Dundas dental care is so much more than a dental clinic, it’s a community. Everyone who works there is on a mission to make the world a little bit better every day - the level of care, professionalism, kindness, and integrity are unprecedented. Doctor Mohamed El Fouly and Lamiaa El Ghandour’s personalities are reflected in their practice and through the strong and genuine relationships they build with all their patients. They are always willing to go above and beyond to do what’s best for each patient, all things considered. It is not common to see dentists like Dr Mo and Dr Lamiaa take the extra mile to ensure everyone leaves there happy to have received the care and assistance needed. I honestly can’t see myself going to any other dental clinic whether it’s a regular check up, an emergency, a complicated procedure, or simple advice. I highly recommend you and your family book an appointment for a check up/ consider transferring over at any time. You will not regret it. Thank you once again to the Dr Mo for saving my tooth and making my procedure so smooth and pain free with utmost care. The clinic itself is well equipped, maintained at an excellent level of hygiene, comfort and the bonus is the beautiful views of greenery in the exam rooms (pro tip: I was lucky enough to visit the clinic during fall and got to watch the beautiful fall colours surrounding Dundas while Dr. Fouly operated on my tooth. Also quite enjoyed watching movies/ series of my choice on their tv with the use of a Bluetooth headset which blocks away background noise perfectly.

First time patient and extremely happy to have found a wonderful dental care practice! I cracked part of my back molar – I called on a Wednesday and I could be seen on Friday at 8am! Everyone was very kind and wonderful, taken on time and everyone was following all Covid-19 precautions. Dr. Mohamed El Fouly was very friendly and put me at ease right away; he explained everything they would be doing during the appointment, showed me where the issues were and the process to repair the damaged tooth. I was not pressured into getting anything extra done during the visit, only what was needed. The entire process was quick and painless! As I had no coverage/paying out of pocket, they went above and beyond to help me during a tough time financially by not charging for anything that was not needed. I am so grateful for the excellent care and service I received, I will definitely be a patient for many years to come! Some time ago I was disappointed to receive the news that my dentist and dear friend, Dr. John Pepper, was to sell his dental practice in Dundas and retire. He assured me that I would be pleased with his choice of the many potential purchasers and that some of his staff would remain with the business, in particular, Sandi and Jan. I am not opposed to change and entered the "sold" premises with an open mind. Of course, Sandi still greeted me when I walked through the door and Jan managed to keep my teeth clean even though my dental hygiene leaves something to be desired. The similarities ended there. I had no idea at the time that I would strike up such a wonderful relationship with Dr. Mo and his extensive staff. I don't think that "customer service" or "bedside manner" aptly describe the atmosphere in Dr. Mo's office. It is more a feeling of stepping inside the home of a happy family. Everyone there is extremely friendly and will go out of their way to make patients feel relaxed and comfortable. I strongly recommend to any and all that they give Dr. Mo and his competent staff a chance to address their needs with his advanced techniques and personable demeanour. You won't regret it ... ever!

I switched to Dundas Dental Care because it's closer to home, and I'm so glad I did. The team is very friendly, and Dr. Mo took plenty of time to explain my exam and options. The waiting room area is a little dated, but the exam rooms are very clean and complete with TVs and Netflix. There's cheap parking ($2.50) behind the building which is super convenient. Very happy with my experience as a new patient!

Went in for my first appointment yesterday! It was a simple new client exam, but it was enough to make me want to leave a review! I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past. I found it hard to find someone to fully listen to my concerns, they always seemed to miss things, and one time my old dentist really screwed up a filling that I still deal with today. I feel like I am being listened to here. Dr. Lamiaa was so thorough and really listened to me. She explained everything so well and went over my x rays with me in detail and I really felt like she was actively working with me to help me understand exactly what I had going on/ what I needed. I loved the dental assistant too. I feel terrible for not remembering her name but I think it might've been Grace? She was amazing and helpful and really sweet :) She talked me through things and it felt like she wasn't just talking to me because she had to, you know? The women at reception, I remember Christi (i hope I spelled that right, unfortunately I don't know the other woman's name) were so nice too! I am very grateful I found such an amazing clinic, especially because of how nervous I get at the dentist because of past experiences. I will be recommending this office to my friends! I've never actually been excited to go back for a dentist appointment! That's how great they are! See you guys soon :)

