This is the most professional, helpful, and friendly dental office I have ever visited. I was an out of province patient with an emergency-- a sudden broken filling and tooth! Not only did they find a way to take me in that same afternoon, but as Dr. Aly gave me a temporary filling, he explained it all in detail, told me about the crown that would be needed, and sent me the XRays to give to my home dentist. If I didn't live in BC, I would always return to them.

I hadn't been to a dentist in quite some time so I was already anxious. I got there, the lady at the desk was okay, the dental hygienist was very sweet, but the dentist herself was absolutely horrible. It turned out I had quite a few cavities to get filled... the dental hygienist told me that she didn't think they'd be root canal, but are getting pretty close. So my second appointment, when I went and got some fillings filled, the dentist was very forceful about me getting root canals. I said I don't have the money for that, and explained the dental hygienist said that two of my teeth weren't quite at root canal stage. The dentist scoffed at me and said well they are and you need to book your appointment for them. I replied with so you're telling me that your dental hygienists aren't qualified? And she said No, not as qualified as I am... she was so wrong to say anything she didn't know about. I told them I wouldn't be coming back. On top of all this, the dentist was so rough while filling in some of my teeth. Didn't tell me she was putting a needle in to freeze it, didn't explain anything she was doing, never asked if I was comfortable or if my jaw needed a break. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone!

Dr. Ali is the best dentist that I had so far after I had quite few of them not doing what they supposed to do to help me maintain a healthy mouth. He will show you the before during and after photos of his work. No need to guess anymore what was done in your mouth at the time of your appointment and what was wrong about it since it's all documented by him and you see it at the end of your appointment on the tv screen as well. I wish I had found him years ago when I let other dentists take care of my teeth sadly.

The facility is very outdated, the dentist is careless. I was charged $140 for a specific exam with the dentist only look into my mouth for less than 30 seconds. One of the reception is very mean and not patient. Very disappointed in the services. will definitely be seeking other locations for my dental needs.

This is by far the best dental office I had ever encountered, I havent been to the dentist for a couple of years after my old dentistry in Brampton. This is by far the best and most professional dentistry to date. If you get the chance in visiting, please please ask for Karima Fahmy, she is so understanding and helpful. For the first time I'm looking to have my braces done, and they took their time with me and gave me options, which a lot of dental office does not do ( based on my own past experience). You will not regret joining up with this dentistry.

If I could give over a 5 star review I would! When you initially enter the office you are greeted by hard working and dedicated receptionists who care very much for each and every patient. These ladies are very busy every moment they are in the office, making sure every patient is satisfied and greatly cared for! I am absolutely terrified of the dentist office, and of having any type of dental procedure. The office was made well aware of this when I became a patient about 1.5 years ago. These ladies at the front desk have worked effortlessly to make my time in the office as comfortable as possible. About 3 weeks ago I had 3 wisdom teeth removed, and as you can imagine (being terrified and all) I walked into the office with tears in my eyes. The entire staff was by my side the entire time making me feel calm and safe in their hands. Both my dentist and his assistant were aware of my fears and carefully listened to all my requests and answered every single question I had. They were kind and extremely patient. I can't thank them enough for making me feel so safe! This being said.. for 5 days AFTER my procedure these LOVELY ladies called me to check up on me and make sure I was as comfortable as possible at home knowing that I has been so nervous going in. For all my check ups, my dentist listed to all my irrational fears about healing etc. and found ways to ease my mind and again answer all of my questions. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and patience when it comes to me! Thank you Burloak Centre Dentistry for making me feel so comfortable and safe in an environment that Is terrifying to me! P.S.A: I do not name anyone in specific because the office as a WHOLE is amazing. And EVERYONE deserves recognition for their work. If you are looking for a new dental office I highly recommend checking them out! :)

