek Family Dental are caring, understanding, and respectful. There is one hygienist (specifically) named Ashley. I CANNOT praise her enough. She is so gentle in our mouths, taking into consideration of the circumstance (having extremely sensitive teeth). Most hygienists are rough, but Ashley is not! If you are also concerned about COVID protocols, worry no more. This dentistry has filters and machines (in each room) to clean the air from the CORONAVIRUS. They also strive to make everything sanitary for each patient and take every protocol necessary. On Thursday I had a dental emergency with a cracked tooth. When I contacted Dr. Hogan Cann, he was able to fit me in very quickly for an assessment. He also contacted me later that afternoon to ask me how I was doing with pain management. He made sure to contact my pharmacy to help me be more comfortable before my appointment the next day. Above and beyond, for sure! I could not believe how fast I was able to get into see him. Being one with a lot of anxiety over dentist visits, he put me at ease right away. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very empathetic to my situation. Although he did everything in his power to preserve the tooth, unfortunately I needed an extraction. I couldn’t believe that that could be performed right away to put me out of my misery. Not only that, his expertise helped me heal so quickly. 24 hours later I have no pain, swelling, or any complications or lasting effects from it. You would never know I had an extraction. So very thankful to Dr. Hogan Cann and the rest of the staff at the Stoney Creek Family Dentist In London, Ontario .

We have a bigger family (6) and so picking the right place to make things easier is crucial for us. We originally chose Stoney Creek Family Dental because of distance from our home and places we regularly go. I was quite attached to my last dentist and he was good, but my husband really liked Stoney Creek Family Dental from the first easy appointment and asked to switch everyone over. The staff understand that we are building independence in the kids and are helpful in explaining things in the appointments so that they can make decisions (plus they keep track of benefits to help in what is covered - this matters with the kids as they don't necessarily understand this yet) and the kids love their appointments - they think of it as a treat with their "goodie bags" and prizes (that they still do just a little differently now with the pandemic) One of the biggest things is the appointment bookings and keeping as many of us booked at the same time if possible so that it is less trips for appointments. It has been hard over the past year to get appointments figured out elsewhere especially in the early lock down days, a lot of calls to get everybody in, but at family dental we got it all done relatively well! The office has forms completed prior to entering and reduces much waiting in the lobby for appointments. They have a beast of a air purifier in the main lobby, they have individual air units in each room. We felt as safe as we could with the pandemic roaring along. The kids miss the section for them in the waiting area - it was a great area pre COVID. I have meant to write a review so many times (as this is now how I decide on where we will go and try) and we were just recently in and now I finally I am getting on here to write one - so I guess thank you lock down for lots of time?1?:)

For someone who was never a fan of going to the dentist, Stoney Creek Family Dentals staff made my experience very pleasant. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and personable. The facility is very clean and having big screen TVs in the waiting area helped ease my anxiety. I had to have a very large filling fixed which eventually ended up needing a root canal. Dr Kliman was very professional and thorough in his exam. His ability to explain everything in a very easy to understand manner helped to ease my anxiety level. I switched about two years ago. The office is very modern. It was a welcome surprise as to what I was missing out on. There is Wi-Fi, and TVs in each room. The equipment and execution is up to date. The dentist and hygienist are very nice (Ashley and Dr. Sherghuin). For the most part I have the same ones. They text message you with up coming appointment information. The price is reasonable (I am on a plan which is not offered anymore). If you have insurance. They are able to put it through for you and then you can pay with credit and still get the points.

Just came home from my first experience here. It definitely will not be my last. I had an emergency where my filling cracked; and they have me a fast appointment. When I arrived, I texted as directed to let them know I arrived. When I was able to enter, they sent me a text that thanked me for waiting and invited me to come in. The receptionists were very lovely and polite. The waiting area was spotless. I was taken back to the exam room and a lovely young lady assessed my issue. She conveyed my anxiety about needles and dentistry to the dentist. When Dr. Li came in, he was so pleasant and considerate. He understood my fear and took it gentle and slow, telling me to let him know if it was too much. When he was finished, my tooth looked amazing!! You would never know it’s been capped! It looks natural and feels natural. Without the freezing, it’s like I never even had anything done. This place is incredible, and I’m happy to have found them!!

Switched recently for convenience and a more modern up to date Dental office and not disappointed at all. I have had major anxiety prior to needles and for the first time ever ( I’ve had major dental work), not felt the needle. I was distracted by the TV, I was kept in the loop of my procedure. I saw Dr. Sanderon at the Stoney Creek Family Dental centre after years of avoiding the dentist because of dental anxiety. Dr. Sanderson was SO efficient and reassuring during his care, as were all the dental assistants/hygienists that worked with me there. They addressed many cavities and my wisdom teeth that I'd been putting off having addressed for some time with total compassion and professionalism. It was a huge relief and I'd recommend them to anyone (especially those who've had a hard time at the dentist in the past and are looking for someone who can accomodate this). Best experience I've ever had at a Dentist! I typically get very stressed out (understatement) at the dentist but even with this being one of the largest procedures I've ever had, it was still, hands down, the best. Dr. Kliman was beyond patient, he explained things which put me at ease, and most importantly, he's very personable and funny. I wasn't thrilled about my old dentist so decided to try these guys out when I had an emergency come up. The admin/scheduling staff were absolutely wonderful and very kind, managed to fit me in right away, the hygienist was incredibly nice too and immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. There wasn't one interaction here that was any less than a 10/10. I grabbed another form on the way out to transfer my husband over, and will be telling the rest of my family. So happy to have found a dentist office I enjoy!

Poor customer service! We made a payment recently with a wrong card. When we contacted them to reverse the charge and take the payment from another card that’s linked to my medical flexible spending account, they refused. This should be easily doable from their end, yet they are unwilling to help. That says a lot about how much they care about their customers. Find dental service somewhere else, or make sure you use a credit card that will support your dispute if something goes wrong.

As a new client at Stoney Creek Dental my experience was fantastic. The clinic's equipment is state of the art. Diagnostic machines are beyond what I have been use to in the past. Creature comforts (patient recliners with head-phone option for tv mounted on the ceiling) are a nice touch! :) My dental hygienist, Roopan was friendly and professional as was my dentist, Dr. Andrew.
