Very friendly and professional staff. Direct insurance billing. I have had routine cleaning and examinations done here, as well as a mouth guard made. Everyone here knows what they're doing, and is very open on communication. Highly recommended.

My dad just got treated by Dr. Hyun for the first time, after poor experience with previous dentists. He elaborately explained the treatment plan in detail so my dad could understand every aspect of his treatment. He did his extraction with care and precision. The following appointments were done without prior anxiety and I know this is important for myself and my son who was very scared prior to this experience . This is the best dental office I have visited! I was amazed at how impressive their infection control and Covid-19 protocols that are in place. The staff are extremely inviting and feel like family. I have no doubt of their quality of work. Dr. Daniel takes his time and explains all possible treatments, without any pressure. He truly is knowledgeable!

Very friendly staff, with a wide schedule. Everybody, from the front desk staff to Dr. Daniel, are very kind. My 4 year old likes going for her cleaning appointments! They provided such a great experience that I am confident she will not be afraid of dentists in the future.

Great experience with Dr. Hyun and the other staff but the receptionist wasn't the best. Dr. Hyun provided great explanation on the treatment I needed and options I have. He was great at providing me extra explanation regarding my concerns about surgery/treatment. However, speaking with Nikky was not pleasant. She had some sort of attitude and her tone was very rude. She messed up with my bills and my spouse's and overcharged us. When I let her know about it, she took back the receipt with an inappropriate manner and tried to fix it. She then forgot to charge one thing on my bill... We waited there patiently until she fixed everything but there was never an apology for the whole time we waited. Not a simple word of sorry. She was also NOT wearing her mask. Everyone else was following Covid rules really great there and I was impressed by all the things they do compared to other dental offices. But she just had her mask on her neck which made me feel uncomfortable. Also don't expect a call back from her because she won't give you any although she said she will. It's a shame that she had to be unprofessional like that because Dr. Hyun and the rest of his team were great.

Not a caring place, they want your benefits and do not care about you as a person they want you in and out and if not they'll make you feel like your the problem Has brought them alot of business but now will be calling those friends and family and letting them know to go else where

This has now become my go-to dentist and dentistry. I don't have dental insurance so I'm extra picky (and weary) when it comes to making sure I spend my money wisely. Excellent rendering of services, thoughtful customer service and professionalism, team cohesion, and upkeep and cleanliness of facilities are all things I look for. I have to say that Dr. Daniel, hygienist Katie, receptionists and just everyone on his team I encountered went above and beyond my expectations. In the past, going to the dentist has felt like a money-grab, but not Dr. Daniel's dentistry. If you're looking for a warm reception, an honest and diligent dentist, and an excellent team of hygienists, look no further.

Actually, I really wanted to give five stars to them, but we, all know it could be brought a full of conceit, OR this might take them to wrong direction. However, this clinic, staff and Dr. Hyun are amazing and you won't find any same degree of services and satisfaction in Canada, or even in world. To be honest, I am a person who try to see the fact of matters and to focus on the aspects of ethicality, morality and humanity. of course, the techniques and competencies of the skill have to be a bedrock to tie these things up. For this clinic, you don't have to worry, there is no doubt, and there is no skeptical or reluctance. You guys will be treated as real customer or real patient by well-prepared services. Dr. Hyun is very calm, polite, meticulous and a person who always thinks of patient as putting himself into patient's shoes. For staff, oh these guys are,,,how can I say...superb awesome. That's it, you just go and feel exact same satisfaction what I felt. You will love them.

I went there a few weeks ago and was waiting there in the reception watching the news. The receptionist or the dentist's wife - whoever that was - changed the channel without even asking me beacause she wanted to watch the game show network. I was so upset at her rudeness. Too bad, the clinic lost our business - a family of 4 people with good insurance coverage.

I went to Dr. Hyun's office with my wife and son last Friday. Dr. Hyun spent almost an hour for removing her wisdom tooth and he did the work so carefully that my wife was able to eat freely the day after. Staff were also very friendly and changed the TV channel to kids show, which made my 2 yr old son feel relaxed and he stopped crying. I was able to put him to sleep on my laps soon after. This was a second visit in 6 months and will definitely come back for more. Dr. Hyun is the best doctor in Oakville area IMHO.

Superior dental care and services: My previous dentist told me repeatedly to pull out 6 to 7 much moving frontal teeth asap. But Dr. Hyun implanted only one tooth and saved all of remining teeth by bone implanting, bone and gum rebuilding and wire alignment treatment with beautiful finish. Now I can make a big smile with confidence. I was fortunate to come to this wonderful place finally. Thanks again Dr. Hyun and his caring staff!

Easily five stars. I’ve been to a few dentists in my lifetime (good and bad) and Dr. Daniel is the best, hands down. He is patient, friendly, and most importantly, makes sure that you get exactly what you want. You can tell he is passionate about what he does. I wanted to correct my smile so had braces on for about 9 months and then had my teeth bonded. The outcome exceeded my expectations. The hygienists and staff who work in his office are also top notch. They are all skilled, very accommodating and very friendly. My parents and my brother are all now patients. Highly recommended.

I strongly recommend Dr. Hyun and his team, they knows what they are doing. I first visited his office for my two kids, 4 year old and 2 year old, they received cleaning and treatment. My kids were very compliant and received cleaning/treatment very comfortably so I was pleased. Their office was conveniently located in south of mississauga/oakville boarder and was quite pleasant. They even had little play area for my kids and everyone was genuinly friendly to kids. Recently, I went to his office for my own treatment, which made me to write this review. The quality of their work was super amazing. First cleaning by Regina was sensitive and skillful, she was excellent at scaling. Then my treatment followed by Dr. hyun was even more amazing. I had no pain when given anaesthesia, it was very carefully done that I just didn't feel it. During entire treatment, I was so relaxed all the way! It had been more than one week now since I had received his treatment, I am still very happy with the result. I have been to many differeny dental practices but this one exceeded mu expectation. If anyone wants to find a nice and caring dental practice who cares for you and your family, I recommend you try out this practice. Thums up!