Moe is an excellent dentist with a very delicate touch and a reassuring explanation of procedures. Everyone at this practice is great! I have some serious dental anxiety. I also grew up in a family of excellent dentists, worked in my parents' practice, and was worried about trusting anyone else with my dental care. I dreaded going to my other dentist. I was in and out so quick I hardly got my questions answered. At Dundas Dental Care with Dr. Mo and his team they really get to know you a person. I was surprised! I spoke to Dr. Mo about my filling that had bother me for many years and had been re-done about 3 times by other dentists. I told Dr. Mo that I was scared and I hate the rubber damn that they use for filling. He told me about the ISOdry that they use. It keeps the tooth dry so that he is about to do his work. It was amazing! I feel like my filling is part of my tooth now not a blob that causes me problems. Also, Kelly and Jan the hygienist are amazing. I have been getting my cleaning by many different hygiene's over the years BUT never had a cleaning like this. They are very thorough with their cleanings. I was so upset that other hygienist had charged me for the same work my tooth brush does. Kelly and Jan also make sure that they go though flossing and proper oral hygiene before you leave.

Wow! I have had 3 appointments so far, and I am blown away by the staff and the quality of care. I have had 2 cleanings and my front teeth capped and a crown. I can not put into words how amazing and caring Dr. Lamiaa is! She has an awesome personality with great energy and positive vibes! My new permanent home for my dental care!

I am one of the people who feels uncomfortable dealing with car mechanics, dentist, chiropractors and physiotherapists. I've had few bad experiences and I feel that they are trying to rip me off. If I find an honest, sincere one of these professionals, I really stick to. I tried Dundas dental few years ago and I stuck with them. The team working there is friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and honest. They do the necessary work and their quantity of work is superb. Even if I have any coverage left on my insurance, they do not look for extra expensive work to deplete all my health coverage. They promote preventative health care more than going for expensive and costly emergency dental work. The way they promote for this is also very nice. One day, I found mail coming for my 10 year old from Dundas dental and it had free movie tickets! She won in the clinic's draw! She did not have cavities in the last couple of visits, so she got into the draw and won. Of course, now she tries to maintain good dental hygiene to win the tickets again (My little guy was very jealous and upset though, because he didn't also get the movie tickets :) ). Highly recommended for all family members, adults and kids!!

My husband and I used to have a dentist in our town who occasionally referred me to see Dr. John Pepper in Toronto and later on in Waterdown. When our dentist retired we became Dr. Pepper's patients who by then moved his practice to Dundas. My heart sank when I learned that Dr. Pepper retired and that a new dentist took over his practice. At that time I considered finding a new dentist in my home town. When my husband and I met Dr. Mo and his wife, we decided to stay as we both liked them very much after our first visit at the Dundas Dental Care. We travel close to 300 km to have our teeth cleaned, drilled and filled because we love the staff, all of them. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They treat us like their family. When I plan a trip to see my dentist or hygienist, I smile as I know that the work on my teeth will be a relaxing experience. Chatting with the staff is one of the highlights of our trip. I value that the staff accommodate us considering that we take long trips. I am pleased that the courtesy calls are personalized and not automated. My husband appreciates the fact that both dentists willingly answer his questions regarding the procedures, explain what they do, and let him see the x-rays of the tooth that they are working on. The whole team was very friendly and professional, doctors were extremely patient and walked us through every step, explaining what needs to be done and diligently performing their jobs. I and our family have been a continuing patient of the practice since Dr. Mo took over from Dr. P a number of years ago and have remained very satisfied with the quality of service provided. The strength of the client interaction managed by Sandy is the key to a successful start and finish to each experience. Kelly and Jan each do a great job as our hygienists and very carefully keep track of our respective health history impacting our teeth and changing patterns in our mouth. We have had some more major dental issues, mine likely the worst, and I have been very pleased with the care and follow up provided by Dr. Mo. This has required emergency treatment and follow up outside of regular office hours and he has responded to the emergency line and dealt with it immediately. While out of town my wife had a serious fall resulting in a broken leg and other injuries two years ago and there was some concern over jaw alignment, functionality and some teeth as a result. Upon release from hospital, our return the next day, and the diminishment of some initial swelling and muscle trauma Sandy coordinated getting us in and Dr. Mo spent nearly two hours, doing a very comprehensive check up which verified the situation, preventing any long term damage and brought great peace of mind. Bottom Line - 10 our of 10 and a solid practice.