My daughter is not fond of Dentists. But our experience with this clinic was not traumatic at all. The team from the receptionist, to the Dentist put me at ease, as a mother. I went with my daughter for an emergency. They started by taking her into the playroom, where we filled the New Patient Form. The Dentist explained to us the treatment procedure and off we went. I had a phenomenal experience at Burloak Centre Dentistry. Prior to changing dental offices I had a horrible experience with dentists and had anxiety whenever I entered a dental space. I have gone there for nearly 6 years and prior to changing dentists had had braces for 6 years before and had a botched Marilyn bridge attached (I'm missing my two front teeth). I'm only 26. I had been told previously that even after braces one of my front teeth was crooked at the root, so there was no way an implant could be inserted, nor did I have enough bone marrow to have an implant inserted. Dr. Tuli thought otherwise. She had me meet with Dr. Haroun, who set out a plan for me to shift my teeth (specifically the problematic crooked front tooth's root) within a year using Invisalign treatment. Then I met with Dr. Chahine to see if an implant would be possible with the use of donor bone marrow, and that is could be done with such a tight fit between my teeth. She was positive that it was. Over the course of a year, following many dentist appointments, I was able to get everything sorted out and finish Invisalign treatment, complete the implant and bone marrow surgery, and receive my crowns. This has by far been my best experience with a dental office ever. I am so grateful for everyone's help. The entire staff, down to the front desk receptionists were wonderful and so understanding. I appreciate you all so much! If you come to this office, I can assure you you will have a wonderful experience.

The first time I took my kids there, the receptionist was far from being nice, but the hygienist we got was okay. So I let it go and booked a follow up. The second time we went there, the hygienist we got was totally awful. This is a center that is supposed to know how to deal with young kids. The ceiling TV was not working, so having a toddler lay down for a cleaning was definitely a challenge. But instead of playing around with that, the hygienist kept getting mad at my toddler for moving. She was very rude and really lacked bed manners when it comes to young kids. She seemed more concerned about teaching good manners to my toddler in front of me, than doing her job in a professional and nice way. I will definitely NOT return there with my kids and I do not recommend this place for young kids.

The team at Burloak Centre Dentistry is 5 Star+. As illustrated in my recent appointments. We recently had a dental emergency, my son had a horrific accident at the skate park, he severed one of his front teeth, significantly chipped the other one, and loosened other teeth. When I called the office at 9:00am, Caitlin arranged to have him seen immediately by Dr. Ali. Dr. Ali prioritized his treatment and calmly & confidently worked to stabilize his teeth, reattached the severed tooth and tried his best to do anything he could to save the injured teeth. The team and Dr. Ali’s excellent bedside manner kept everyone calm, especially my 13 year old son. The follow-up appointment revealed that Dr. Ali’s treatment plan was successful; none of the damaged teeth died, chipped teeth were repaired, severed tooth has been reinforced. You wouldn’t be able to tell how badly the teeth were damaged by looking at my son today. The team is always great, but in this instance they went above and beyond to make sure that everyone was taken care of. Dr. Ali thank you and the team for saving his smile!

I recently had my wisdom teeth out! and I’m an extremely nervous(fearful) person when it comes to do with anything at the dentist. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the whole office is and how absolutely amazing Dr.Aly was with me, he understood how hard it was for me and was able to calm me and finish the procedure so fast! I visited Dr. Aly based on a recommendation from my sister who had recently had a tooth extracted. I was dealing with a bad absessed tooth and went into the office thinking I would need the tooth removed. I deal with dental fear and once Dr. Aly and Angela knew I was anxious, they did their best to calm my nerves and talk me through the entire process. My tooth was saved via root canal. It was my first root canal and I was comfortable for most of the procedure and they kept me calm and collected. I know my teeth need work but thanks to Dr. Aly, I'm confident I'm in good hands.

