Very dissappointed. Well this review is related to the review I made on there office which is in Barrie, where I went for the first time. This review is for my second time which happened in the office in Innisfil. I would not let these people touch my teeth. Cared more to remove more teeth than helping me to solve my problem.

A very good dentist his staff is very friendly and polite. The only downside is that my first 2 appointments there was in winter and the AC was on....I was offered a blanket but both time went home and got a cold... Not happy about how cold it is in there but the last few times it's been great :)

The last thing you want to have is a tooth issue during Covid-19. But it happened to me & was thankfully guided to The Tooth Corner of whom was opened for such emergencies. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. From the greeting, to my time in the chair & a follow-up phone call to see if I was ok. I'm not a dental fan but I do have to go back for a phase 2 procedure & I'm ok with that, I know I'm in excellent hands.

Dr. Shadi, I really disappointed with your service. I required emergency dental procedure. I booked an appointment at this place after searching nearest emergency dental service place. I was scheduled for an appointment with adequate time required for any of the required procedure for my pain. I made it clear while booking that make sure I have adequate time to get it done on a single appointment, I don't want to go again for another appointment for the treatment and pay extra. When I went for my appointment, they only took my x-ray and told me I need root canal or extraction but they don't have time for the procedure. I have to come again. I took time off from work to go there and have relief from my tooth pain. It didn't help me in anyway. They only gave me Rx and took $100 as a courtesy, like salt on the wound. I was upset but paid $100. I am really disappointed in doctor Shadi who observed me. Never go to the doctor again. Need someone with better skills and expertise in town.

I love this dental office everyone is kind and very polite. The dental office is extremly clean and sanitized. I love all the staff and the doctors specially dr. marjan she fixed both of my daughters teeth and checked my 3 year old son´s teeth and refered me to kids dentistry which is infront of their office and super close to my house. Dr. Marjan called the kids dentistry to follow up with my sons teeth i was worried abot the surgery but she calmed m down . i 100% reccommend to go to this dental office.

Dr. Bruce Dickinson has been our family dentist for over 20 years. He and his assistant Carol are always friendly and highly professional. Dr Dickinson is one of the few dentists I've had that can deliver a gentle and almost pain free needle. His gentle manner has almost seen me falling asleep during dental work. I can definitely recommend Dr Dickinson and his team. PS - special accolades also go to his hygienist Linda!
