Super friendly and caring staff who is willing to accommodate your needs, convenient location, modern renovation and equipment. But my special thank you goes to Dr. Baalbaki who is an amazing dentist. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, caring, professional and willing to help. I was terrified to take my wisdom tooth out because of a horrible previous experience. Dr. Baalbaki was able to take out my wisdom tooth in less than 5 minutes as one piece and absolutely painless. Summary: A fantastic dentist I switched to Alba after not having a dentist for almost 4 years, started with imaging, then cleaning. The staff were always patient and pleasant, answering any questions I had with genuine care, even though they likely said the same thing to every 2nd person in the chair, I never felt like I was a "cog in the machine". Last week I had 4 wisdom teeth (2 impacted) removed, a surgery I was very nervous for. The office was excellent, staff clearly communicated what was going to happen (sedation, recovery process, etc), the process was well refined and methodological and inspired confidence, though again never cold or impersonal, I felt well cared for. Dr. Alsabbagh is the perfect combination of professional and personable, very easy to talk to while making me feel like I was in competent hands, he understood my concerns and addressed them well. The surgery went great, I healed much faster than expected from this type of operation, and now a week after feel only mild tenderness, no pain, swelling, or serious discomfort. I'm not a medical professional, but I'm pretty sure a talented doctor is to thank, my previous dentist had told me this operation would be a nightmare and Alba proved otherwise. Much better attitudes from the staff here. Aftercare was another very strong point, Alba was easy to get a hold of through email/text with questions that arose, which again were always answered in a dignifying manner. I won't fully know the success of this for another 20 years or so, but I'm confident that I made the right choice. Thank you, Dr Alsabbagh & Crew!

Alba dental is a fresh, clean new office with bright and sunny staff, modern equipment and a nice waiting room. As one would expect the offices are spotless and show no signs of wear of replacement. The atmosphere is quiet and professional with the dental assistants and dentists all very polite and professional. Started with a tour of the facilities and a full explanation of what I could expect. Great treatment and the dentist took the time to go over everything and answer all my questions. Used benefits so can't comment on price but I'd give them 10/10

I recently needed an urgent dental appointment to deal with a molar that had been repaired a couple years ago and broke apart again. It was causing me a great deal of discomfort and I was in the need for a new dentist close to my work. Google search led me to Alba Dental and was accepted for a same day appointment. Dr. Baalbaki was the unfortunate person having to extract this no longer viable tooth. She made the extraction as comfortable as possible and was very skilled and compassionate. My follow up appointment today was very thorough with clear explanations to my questions and concerns and all the staff are professional and friendly. Yesterday was my first visit to Alba, I was nervous because it had been 2 years since my last cleaning. The staff were engaging and friendly, the equipment they use is very high tech and everything seems extremely clean and new. My hygienist Victoria took time and care to make sure my teeth were exceptionally well cleaned (I cant remember them ever feeling cleaner than this) and the head dentist was very thorough and professional with her examination and assessment of my mouth and its needs. I will definitely be going back regularly! 5 star service, staff and facility.

I went to Alba Dental Centre for the first time less than a year ago with a dental emergency and they were so great! Welcoming. Professional. So nice. I doubt anyone can find a more professional, knowledgeable, caring and attention-detailed dentist in London than Dr. Nuha Baalbaki. Everyone else on her team is also absolutely top notch: friendly but always focused to deliver the best service. So far I had a consultation, cleaning (Rachel's work is impeccable) and 2 wisdom teeth removed yesterday (took 10min and I feel like a charm) and I'm going back in a month for a filling. I'm telling you, they take your teeth health very VERY seriously

The most attentive service I have received. I got 2 wisdom teeth removed and although one was impacted and a complicated removal swelling after was close to none due to the skillful hands of the staff. All staff was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating, I even received a personal call from Dr. Baalbaki the evening of my surgery. I first went for a checkup and regular cleaning and the hygienist was great! The clinic staff overall are extremely friendly, professional and respect the patients time. When Dr. Baalbaki knew I was starting a new job and I was not happy with the look of my front teeth, she was determined to give me a new smile. In my follow up visit, she actually did! Her work is extremely precise and she makes sure you're 100% happy before you leave the chair. I never thought a simple dentist visit could improve my self esteem this much!

I went to Alba Dental Centre with a problem I was having with a tooth. Dr. Baalbaki clearly outlined my options. Once I decided to get a crowns, she explained the procedure making sure I understood what would happen and the time it would take. She made me feel comfortable with her kind and professional manner. Neither the doctor nor I were happy with the colour of the crowns when they came back from the lab so she had them made again. Before progressing, Dr. Baalbaki made sure I was happy with the new crowns. Not only is Dr. Baalbaki a highly skilled dentist but she is concerned about her patient's well being. Actually the entire staff are always helpful and courteous. When I had my teeth cleaned, the hygienist, Rachel did a great job. I am confident that no matter what dental work I need done, they will be able to take care of it. I can't recommend Alba Dental Centre highly enough.

