I really cannot understand how anyone can give a bad review. Staff are amazing and accommodating. My family of 5 have been coming here for over 20 years... Quick appt are hard to get, but if you’re a patient they do everything in their power to accommodate. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Condescension, arrogance and inappropriate, judgmental questions are all par for the chorus at this “healthcare professionals” office. The hygienists here are the only thing that even kept me here as long as I was, the receptionists make coming here even worse than it already is. What a way to make patients feel welcome!

I have been a patient of River Oaks Dental for over 30 years. Dr Kevin O ‘Malley has been my dentist , but in a few instances I have had the pleasure of meeting the other dentists as well. I am known as a very nervous patient. I would NEVER allow another dental office to work on my teeth. Very friendly, professional, extremely clean, and definitely cater to my phobia, and as I mentioned. I will continue going to them, until they tire of me. WONDERFUL dentists and exceptional staff. This was a terrible visit. Hygienist caused a lot of pain with the water pick, made rude comments about how yellow my teeth are, used a terrible glue-like fluoride that stuck to my teeth all day long and tasted horrible, and repeatedly poked at sensitive areas. The dentist saw me for approximately 4 minutes, barely touched my teeth and did not look for cavities after hearing I declined X-rays and also called me by the wrong name. Really terrible experience and not worth the amount that I paid.
