After 2 weeks, I'm still in awe!! At a recent family function I got more "wows" then I ever imagined. They are the perfect color white (apparently they match my eyes). They feel natural, I eat normal and most of all, my self esteem is up, big time. I have a fear of dentists but thanks to Julie Masci my treatment coordinator, I made it through. And also thank you to Dr Terry Papneja for the 12 new teeth and 2 crowns.

In December 2018 I had a bridge done at Mississauga Smiles Dentist at the Sussex Centre. I had weeks of issues. In the end they could not relieve me of my pain, decided to do a root canal and hit a nerve when they froze me. I decided to part ways with this place and sought out a new dentist. I was recommended to go to Axis Dental in Brampton by a good friend that I trusted. I was nervous, in pain and super frustrated when I arrived on their doorstep. They were so professional. They did everything they could to fix my bridge and managed to relieve the pain and fix the absess I got from the previous dentist. They sent me to a specialist to help me with the nerve damage I got from Mississauga Smiles and then proceeded to treat me with amazing cleanings and follow ups. I am so happy with Axis dental that I felt the need to express it here. If your looking for a good dentist, this place is full of them. I even chipped my front tooth and they got me in and out within 24 hours!!!! I have seen several different dentists, the girls at the front desk are professional and the service I get here is amazing. I am super nervous. They keep me calm and have explained to me everything I need to know about my teeth. I am super happy!

So this is a long one.... I am terrified of the dentist. It has been longer than I would like to admit but I was experiencing some concerns regarding my teeth for a little while so I was referred here and I could not be happier. Everyone here from the reception, billing, dental hygienists, Dr Millie and her assistant are wonderful and have helped ease my anxiety. Everyone has been so calm and patient (Im basically like a child going to the dentist for the first time lol) I cannot thank them enough for answering all of my questions and making sure that I am aware of what is going on during the appointments so there is no shocks or surprises. They were able to book me in earlier so that my cavity didn't turn into a root canal which I am extremely thankful for! I am sorry that I cannot remember certain names however the ladies who did my new patient check up and cleaning were wonderful and patient with me and I cannot begin to describe how wonderful Dr. Millie and her assistant are. They both were very calming in the way they spoke to me and very attentive during the procedure. Dr. Millie's attention to detail when filling my tooth and perfecting it is greatly appreciated and I feel like I can go back confident to complete the treatments. Thank you to all of those who have helped me through this process and I look forward to continuing my treatments! Words cannot describe how happy I am that I am able to take care of issues that were concerning me for so long and that I've had nothing but good experiences with you all.

Thank you SO MUCH... I have CHRONIC anxiety...it's awful to the point I SHATTERED a fidget toy (I'm 30.....) Dr. RYAN was SOOOO SOOO good with Me...thank you...he was so so gentle and I just had a tooth extracted.. I was TERRIFIED going in...and was quickly able to calm down once I realized I didn't feel a thing..the freezing was slightly uncomfortable..(my tooth is shattered and I had bad nerve pain) but that was it..he extra numbed my face and the hygienist was so encouraging. They never took away my fidgets and allowed my anxiety to happen.. This place is a godsend..I haven't been able to get dental work don't in 20 years from insane fears. Thank you SO SO SO SO much. I'm still numb haha. Don't be like me...don't wait until it's so bad you can't eat or sleep...go see these dentists...they are BRILLANT.

I do regret to say that axis dental has the worst management and services. when an institution fails to value the customers or patients time, they need to retrain their staffs. it s totally unacceptable to book an appointment, show up for the appointment 10 min before and wait 20 min and you won’t receive the service. In addition, no communication of the situation.

I have been a customer for the past 4 years and for the most part the front desk staff and hygienists are very good and professional until you need to get orthodontic services they use a certain Dr. B. He claims to have 23 years of service but I don't know how he gets clients, he doesn't like questions or comments from the customers he literally cancel his services on the spot without concerns for all the appointments wasted and time involved,I found his demeanor unprofessional given the level of trust people have on a medical expert I am sorry but thank goodness this happened because I don't have to deal with someone so inmature.

