Girl at front desk is rude. They charged my insurance and also made me pay with my visa card. So they got paid twice. When i called them to say they already got paid by my insurance, when are they going to refund my creditcard, she refused to help. She hung up the phone on me once. Sometimes they would not answer my calls or VM until i threatened to report them to dental association. Very unprofessional. We have never seen this from a dental office. Our insurance finally had to cancel the payment to the dental office and instead sent another check to us. The girl completely messed up the paperwork for insurance. We will never go here again. Price was very high too since she found out tgat we have 100% coverage. We reported them to insurance.

Hi, I live in the Neighbourhood and decided to visit Dentist @ Oakville for Checkup and cleaning, which has been pending since last 2 years. I have been waking by this clinic for months, but I was skeptical to call them. My experience has been wonderful , starting from the booking call to the end of my visit. Staff at this place is very courteous and professional and they are taking extra measures to make sure the safety of clients in the current pandemic situation. Dr. Hasnain laid out the whole picture of my denture health after taking X-rays, and provided me his honest opinion about options that I can choose from to take care of things that requires immediate attention. I did not feel any pressure to get all kinds of thing done in my mouth, which I have experience with other dental clinics. I am glad that I found a good dental clinic around the corner of my home.

Dr Hasanain is very professional, huge knowledge and wide experience, I had a cavity a one of my lower teeth, he checked everything first, gave me a full assessment, explained to me what I have and what needs to be done before he started. I never felt any pain during his work and the filling looked very nice. Every thing was super clean, and all staff were very friendly. Highly recommend really.

I have been a client with Dr. Khafaji for about 6 months now and I swear I will never find a more incredible dentist! Not only is he very knowledgeable, but he is so friendly. There isn't an appointment I go to that I am not smiling from ear to ear. I have had everything from a root canal, crown, multiple fillings, extraction, mouth guard, whitening, etc and I have always been 150% happy with his work. I truly recommend anyone and everyone to Dr. Khafaji. He will ensure all your needs and wants are met and I can guarantee you will leave a very happy client! The staff is also remarkable!

It had an extreme pain in my tooth, I have texted to my regular dentist, she was on vacation but responded and said she won’t be back till Tuesday October the 9th and gave me phone number for Dr. Khafaji, I texted him in the morning explaining that I have a awful tooth pain and shortly after he texted me back and said that he will take me in, even tho it was stat holiday Thanksgiving. He was amazing, kind, and very informative which made me feel comfortable and calm. I can’t thank him enough for doing it! White Lily Dental you awesome!!

One of the best dental clinics that you can go to, the staff is friendly and professional. Painless treatment with well experienced doctors. I went there after my dentist told me that I need to go under full anesthesia to take off my broken tooth. I went to doctor Al-Khafaji and instead of taking the rest of tooth off he did full restoration. Highest recommendation for Dr. Hassanien Al-khafaji and keep up the good work.

I went to see Dr. Ahmed Alaulddin Khaleel Karamallah. Worst experience of going to a dentist. Because of pandemic, i just wanted a filling of a decayed tooth. After explaining everything to him, I ended up by paying for a filling of a different tooth( that never required a filling in the first place because it already had a filling and there was no decay as shown by x-rays). I feel he deliberately misguided me taking me for an easy picking. Unprofessional is the word that comes to my mind. I dont know about other dentists at this location. Maybe they are more truthful...
