Dr. Tsang is the best Dentist ever. Last year I went for a deep filling at Dawson dental and my tooth kept on hurting for months and they couldn't figure out what was wrong, dr. Tsang redid it and now I'm cured!! Extremely patient and professional, reasonable rates, and non commercialized and I'll never go to another dentist again. Thanks Dr. C. Tsang

Dr Tsang is very personable, will spend time with you and offers the best holistic treatments available. It is so hard to find an experienced dentist like this in Canada.

Great staff! Patient safety is prioritized with initiatives like advanced digital x-ray machines and air quality protocols. The Director is a rock star who has been on tv speaking about the role of holistic medicine in dentistry and other interesting dental topics we might not otherwise think about. He and his staff are great with children. He is not one to suggest treatment unless it's necessary. Once I asked about a cosmetic procedure. He said it's an unecessary expense and I shouldn't rush into it, which I appreciate. Their website has a lot of good information. Plenty of free parking.

Not pushy, or impatient - everything is explained and you’re walked through every procedure so that you can make the best decision for yourself. I don’t love going to the dentist. Can't say that the holistic approach has really won me over... but it's there for those who want it. I'm more a repeat customer because of the great people who work here.

I had been wanting to change my dentist for quite a while. I googled holistic dentist and this office came up. I sent away a request for an appointment and thought I would hear from them soon. Well the next day one of my fillings had a battle with some granola and lost, so I needed to see a dentist a lot sooner than expected. Also this was a Thursday and I was going away for my anniversary Friday morning. Everyone has times like this, right! I phoned the office just as it opened and got the nicest and most helpful office manager ever, Danielle, long story short she got me in to see Dr. Petrov that afternoon! I am sure that everyone stayed late but I left with my tooth in one piece and a relief that I had found my new dentist. Everyone in this office is CARING, and professional. The office space is calming and nothing like any other doctors office I have ever been in. Dr. Tsang has done a wonderful job setting up this practise, you won't be disappointed. It is nice to have found a place that believes in alternative and complementary medicine as I always have.

I was in complete agony and was helped tremendously by both the administrative assistants and Dr. Vasilina Tonkikh. Not only did they make time to fit me in for an emergency appointment to check the tooth, but they also made time immediately to get the work done to take me out of pain. The staff made me feel like they cared and not at all like I was a burden (like so many people in the health care system do). I highly recommend this dental office.

I was suffering for weeks from a badly decayed molar and had resisted going to have it fixed due to previous negative experiences with other dentists. I could take no more pain and finally relented and called Dentistry in Aurora. They had me in the chair early the next day and Dr. Vivian Kwok was able to remove the bad tooth with ZERO pain or discomfort. I am SO grateful for their compassion, professionalism and attention to detail. Everything was explained precisely. I knew what to expect and the procedure went very, very smoothly. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff I encountered from the receptionists to the Assistant, Anou (Not sure of the spelling or the title...lol...Don't want to minimize ANYbodys role!! She was amazing!!) and especially Dr. Kwok. She was incredible in alleviating my fears and explaining everything in detail. VERY reasonably priced as well. Having no insurance this was an added bonus. I would recommend these professionals to anybody. I know I will be back. Thank you again to everyone at Dentistry in Aurora!!

These guys did some good work for me and my husband, and i was happy to travel a long distance to see them. Until one day the Dr asked if i wanted him to cap all my teeth! My teeth are perfect, but i have a open bite, mosp ppl think i had braces. Capping my teeth would destroy them! He lost me right there and i never went back.