AXIS Dental is an exemplary dental clinic. In fact, I travel from Oakville just to see Dr. Paul. Dr. Paul is an excellent dentist. He took the time to explain each procedure not only to me, but also to my five year old daughter who is also his patient. He is professional and genuine. His skillful approach to his patients, especially kids, is commendable and highly appreciated. I would recommend Dr. Paul to everyone.

Very poor customer service. I tried to book an appointment for a cleaning today and I could not believe the type of attitude the assistant Carla showed during our conversation. I tried to ignore this for the most part, but towards the end of the conversation I was pretty upset by the tone of voice and total ignorance I was shown. I was trying to explain a particular situation (personal), and Carla was so unpleasant to deal with. Definitely looking for another dentist.

Like a lot of people, I hate going to the dentist. I hadn't been to one in 6 years but needed to, so a friend recommended Axis and in particular Dr. Mike. Guess what!? Going to the dentist is not that bad when you go where they listen to you and actually care about the experience you have. I have found every person I've spoken with to be considerate, friendly and knowledgeable. Tonight I was there for my whitening appt and not only did I learn some things, I got to take home a personalized whitening kit to use in the comfort of my own home. I would recommend Axis for anyone who doesn't love going to the dentist.

Overall, my experience with Axis Dental was mediocre. I think they need to work on following up on the well being of their patients. I had a major surgery done in October for a molar tooth I was trying to save from extraction. Although the surgery went well, I later noticed that a part of my face still felt numb and I was experiencing pain on the surgery side. I remember during the surgery, my face was numbed but the dentist did something and I had this huge body shock, like a jolt. I am not sure if that is what caused the numbness. Later, I was clear about what I was experiencing and what I felt (and continue to feel). I dont think they recorded any of it in their records because... Axis dental tried to reach out to me about booking appointments and updating my file... asking me if I need anything, but they never acknowledged my issue that I already told them about^... I am sure it was in the contract when I got the surgery, that any complications I experienced after the surgery, I would have to accept but that doesn't mean I should have to live with face pain and numbness. Later, due to my own faults I lost the tooth, but the pain from the surgery still remains... I do like that everyone is friendly and they try to remember your name. Pricing wise, it is the same as a lot of the dentists in the area, which is normal. That being said, it is pricey. Axis dental is clean and they make sure you are comfortable before proceeding with anything, that is good as well. In all, if you are looking for a nice, clean, consistent and average price point place, Axis Dental is your place to go. Just watch out so you do not experience what I did and continue to.

I have never had a good experience going to a dental office until I went to Axis Dental. I am not a fan of the dentist and get quite anxious even thinking about going to see the dentist, but I was experiencing some pain in my mouth and needed to get it looked at. I came to Axis Dental and seen Dr.Yale he was very particular and talked me through all my options and what I would expect from each so there was zero surprises. I ended up needing a tooth pulled and Dr.Yale and his assistant Celine were absolutely fantastic!! Dr.Yale worked his magic where I felt next to no pain throughout my procedure and Celine was a nice calm and supportive voice throughout the whole thing. I cant thank them enough for how gentle and patient they were with me. The following day I received a call seeing how I was feeling and that I had no concerns this was very nice to receive and shows that this office truly cares about their patients. I will definitely be back and this time ill have a smile on my face!

