My boys, ages 1 and 2, are always well taken care of by their hygienist and dentist. The office is always pristine. I have never had to wait. They submit insurance claims on my behalf. The little coffee area is awesome. I like the little treasure chest of goodies that the kids can grab a gift of their liking. The little certificates that the kids get when they visit is very cute and super cool.

I've been going to Dr D'Angelo for 5 years and consider her to be a true professional. She is caring and considerate and takes her time to explain all the procedures, cost and options. Her staff are very friendly too and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. The practice has a lovely calming atmosphere to it. She's great with kids too. Highly recommend.

Dr. D'Angelo and her team are competent, polite and professional. She referred me to another clinic to get my root canal done, and I came back to her for the permanent filling after that. She explained the whole process in detail as we went through the procedure. She was very considerate and thorough during the treatment, and ensured that the tooth feels good after the procedure as well. I will highly recommend her practice to everyone in the neighborhood! And by the way, the receptionist is super polite, informative and helpful

Dr Sagar is the best Dentist I have ever had. I drive from Barrie to make sure I still get my dental care done by her. Attention to detail, and care for her patients is outstanding! She has been very approachable and compassionate towards me during procedures that made me nervous (Needles are almost painless!!!) I would look no further and book an appointment today! The clinic is impeccably clean and doesn’t have that classic l office smell either.

I don't think you should post new patients welcome if the receptionist wasn't willing to give me an appointment for my little girl. Also was very rude and asked the lady behind me to see her first because she was an existing customer ... the lady said this lady was here first I can wait , then she moved to the other side .... I was so upset that she was treating me this way when all I wanted to do was make an appointment to see the dentist when she was in! She then slammed a paper in front of me and said "take it home, fill it out ,and bring it back" ! So I got upset and grabbed both kids and left . It's sad to see that people hate their jobs so much, they make everyone else around them miserable . I hate to see employees bring others peoples business down because they are so selfish and don't like helping others. I don't think I will return to this dentist thank u for reading ! Please hire new help

Dr Saggar is wonderful! Unfortunately her receptionist is very rude! I called to make an appointment and she called back saying they were going to charge me for a missed visit. Little did she know that on the day of my missed appointment I was in the hospital having an emergency hernia surgery, which she did not give me time to explain. I will not be returning to this facility, but I do recommend Dr. Saggar, and please find a new receptionist!

Excellent service. Dr. Saggar is very professional, polite and truly cares for her patients. Great service provided by her Dental Assistant and hygienist. I especially appreciate that they don't over recommend extra xrays or procedures as soon as they find out you're covered by insurance unlike some other dental offices.

My wife and I are not pleased with the service, communication/correspondence and the rude receptionist at this location. My wife took her time to write a review and the response was, come on in and have a tour of our facility and meet us and ask us questions...what kind of offer is that? That is a lame alternative and they did not offer anything decent to make up for the situation she experienced. Highly disappointed.

Great dental office especially if you have small kids. Dr Saggar is very good with small kids. Very patient, smiling, friendly and explaining to the little ones in a way they can understand. They also have an automated cancellation service which emails/texts you if you need a more urgent service. Very pleased so far with Dr Saggar and her staff.

Dr. D'Angelo is a wonderful Dentist. I have always been apprehensive about going to the dentist. I had to have cavities filled which I completely have tried to avoid at all costs over the years. However Dr. D'Angelo and her support staff have been excellent in making me feel as comfortable as possible explaining the whole process and making sure I am doing okay during the procedure. They take before and after pictures of the cavity and will explain the process in depth, which I appreciated. Thanks Reflections Dental.

Everything has been great until this call I received last week saying that I have an outstanding balance since Sept. I was not aware of that because they never called me for that until after this whole past 4 months had gone by, they started calling non stop. I told them I would like to review ALL the visits that I had with them first and they only sent me one of them. Then, they kept calling again. I don't stay on top of my claims because it's always the clinics that remind me to pay any outstanding balance at the spot ( at least this is what I have been experiencing in the past few years) but not after 4 months. It's very rude for them to keep calling us this week and to make it like we purposely avoid this outstanding payment. People have their own schedules and it needs time to review something that happened 4 months ago. They claimed that they tried to call in the past months but it's not true. We didn't even receive a single email about this, especially I put my prefered contact is email. When I asked them, they didn't even have my email in their system. I just found that this is very ridiculous. It is not like I do not want to pay the outstanding balance but they don't give you a chance to review something that happened 4 months ago. It is very obvious that they found this mistake and wanted to correct it right away by pushing their clients. Just wanted to add that I did email them in Nov to cancel an appt and I really don't understand why they didn't mention this balance in Nov and said that they don't have my email in their record.

The best Dentist experience you will have. Polite, service oriented and professional with dental work second to none. My son broke half of his front tooth off and they fixed it so well that you would never know it's a bonded tooth. Very pleased with their work and I would highly recommend them. We used to go to another well known dental practice however it was so busy you never felt like you had any personal service but were just part of their machine. Reflections Dental is the polar opposite experience.