First time visiting Burloak Centre Dentistry (June 2021). This review is specifically for a sports mouth guard for my 7 year old. Total cost $275 (completely fine with the cost). When I shared my experience with our Pediatric Dentist, he commented he would've referred me to an Orthodontist who would not have taken advantage of overcharging (knowing kids would be returning for a new mouth guard more frequently...it is actually a fraction of what I paid). I got taken, I accept that, in the end I just wanted to ensure my son had a mouth guard for sports camps. That being said, in preparation for our appointment I was upfront and open about my son's current Pediatric Dentist including history (no cavities) and the monitoring of his incoming albeit crooked teeth. Everything was noted prior to our appointment. Despite having the patient info in advance, it's as though the Dentist at Burloak Centre Dentistry didn't even read why we were coming. I had to patiently listen for approx. 15 min on how their practice has an in-house orthodontist and how their healthy smiles program would be a good fit for my son. I actually had to interrupt the "sales pitch" and explain that we are only visiting to have a Proform sports mouth guard made and are quite aware of my son's current overcrowding as we're monitoring it with our Pediatric Dentist. Impression was finally completed and we were on our way. What's worse, when we were notified to come pick up the mouth guard we were told a fitting would take place (should take 10 min max). However, upon arrival reception informed me my son didn't need to see anyone to ensure it fit properly. They handed the custom sports mouth guard to me in a zip lock bag with a blue post-it note inside. We didn't even receive a protective case to go with the mouth guard (there's professionalism for you!). I thought that was strange and asked if I could use their washroom to confirm if it does indeed fit my son well. I was told it's not current policy to let patients use restrooms, but the receptionist agreed so long as I cleaned the areas I used with gloves and sanitization wipes. I take my son to the bathroom and guess what...the sanitization wipes container is empty. I politely asked for a new container which was provided. Finally, back inside the bathroom, I removed the mouth guard from the impression mould inside the zip lock bag and have my son place it in his mouth (because the bathroom is the most sanitary place to try on a mouth guard right?!). It fit well. I then put on the rubber gloves provided by reception and thoroughly cleaned the bathroom for Burloak Centre Dentistry and we left. I'm being kind leaving two stars for the overall experience I received for such a simple appointment/experience. I'm still considering if I should post a photo of the zip lock bag containing our $275 mouth guard and a photo of our invoice (which didn't spell my son's name correctly either). Would I recommend Burloak Centre Dentistry...No.

This place does not have a cancellation policy for missed appointments. It is 3 strikes and you are out. I offered to pay for missed appointments but was told "not to come back" as doctor doesn't have time for my excuses and time slots are extremely valuable and to find a dentist close to my home. I had never missed the appointments because of the location. I was told to find another place and this is after I had x-rays done at the place and was planning on having work done. Or maybe I am not a patient worthy of their time because I am not of the high economic status expected from patients that live in Oakville. I guess classism extends to all sectors of life even dental offices.

I have been going to this dental clinic for about 6 years now. Dr. Tuli and her staff are amazing. I always feel comfortable and secure in their environment. Last August (2020) I had Invisalign installed to help straighten my teeth. I am 68 years old and never thought i needed to have my teeth straightened but was I ever mistaken. My teeth look amazing now and the process was utterly painless and very convenient. Unlike braces, Invisalign can be removed to eat so it does not limit your choices. They are easy to remove, put back in and to keep clean and also and most importantly as the name implies, they are pretty much invisible. To Dr. Tuli and her entire staff...you know who you are, thank you for everything you do and have done to help me keep my dental health an easy and convenient process. Jackie Hughes

Tldr: extremely irresponsible clinic that makes excuses instead of taking ownership. wouldn't trust them to sell me tooth paste. To preface this review, it is my understanding that dental fillings either fall out in the first few weeks, or lasts about 10-15 years. My dad went to get fillings done at this clinic at the end of last year, the dentist at the time said they'll guarantee their work for at least 1 year. My dad was comfortable with the idea and figures that in the worst case scenario, it falls out after 2-3 years they don't mind paying to get it done again. The filling actually fell out this April, or a little over 3 months later, so he went back to get it put back in. the clinic however denied any claim about work guarantees made by that dentist, and even said they wouldn't honor it because the dentist that performed the procedure no longer works at their clinic. I'm not sure if that excuse would work anywhere else, but I've never dealt with any service or retail business that shifts blame onto an ex-employee to get out of fixing their own mistakes. Any business that takes no responsibility for their own work doesn't deserve to be open. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Hello there, i think that this “top of dentistry” office is not the best and definitely not on top i think that the orthodontist there is not very business friendly because when i went to go see if i needed braces she told me to bite down so i did then when we both went out to talk to my family she told me to bite down again to show my overbite so i did and she then said i was showing a “different” bite and i don’t think i can really move around my teeth in about 10 seconds to express a different bite. and i think this organization is not professional and a rip off and a waste of my time and money Because when i went to go get a referral for braces and another dentist they said i only needed my top row and not bottom and you guys had said that i really needed to get them