I had implants done and Dr. Papneja, and his colleagues went above and beyond their roles. This was a lengthy process, and they walked me through it every step of the way. The dental hygienists are super amazing and very friendly. The office has taken great effort in training their hygienists but, other than Dr. Yale, their dentists themselves require a complete training program on patient care. Most of them are rude, arrogant, very rushed, and lack any sort of customer service skills. Never going back again! Too many unpleasant experiences with their dentists themselves. I don't recommend anyone to go to this place. If you have no choice, avoid Dr. Paul and Dr. Sangeeta at all costs. They have no interest in their job. They are unpleasant, dissatisfied with life, and have no passion. The same goes for a previous dentist they had working there named, Dr. Miller/Millie, with the exact same personality type. They should focus on training themselves instead of their hygienists! It's not worth the drive anymore. A complete disappointment time after time. I'm done with second chances. They are also located right next to a bar so when you step out you get to hear all sorts of colourful profanities from the patrons who loiter outside. It's not a healthy place for young kids to be going.

Clean & very well kept! Staff is professional and very polite. First time there and I was in and out within 45 minutes and you can tell they're there to help you. Had a filling last weekend to avoid a root canal and just left from my cleaning. Awesome work !

I cannot praise and recommend this dental office enough. I had to book an emergency Appt in early May as a first time time patient. I was upfront about my dental fears with reception and was told not to worry. I was seen within few hours by Dr Paul who was great, kind, and gentle . Since that appt I've been back several times and have seen Lisa and Trang for full exam, x-rays, consult, impression... Julie who has set up the coordination of my procedures is very thorough and great to work with. And as of yesterday extractions and implants by Dr. Papneja. I'm shocked at how painless and comfortable the procedure went. Dr. Papneja was also super reassuring during the surgery. Hands down some of the most friendly and caring dentists, hygienists, coordinators, medical receptionists around. Definitely a lifelong patient now.

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish at Axis. I looked online for the office with the best rating for wisdom teeth removal and I'm glad google showed me Axis. My consultation was smooth, they assessed my teeth and set me up for financing since I don't currently have coverage which is a huge selling point. On the day of surgery I was admitted very quickly. They talked me through everything and made me feel at ease. Dr. Terry Papneja is a magician. I felt nothing during my procedure even while I was fully awake. The hygienists and front desk staff are all extremely welcoming and helpful. I most recently had my post-op checkup and was told I am healing well. So glad I chose Axis for my procedure. I highly recommend them! EDIT: Just wanted to update my review, it's been a little over a year since my procedure and I have zero problems. My mouth healed perfectly and all the pain I had for years is gone!

This is the 1st dental facility who i have been to and have a great experience. They really make it personalised by sending bday cards n follow up calls to make sure the patient is doing ok. That is something we are missing from majority. No doubt why you guys are growing even after 30 years.

Initial appointment seemed to be a little overkill. I am a generally nervous dental patient and typically happy to get things over with quickly. Was not in the mood for informational videos about gingivitis and periodontal disease. Was not offered or provided with ultrasonic scaling, instead received only a hand scaling - would have preferred the option. Appointment for multiple fillings was one of the best I had with Dr. Paul and his assistant. Quick, virtually painless and stress free. However, total charges ended up almost 25% more than originally quoted based on 'Time of the or. Overall, facility is clean, staff is friendly and service is above average.

Doctors and Assistants are good. Management is very poor. Went for appointment in december . They took all the Xrays and the bill was over $400 . I have coverage for 80% . hence paid the remaining amount. Did the check up. Have asked for GA which was sent for approval. It was approved and emailed the estimate to Doctor. Called 2-3 times. No Response. Lady advise that treatment coordinator will call me. Been over two months now and looks like they aren't interested. or may be they are too much busy. Just the wastage of money on my Xrays which is only available once in two years. Dont go with them if you really care for your money. They will take the Xrays and send you home for estimate approval. Wastage of time.

22 years since my first visit. They have taken excellent care of my teeth and gums. Its been 22 years since the last time I saw bleeding gums when brushing and that use to be a regular occurrence. The staff is excellent at the desk and at the chair. Their hours are great. I never have to take time off work to see the dentist. They handle all my insurance claims professionally and they demonstrate expertise in not only dentistry but in the financial payments side of things as well. If you are anywhere near Brampton, I highly recommend them.

