Had my first visit today after leaving Barton Dental recently and must say this practice left me feeling good about my decision. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The girls at the desk prebooked my next appointments and worked things around my schedule. The Dentist and her assistant were very gentle and thorough. I was educated on what was wrong and steps going forward to reverse it. I didn't feel like a cash cow being milked for my money. I was informed of the steps and what it involved as well as a back up should anything arise. It was very pleasent going somewhere that a lot of people dread. It's a clear sign that everyone that works there is committed to their patients. If you're looking for a new Dentist that knows their stuff then give them a try... You won't be disappointed!

Been coming here since I was 4 years old. Have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Laviolette. Leaving because I was so disappointed with the tone and conduct of the receptionist over a cancelled appointment due to COVID-19 sickness and symptoms. She did not let me explain, apologize, or voice my side -- just tried to charge me right away. I agree wasn't a great encounter but they are in the service industry and are supposed to accommodate or speak with a respectful tone at least! Dr. Laviolette, please know that I loved having you as my dentist since I was a child, I really have respect for you -- sorry to have been forced to leave.

Great staff at the front desk, friendly and attentive. They make every effort to accommodate your schedule the best they can. Hygienists do a great job with their cleanings and oral care, well educated. Had a night guard made here, and works exceptionally well. No more pain in the jaw from clenching at night. Also had some cavities filled, great work at making it a comfortable experience (as wild as that sounds).

They are not always understanding they don't always tell you that they are doing things to you i had to get a filling and they did not understand that someone is gonna jump if someone is putting a big needle in there mouth

Great experience here. Super friendly staff and they make you feel comfortable throughout your appointment. If you have benefits, you pay upfront but they submit the claim for you to get reimbursed, so easy! I recommend this place for your dental needs!

I'll start by saying that I've neglected my teeth for most of my life. I've always been very anxious around dentists. Even hygienists. I've tried several different dentists and it's always the same thing. Until I tried Limeridge Mall Dental. Best dentist I've ever had. Listens. Skilled. No nonsense. I'm still anxious ahead of time but somehow once I'm in that chair I feel like I'm in good hands. I've been going there for several years now and I still feel like, well I'd rather not go to a dentist at all, but if I have to this is as comfortable as I'm ever going to feel. Terrific hygienists too. Another thing that made me anxious. But no more. At least not with the person I've been seeing. Last but not least even the office staff is better than in other places. I'm almost at the point where getting the bill makes me more anxious than the actual visit. Almost.

Amazing! So gentle and great with kids! The receptionist Steph is so sweet! Always works with u on changing appointments, checking in and re booking! My son had a potential case of covid at his school td and they were so understanding and accommodating.. They're great with issuing everything with your benefits and are always helpful.. Great place, great people! Makes all the difference!

The Limeridge Mall Dental Team always answers questions or concerns with straight forward information and options to meet the needs of individual patient's. All billing and estimates have been hassle free , All questions answered in full and promptly with full details. I've had Complete removal of upper Teeth and Denture Plate made under Dr.Scott's Care has allowed me to deal with the staff on a weekly basis and see what every workplace should have, A family type atmosphere the Staff smiling and upbeat attitudes transfers to most patients allowing the patients to feel that much more comfortable and at ease while dealing with Oral Care and Procedures that alot of people have anxiety issues with. Very easy Acsess and Very Clean and Modern Facility just tops off the 5 star care you will receive. Thank You Limeridge Mall Dental for restoring my self confidence and Oral Health with amazing professionalism.

The dentists and hygienists are great. Super detail oriented, answer questions, educate, etc. Their appointment availability is flexible, and it isn't too hard to book an appointment. Downfall is the terrible receptionist, who the person who refered me to this dentist actually warned me about. he's rude and condescending. What's disappointing is i do not receive the level of service that matches the dentist, hygienist, or any other medical receptionist I've had at other medical offices.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH DR SCOTT. They claim to be a family dentist but set my child up to fear the dentist completely. I went to the dentist due to my son having a cavity so bad it was irritating him. After drilling it and filling it. Dr Scott intimidated me and made me feel so awful for my son having a cavity to begin with. Then we had to make a follow up appointment since my son was scared and wouldn't let him finish the polishing. Then again we had to come back and Dr Scott claimed my son had 2 MORE cavities. He told me how it was time pressing however my son wouldn't let him complete it and thank goodness. FINALLY he referred us to the child specialist for my son. the specialist confirms that there are other non invasive options for my son. Dr Scott literally was going to drill into my child's mouth without exploring other options or having a better treatment plan for my son. Each visit it was with a different hygenist and one didnt even say a single word to us. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
