My first visit and wow!! What an amazing team of people. From the front reception ladies to the hygienist, Amna, and Dr. Nourian, everyone made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Dr. Nourian thoroughly explained everything to me, and when they advertise "a gentler touch", they definitely mean it. A very positive experience for me, which I don't think I've ever felt at the dentist. 100% impressed with Kiwi Dental.

Dr. Nourian, is kind, patient and very knowledgeable. My family and I were looking for a new dentist in the Oakville area and chose Kiwi Dental. I am so happy we did. AMAZING first time experience with Dr. Nourian and staff. We have 3 children & one is Autistic, for once he was not afraid, he did not scream and they where very patient with him. From the dentist to the front desk staff, everybody is so caring and professional. I was seeking second opinion for my daughter’s tongue tie frenectomy and Dr.Nourine not only examined my daughter for free but also sent her referral to an excellent surgeon without charging me any money. They know well what they are doing, and the quality of service from A to Z (soft-skills to hard-skills) is TOPNOTCH. If you are a bit tecksavvy and/or familiar with dental equipment, right from the get-go you will notice a fully digitalized dental office which has invested in all the latest dental equipment and technologies to provide the best quality service to their patients. Within past three month I've had over 12 appointments for root canals, crowns, and implant prep work, and still more appointments to come. Very satisfied with all the services! Now that it's been about a year, I feel more comfortable giving them a review. So far, I've used this place for cleanings, cavities and a root canal fix-up / crown. I'm satisfied with all of the work done there. My problems were fixed and when they had to prioritize my problems, they explained their reasoning (both of these things were issues at my previous dentist). The people are nice, the prices seem fair (I have yet to feel ripped off which is rare in this society). There was an issue at one point with an assistant's work but when I told the dentist, she had it resolved.

I’d been having issues with one of my teeth for at least a year and did not have a dentist that I enjoyed going to. One of my friends had mentioned that they had a great experience at Kiwi Dental and I went in with high expectations. I was not disappointed, the front desk area and the exam room were very clean and the staff were very friendly and had the appropriate PPE to make me feel very comfortable going in even with the pandemic. Also, all my other dentists wanted to send me to other specialists for certain work on my teeth and gums, but this place does the work in-house. (Gum grafting) So convenient. I am a real patient with all sort of tooth problems. As always happens my molar tooth broke and I needed immediate treatment. I was referred to Kiwi Dental Office while I did not have Canadian dental insurance. I had very positive conversation over the phone to figure out how I could claim my medical insurance (from U.S) then I booked my appointment. From all my experiences with different dentists what I love the most was Dr. Nourian clearly explains all details and options you could go through and will help you to understand the best solution. My root canal was professionally performed (believe me I know that it was not my first root canal) and she spent the maximum time to have the best outcome. On top of that Dr. Nourian and her team kindly filled out my American claim forms. I was pleased with the professional manner and skills that I experienced at this Dental clinic. Dr. Nourian has to be the most exceptional and AWESOME dentist I have ever come across! Her top priority is her patients and their comfort and she makes that very well known! I had pain in my back tooth and she took me in as soon as possible to take a look at my teeth. You can tell she really focuses on her work as she took her time to examine my teeth and see what the issue is. Because of her I was able to avoid a root canal as she was able to catch the problem quickly and give me a good fix. She is an all rounder dentist that is professional and kind. So disappointed. I had a great cleaning a few weeks back. I just want to state. It was an awesome experience. I had a following appointment booked that I booked in early February. I had an appointment at 4 pm. I got there at 3:50 building was locked. I walked around the whole building twice. As I was walking to my car a lady who was moving furniture out of the complex asked if I was trying to get in the building I said yes. She kindly offered to let me in bc she had the key pass to unlock the building door to let me in. BTW no one in the office told me that the building locks their doors at 3:30 and patients need to call to have someone from the office to let them in. The receptionist rudely told me that all patients no this? WELL I DID NOT! I got in at 4:04 I waited until 4:30 until I was then moved in another room. The office manager then came in and told the doctor had an emergency at 3pm with a patient and I would need to wait maybe another 30-45 mins. I understand emergencies happen but instead of calling me and letting me know since the emergency happened at 3 pm and my appointment was at 4 pm, I walked around the whole building, waited for 30 mins in the waiting room and then the office manager told me it would be a bit more of a wait. Completely unprofessional and a disregard to other the patients time as well. I WILL NOT BE A RETURNING PATIENT!

The team at Kiwi Dental is fabulous. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist (who really is ?) and used to make excuses to avoid going. I was looking for a new dentist and was referred to Kiwi by a colleague. The moment you walk in you get a good feeling. The staff are friendly, helpful and the practice is kid-friendly. All forms are electronic, and claims are submitted directly to your insurance provider. I met Dr. B, who mentioned that I had a couple of cavities which needed looking into as well as a filling that needed to be fixed (thanks useless overly priced former dentist). She was amazing !!!! She has such a light touch and puts you at ease. She patched up everything in no time. It was probably the best dental filling procedure I’ve had. Thanks for making it a great, pain free experience.

I had been a patient that Dr. Somayeh Nourian had previously taken excellent care of at a Dental clinic close to my home. When I had asked for her again at that clinic, I was told that she had left and was practicing at a different place. They would not give me a contact number, so I searched for her name on Google and was lucky to find her. She has now set up a shiny new clinic in Oakville. The reason I was looking for her specifically (there are a ton of dentists in my home area) is because she is most skillful, dedicated and has a very light touch, she performs her dental procedures as if she is producing a work of art! She is a perfectionist and is not happy until she is satisfied with her handiwork. Just imagine how satisfied the patient is when he/she walks out knowing that it couldn't have been done any better! Fearing it could be an abscess, I left voicemails with a couple of local offices. Kiwi Dental texted me on their Christmas day off, and fit her into their busy schedule the next day! Dr. Nourian was very knowledgeable and able to determine the issue. The entire clinic is clean and following strict Covid protocols, with n95 masks, hepa air purifiers, ppe, one patient per room, plastic covers in entryways, opening sanitized tools in front of each patient, limiting patients in the wait room…They are also extremely friendly and helpful. Looks like we found our new dentist!

I recently had a root canal treatment performed at Kiwi Dental. Went in very nervous, but Dr. Nourian and her team made me feel comfortable from the start. She would frequently check to make sure I was feeling fine throughout the procedure. Overall, I had a good experience. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

Another great experience at Kiwi Dental! Went to see Dr. Nourian for a wisdom tooth extraction. I arrived at 3PM and by 3.45PM I was driving home. Excellent work by Dr. Nourian. She explained what will happen, put the freeze on and extracted the tooth in one piece! After about 2 hours they followed up with me to see how I feel. I had an amazing experience having my teeth cleaned at Kiwi dental today. The hygienist Tracy was so gentle that together with the calming music I almost felt like I was at a massage! I was so relieved as I struggle with gum sensitivity. Dr Nourian always takes the time to personally check in with me and have a look at my teeth, even when I’m not due for a dr visit. After a very good experience getting a difficult gum graft in January, I really value and respect her advice in regards to all my dental work.