Haven't even walked in through the door and just talking to a lady named Terry over the phone to book an appointment.... I got a bad vibe. She asked me all my information over the phone and when I hesitated in giving her more she became abrupt and her tone changed. Before I could have asked her another question myself she had hung up. If this is the impression given to a new patient over the phone you will loose a customer 100% of the time. When I called to cancel because of my unease it was just as abrupt of a conversation.

I am livid with the lack of communication that the staff have with patients and how they treat patients. The quality of work done here is poor. The doctors shrug patients needs and do not pay attention. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and was in pain. I brought her back 2 days later since she was in even more pain and they did not even look at her and sent her home....1 week later they figured it was an infection and also needed to be drained. Fast forward 2 months later and we are still having issues. The dentists there should not be doing what they do if they dont know what they are doing!

They seem to be good initially, but off late things have gone downhill.. they seem to be very aggressive in booking you for an appointment, but once you’re there, they don’t treat you properly. They did not even apologize when they were late for our appointment and were very rude. Also, they simply book you for a cleaning appointment every 3 months even if you don’t have any issues but just to claim your insurance money. Never visiting this dental clinic again!

Im in my mid 30s and I haven't been to the dentist in ages. So when my wisdom teeth pain was getting unbearable, it was time to see a dentist. My fiance googled the friendliest clinic and found Axis. And it was true I have never come across the most nicest staff and doctors in my life! Everytime I go there they make me feel amazing and not nervous. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out. Didn't feel a thing but they called me and checked up on me every day! I felt very nauseous and weak after for days and that was because of the medication. I still cant get over how nice and amazing everyone is at this clinic. They made my experience and the idea of going to the dentist a very pleasant one. I will be moving soon and away from Brampton but I will not change clinics! I'll travel as much as I need to. They are worth it. The best! Thank you so much!!

April 27th I went in for a toothache. (During pandemic). I was advised that the tooth was cracked and need to be capped. From the time I left the chair and walked to the desk to book the appt - it had turned into a root canal. Quoted over a $1,000 for the root canal procedure. I asked by email why it had changed from a capped tooth to a root canal...no answer. Cancelled appt because I felt that if this place could care less about answering my question and more about paying for the previous appt. I thought my insurance was still in place (just lost job) but found out that it wasnt so came in to pay for April 27th appt. Still no answer - nothing. Way to care for your patients. :(

Amazing care! My daughter (who is terrified of the dentist) needed emergency care. Our dentist office was closed so I went with Axis out of desperation (provided after hours care and is close to our home) to help ease my daughter’s pain. I am so glad that I did! I usually don't write reviews, but I had a bad experience with AXIS Dental so I wanted to share with fellow patients out there. Have been visiting this dental office for about last 4 years for regular dental visit. Seemed like they were good in the beginning but I was wrong. Two months ago, I started feeling pain on one of my molars, visited the office. The dentists's recommendation was to do cleaning, of course that didn't help with the pain. And then X-rayed and everything seems to be normal but dentist said it seems like you may have a cracked tooth, we have to extract your tooth and go for implantation. I was so shocked that I never had any issues ever, and for a simple pain the recommendation was extraction. Later I consulted with other dental office and they recommended that you can save your tooth by doing Root Canal. To my surprise, Axis dental never suggested me this option. I feel that there are inexperienced dentists here and dont explain the situation well to patients . For any dental issue, the go-to treatment is cleaning / extraction. Just to use your insurance money, Nothing more nothing less!