After regular dental cleaning, I was OK. However, following a quick examination of my teeth by the dentist, he urges me to have an old filling redone because it does not look good. When I inquired why he was concerned, he aggressively requested that his nurse show me the tooth on a monitor. He then exited the room. I told myself, "OK, let him make it much better," after the nurse showed me the old filling on my tooth. I scheduled an appointment, and he immediately began removing the old filling and replacing it with a new one. The procedure was difficult and time-consuming, and I had no idea that he would plant a post and construct a big part of the tooth. He stated this shortly after completing the procedure. This has been done from about three weeks. And, till now, I still feel pain in my teeth, and the pain becomes worse when I eat anything.

I highly recommend Alba dentistry for anyone with young children in need of dental work! They were so kind to my 5 year old that he is no longer afraid of the dentist! My only regret is that we didn't take him there first. Dr Alsabbagh was so kind and reassuring to us and our son! Not to mention the amazing work he did to fix our sons teeth! The receptionist was incredibly sweet to our kids, and also very helpful with paperwork that gets confusing when filling out benefits forms. Amazing staff and dental work!

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They have all the systems in place for success. They even have a cerec to make the crowns, bridges and implants in-house! Hello, so i am tarifide of dentists but doctor Baalbaki is the first one in a very long time who I'm not, that's saying something to me, i got recommended to her from my sister julia because i was having so much pain in my mouth cavities, wisdoms you name it, i don't have coverage and was so scared i explained my situation and they where so understanding about eveything, i got my cavities fix and just recently got my wisdoms taken out and the whole time she was asking me if i was okay and if i needed anything, that's the first time any dentist has asked me that, not only does she try to help you when your in pain but she treats you like family, I'm never leaveing this dentist center even if its hafe way across the city for me you're stuck with me now guys!! Haha, if i could give this place more then 5 starts i would! She is truly one of the best around! Highly recommended

Dr. Baalbaki is the finest, most compassionate dentist I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. She is always focused on her patient's welfare over any financial gain, and provides care that goes above and beyond expectations. Moreover, she's always willing to share information (if her patient wants it), and I can safely say I've learned more about the makeup of my mouth, and the practice of dentistry, over the past two years than I ever did in biology class. Dr. Baalbaki's new practice, Alba Dental, is so amazing on every level that I have trouble putting my feelings into words. The staff are friendly, brilliant, and quick, and the technology on show is both impressive and re-assuring; I enjoyed ceiling-mounted television while having my teeth comfortably worked on, and got served by a robot sink! As someone who has had nothing but painful, terrifying dental experiences in the past, I have never been so excited to share stories about a visit to my dentist. Five stars are not enough for this practice. A+++

The Dr and staff were so nice and paticent, staff said they love my perfume and always with warm smile to release my fears, and the doctor was so professional and understanding. Here I sit on my 3rd time at the office for one of my kids and just like the last 2 times I have now been siting in the waiting room for over 25 minutes and the haven't even gone back yet to start. To me this is completely Un professional. I have other things to do in my life and the entire point of making an appointment is so you don't sit and wait. I have been at least 5 minutes early every time to show the respect expected when you have an appointment. But it never seems they want to show you the same respect. I'm new to this dentist and after today I will again be looking for another dentist as the service of the office is not good enough. Funniest thing is I must have received at lest 4 texts about being on time for the appointment.it's now been half an hour. Now leaving though they were very helpful at the end I'm a lot more satisfied with the help and will be giving hem another chance! I appreciated the help at the end and the extra help. Went for teeth cleaning the other day. I had Rachel Tonin as my dental hygienist. She was awesome! I had a few stains on my front teeth that she got rid of, and they look fantastic. Rachel was professional and personable. Bonus: I got to watch Netflix while getting my teeth cleaned. Rachel also talked Harry Potter with me. Overall 5/5 experience.

My filing fell out at 4 in the morning. I called my regular dentist and they could not get me in for 24 hours. I visited Dr. Alsabbagh in desperation, after a great deal of suffering while on vacation. He found the problem where my previous clinic could not. I have had extensive work done over the past 6 months, including extractions, an implant, and old filling replacement. My concerns were addressed, and he worked with me to find and fix the issues. I am a senior who has always been terrified of dentists. Wish I had met this dentist years ago he and his whole staff are amazing. I truly can not say enough about him and his team. I was made to feel relaxed from the time I went through the doors and even more relaxed leaving and going back again. This is the only dentist your children should see first and I promise you they will never have the fear that I experienced my whole life. Their work is amazing, I never felt any pain nor did I have any problems with the extraction once they remove the bad tooth. My husband was impressed with the cost, that coming from a man who counts every penny, he even made an appointment to have them do a filling.

