This was my first visit to Bronte Oak dental and Dr.Khoshsar and her staff were fantastic. I always have gas but they were exceptionally efficient in setting it up and programming the amount I needed. They were also very thorough in covering ever detail in checki g my teeth. I moved to Halton region this year and searched for a dentist near me. Dr. Roya’s reviews are very accurate. I couldn’t be happier with my choice. She is thorough and honest about what is best for me and my oral health, and her hygienist Rosa is such a sweetheart! Every visit is fun with them, the chairs are massage chairs!!! And you get to choose a Netflix show or music to listen to while they work. Best experience, and this is coming from someone who’s spent forever avoiding the dentist. Thanks guys!

I am an elderly person in China. My few remaining real teeth had problems, which caused the position of my lower denture to change in the oral cavity, causing unbearable chewing pain. On June 4, I went to doctor Dr. Roya Khoshsar, who understood my needs very carefully and kindly, and gave a reasonable plan. Two days later, on June 7 (at least one of which was a holiday), I pulled out the last tooth and tried on the entire lower denture in an hour, and immediately felt much better than before. After this week's try, I can now use upper and lower teeth to chew, without the feeling of pain that before, but under the false teeth or have the feeling of oppression gums, is munching on it under the friction and collision of gums, painful and cause some parts of the red discomfort, but I would like to invite Dr. Roya Khoshsar appropriate grinding for me after a few times, I have every confidence that it will be solved! Bronte Oak Dental, Dr. Roya Khoshsar and his team will be highly commended and appreciated, and I will recommend them to my friends both online and offline!

Dr. Roya Khoshsar is such a wonderful, kind and down to earth dentist. She is so patient and fun with kids. She is extremely thorough, detail oriented, immaculate and provides easy to understand explanations with ease and peacefully. The office is spic and span, the environment is always positive and the staff is so humble and makes the whole process so easy, smooth and quick right from getting an appointment to get all paperwork done with the insurance. My 7 year old was so happy and relaxed through the whole treatment. She did such fine job with him, there were no tears, pain or swellings of any kind. My son was a happy tappy boy and went to play with his friends right after the procedure. My 2nd lil one won't sit in anyone's chair but Dr. Roya's. He is 4yrs old. She puts him at ease right away. And she returned my carefree smile. I am not going anywhere else ever again!

Best Dentist experience I ever had. Dr. Roya Khoshsar and her team, are just fabulous. Here is why; 1) They educated me on what specific dental care procedures I needed based on my health needs, encouraged me to follow specific dental care techniques. I have extremely sensitive gums, and ever since my first visit with them I started to notice a great difference by following their instructions 2) She used simple to understand terms with me so that I knew exactly what was going on, and did not leave confused because of the fancy dental terms that were being used 3) Never in my life had I gone to a dentist and was actually excited because as my teeth were being cleaned (and so on), I actually watched TV. Before I could even finish my epidote, they were done! This is obviously not a dentist related pro, but the experience makes it worth it. 3) All I saw was new technology. which I had never seen in my entire life. This to me is super important, given that it means that Dr. Roya Khoshsar is up to date with her knowledge and is willing to invest in order for her practice to be top notch. 4) Everyone at the office is super friendly, and everyone is also always smiling. They do create a great welcoming environment, rather Than make me feel like they're just there for the pay/job. 5) Dr. Roya Khoshsar really does make me feel involved in the decision making for my treatments, she goes on and explains all the options that are available for me rather than just telling me to do x or y. She is also very honest, which allows me to really trust in her opinion. There is probably still more that I can add, but for the sake of keeping this review at a decent length I'll stop here. If you are looking for a new dentist, after numerous bad experiences, this is it.

Overall Review: Dr. Roya Khoshsar is beyond amazing. We live very close by. My previous dentist was in Toronto. She has been my dentist for over 2 years now. I wish I wrote this earlier. Better late than never I guess. She is patient and understanding and never pushes any decision on you. She always took me in for my dental emergencies. I have had so many and so much work done that I am very grateful that she never sent me somewhere else in pain. Amazing funny personality and her staff is very welcoming. I feel like they care and want what is best for you. August 28,2021 Review: I was away in California. I had tooth pain probably another root canal so much pain the dentist there also was amazing. They sent all the documents to Bronte Oak dental so I can deal with it when I get back and they got me an opening as soon as possible Sept 28, 2021 Review: I went in for a consult looks like I need a root canal. I have too much anxiety with needles so she assured me we can get it done all in one appointment so that I don't have to be poked twice. She is so understanding its amazing. She always puts her patients first. Cannot wait to go back and sort things out and update you all here.

Dr. Roya Khoshsar and her staff are extremely friendly and nice. Dr. Khoshsar has extremely high standards of cleaning and always takes the time to sit down and explain to you every step of the process in the services she provides. Their office is really clean and Dr. Khoshsar is also extremely punctual. I have never had to wait for my turn and even during Covid times, I feel comfortable being in such a clean environment that is sanitized often.