Dr Mike Di Santo is fantastic. I have seen him a few times for routine procedures. He is professional, gentle in his approach and his technique is fantastic from what I can tell. Absolutely horrible. There was a doctor names Dr. Sangeeta .... i went to her becasue of swelling in gums because of wisdom tooth infection. She looked for not more than 3 seconds... and informed me that there is nothing wrong... the only thing wrong is that i need to get it extracted. Now i get this swelling once or twice a year..... she kept insisting on this and gave me nothing to deal with the discomfort in my mouth. Kept saying the gums are just tender. When it was obvious that the right side of my lower gums near the troubling wisdom tooth were affected and it was hard for me to open my mouth. When she cant even give me a sane diagnosis of the problem , then how do i trust her enough to go for a wisdom tooth extraction from her.... Absolutely horrible..... just interested in minting money

From being welcomed by all staff throughout my consultation to post surgery I felt more than comfortable in their hands. It is great to find a new dental office. During the pandemic my regular dental office downtown Toronto was closed indefinitely . I live in Brampton/work in Toronto. I found AXIS online as they offer 7 day/week and evening appointments. The staff is friendly and helpful. The dentist I saw was relaxed and didn’t cause any pain. I highly recommend their offices. They run very efficiently and I will definitely be a regular patient.

Was looking for an emergency dentist to remove my wisdom teeth because of unbearable pain i could no longer wait for my surgeon. I found Axis dental, read that they can do any dental emergency within 2 hours of calling their office. I called, explained what i needed & was told "No, we cannot do the removal today but we can prescribe pain meds until we can make an appointment" Needless to say it was a colossal waste of my time. Will absolutely NEVER recommend this place for emergency dental work.

Charged $70 to tell me exactly what i told them. Decided to get my filling done here anyways. Right after the filling a tooth near that one felt loose. They clearly didn't handle my teeth with care while working on it. After a few days of discomfort, i called in and said my tooth felt loose after they worked on another one. They told me they will charge $100 to tell me whats wrong... they look for creative ways to take your money. Go to an honest dentist. Let people like this go out of buisness please

My father in law also had two dental implants and recommended Axis to me. The facility is clean and comfortable. There is lots of parking. The staff is friendly and professional. I came in to have a procedure done, i was quoted a certain amount before my procedure. I made sure to have that amount of money ready for the day off this procedure. AFTER the procedure was done (and I am still recovering from the pain/not even able to speak) the dentist informs me that it will cost me $645.00 extra. AFTER BEING TOLD THE INITIAL COST AND WAITING 1 MONTH. They ushered me into this room to pay, as I am freaking out how i am going to arrange that extra $645.00, had to phone my step father and practically beg him to give me his credit card info via phone. Unbelievable and deceitful mediocre, avoid at all cost. I CHANGED MY NAME IN ORDER TO WRITE THIS REVIEW, but staff knows who i am. Dr. Paul is the "gem" dentist i am referring to.

Terrible experience. I figured they had almost five stars so I gave them a try. The front office staff is amazingly nice, but once you get your procedure done by one of the dentists there, they do not give you the time of day for follow up (because they aren't paid for post op visits). I had an issue with dry socket about 2 days in after my wisdom teeth were removed and they would not hear my cries, if you've never had dry socket before, I assure you its one of the most painful things you can experience. I went there every day trying to get help and they told me to suck it up and left the same dressing inside my mouth for three days. Its supposed to be changed every day. The lack of care shown by the dentists there really made me sick to my stomach. Also they're lack of medical knowledge made me worrisome for other patients. Who prescribes antibiotics when there is no infection as a preventative? You're just building antibiotic resistance in the body. However, the dental assistants there are very sweet. They showed compassion and care for me. But considering they couldn't do anything for me, it only helped so much. I won't be returning, not even for a cleaning. The one star given is for them. Beware - dental extraction procedures should be done by PROFESSIONALS. I wouldn't suggest a practice on Lisa Street - despite what the other reviews say. Too bad i didn't check on yelp, that was a more accurate rating.