I don't normally write reviews but I have to say that this is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. I have spent the last year going through a tough dental journey - wisdom teeth extraction, root canal and numerous cavities. Dr. Nuha Baalbaki and her team are some of the most competent, professional, and kind hearted people I have known. It had been a while since I was at a dentist and I had never needed treatment as a kid. I was very fearful of the unknown and Dr. Baalbaki ensured I felt at ease. She never did anything without my consent and was always monitoring my comfort level, throughout the treatments. She always made sure I was understanding each procedure and the why, how, and when of all testaments. I truly felt in control of each process. They even offered me a blanket and some time to decompress when they could tell I needed it - I didn't even need to say anything as they are all very honed in on body language. The staff were always able to answer any questions I ever had, and provided literature and follow up. After my wisdom teeth extraction, I was surprised to see a text message asking how I was feeling - a genuine interest in my well being. There were some complications with my root canal and Dr. Baalbaki was honest and helpful when she didn't even need to be. Stephanie was extremely understanding with all my questions and concerns. She was very professional and polite when dealing with payments and exhibited absolutely zero judgment with any concern or question I brought to her, even when I called multiple times. The office itself is extremely well kept - emaculate. There are tvs mounted above each dentist chair so you can watch Netflix or Cable while you are having procedures, and iPads in the front room for kids to play at. Overall I am extremely happy with the service that has been provided. Alba Dental Centre can bet I will be a lifelong client and I would strongly reccomend them to anyone.

We are a family of 4 and was new to this clinic. We never really had a great experience with Alba's reception from the get-go. We preferred dental visits as a family as it is easier for our schedules. First family appt didn't go well as pre-estimates didn't come on time for all of us and when I requested to reschedule, reception wasn't pleased and was arguing over the phone due to the miscommunication. Next appts were not any better - appts done over the phone and in person didn't match text reminder messages. When I confronted reception and showed the discrepancy, they were non-apologetic at all and that's when we decided it's less stress for us to not deal with Alba anymore. Also, being constantly reminder of a cancellation fee becomes annoying after some time. We are very much aware after the nth time it has been mentioned. We are now with another dental office who, so far, have impressed us with their courteous and professional services. Never felt better. Best wishes to Alba nonetheless.

This dental facility is wonderful. Clean, fresh and bright. The receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful. I was so terrified to have my wisdom teeth removed. I waited over two years and they were extremely decayed. I had no choice but to have them taken out before my teeth got worse. I was first referred to Interface, but after reading their horrible reviews, I decided to go with Alba Dental. They did not disappoint! They went through the whole process with me, gave me multiple pain relieving options, and were even able to give me some discounts. The process took 20 minutes and I was shocked that I didn't feel anything at all. I did slightly feel a bit of pain when he started working on my left side, but I told him right away and he made sure it was frozen well to minimize my discomforts. Highly recommended, they have given me faith in dentists again. Thank you Alba Dental :)

As a person who has an extreme needle phobia, Alba has made all the difference. Yesterday I had to fillings done. I was absolutely terrified to get the needle. At my consultation I was put at ease by how kind the staff were. They listened to what I had to say and let me decide which level of sedation I wanted. Leading up to my appointment I was quite nervous and emailed with questions which many people would find silly, but I was treated with the utmost respect and all my questions were answered. Yesterday was a breeze. I was lightly sedated to relax me and given just enough nitrous to make me comfortable. The dentist used a numbing gel and the Dental Vibe for my injection, and I barely felt a thing! No pain, just slight pressure. The rest of the procedure was a breeze. I was able to listen to music on my headphones and just relax. It was over before I knew it! I am no longer scared to get cavities filled and next time I feel ready to try with less sedation. Thank you Dr. Alsabbagh and Alba!

I love Alba Dental! I did not got to the dentist for over a decade due to a bad experience with my previous dentist, but never once did they berate me or make me feel bad. I have so far had 9 cavities filled, and have just this morning gotten 4 wisdom teeth extracted. All of these visits were very pleasant, despite my fear of dental work, and never once did anyone in that establishment make me feel bad about my anxiety - they were patient and reassuring, and they make each visit as pleasant as it could possibly be. They are also VERY good with children, so if you have young ones in need of a dentist, I highly recommend this place. My young sisters, aged 8 and 5 both frequent this place, and I myself will be staying here to have all my orthodontic work done as well! The dentists are well trained and knowledgeable, and the staff are friendly and sociable. They make a special effort to learn your name, as well, which only improved my experience!

I was told by multiple specialists that there could be a lot of complications or some terrifying outcomes when getting my wisdom teeth extracted because of my TMJ. Dr. Alsabbagh was very patient and listened to all my concerns before my surgery. Him and his staff took really good care of me during the entire process.