I’ve had great experiences with all Hygenists but Stefanie in particular has given me the best experiences. They even printed out a sheet on how to give a review at the end of my session. On top of that almost all the reviews for this location are by employees at this location. Things seemed to start out fine. The staff I have had interactions with were very professional and accommodating. Then, after taking impressions and making a trip to a lab for pictures and custom colouring my “case” is lost! Who is to blame? Lab? This office? So after weeks of adjusting my schedule to make these trips, I’m now back at square one. Need new impressions and will probably also have to return to the lab for pics/colouring. Hopefully this time around things will be done correctly. I don’t even want to return to this dental office as all of this has left me with negative feelings re: how things are handled here. However, my bill for the work was paid in advance as this office doesn’t start any work until the bill is paid in full. I just want to get the work that I’ve paid for completed and move on. I’m hoping to update this review on a more positive note in the near future when the work is finally finished. Please note: The dentist I am working with is wonderful! The staff overall are wonderful! I’m not sure who is to blame in this situation so it taints my overall experience.

There is a full team of people at Axis Dental. I like the hours and flexibility. I’ve been going here for years and generally have an excellent experience. Since there are so many hygienists, I always see a different one every visit. There are maybe about 5 dentists and I do have to say that I’m not really fond of a couple of them. One seems to be a little bit of a butt hole and the other seems to be a real noob, like one time I had a filling done and this dentist could not seem to get the needle injection in the correct placement. After a few attempts, it was finally accurate. The results: I was numb for hours upon hours all the way up to my eyes. Supposedly, that is normal. Sure, with multiple injections what else can you expect. Otherwise, most hygienists there are super friendly and very chatty.

Free Oral Cancer Screening with every New Patient Dental Examination.....this changes the charge.. But they did charge me $161 with single xray and examine was for 3min a hit on teeth and a spray ..with prescription of tylenol and antibiotic. I was first time visit and so called new Patient. The time taken to fill the form was higher than examination. Well I am very disappointed. They have given me the pricing for root canal or extraction..choice is mine...

I was attracted to this clinic after reading their advertisement for $1000 dental implant which also mentioned about free x-rays with implants. Well, I go to this clinic, I was told to go to a different place for x-ray, where I had to pay. That's ok but after seeing Dr Papneja, I was given a quote of about $60 K for a complete dental implants (upper and lower). I am still scratching my head over this quote. This is not very nice.

Very Good dental clinic, have done deep cleaning here and everything went well. All staff and Doctors are having good experience and friendly. I had to make 4 appointments to for the deep cleaning to be done in 4quarters. The service is good and dental staff is also very qualified, however the account department is not up to mark. My wife had a dental surgery and the dental reimbursement from our insurance was not due until the completion of treatment, which took several months. We initially had to pay out of pocket. At the end of treatment the account department did not submit all the claim inspite us reminding them. It is good that I had saved all the receipts and had to pursue with them to file the complete claim.

My very first visit I got a customer experience survey which I did not fill, I do not give my reviews so easily based on one visit.The staff are amazing, each one of them and that includes front desk, customer service agents, dentists, and hygienist. But I gotta give a shout out to my hygienist Naomi, she was the first person I saw. I saw one other person and she wasn’t as great as Naomi and requested Naomi at all times, even ask them to add notes on my file, ONLY NAOMI LOL. She takes her time, makes me feel welcome, doesn’t rush, very friendly and most of all get the job done. I feel comfortable with her, she deserves a gold medal ????.

The office staff are great and the location is very clean . I do have to say that the dentist himself is not the most kind individual, and he dosent have the best "bedside manner" . I was offered medication for dental anxiety however by the time I was actually seen for my appointment (almost an hour late) the medication had worn off . I was not impressed with this dentist general . If your at all afraid of the dentist / dental surgery , I wouldent seeing recommend Dr. P I spent more than 9000$ there today and the least the could have done was not be short and irritated with me .

On November 7th I had 34 teeth removed and top and bottom dentures put in on the same day. I had severe infections in my mouth and gums. From when the Doctor put me to sleep to when I came back to my first appointment for realigning of the dentures, Dr Raj, Dr Paul, Mandy, and all the other dental Assistants including Julie the Coordinator, who put everything through for me financially and was so patient with us and to the Receptionists, Olga with helping us feel at home with coffee and water....an amazing Team!!!!!
