I had concerns about treatment and outcome with my children. A meeting was set up by Dr Davidson and as compliance and communication was an issue a generous compromise was made. I would suggest parents attend with teens to be kept up to date.

Since the beginning of my treatment everyone at The Brace Space has been nothing but kind and sweet. They really make you feel cared for. I finished my treatment a few years ago and still follow the social media for The Brace Space. Everytime I see something it gives me a little pang of FOMO because I loved my time with Sarah and her wonderful staff SO much! I had the opportunity to be in a week ago getting new retainers made (after not having been in for a few years) and it felt just like coming home! I love the special treatment always given here and the “just a little bit fancier and kinder” treatment of all who walk in. From the offer of a lip balm to the super friendly customer service. It is all meant to make you feel special and I will tell you that it works! Dr. Sarah is an actual gem of a person as well as being a superb orthodontist always up on the cutting edge technologies and providing the best “experience” one could ever hope to have. I miss you Dr. Sarah I enjoyed every appointment with you. ????

Dr. Sara is extremely knowledgeable, and I love the comprehensive patient needs analysis to ensure the treatment plan aligns with the patience’s goals. Sara, one of the dental assistants, put my braces on this morning, and was so wonderful. Sara thoroughly explained the process, what to expect, and provided tips on how to maintain as best as possible. And then finally, a HUGE shout out to the amazing Brace Space team from check in to photos to paperwork; you are wonderful. Covid has caused many businesses to pivot and adapt and front-line teams are faced with a layer of potentially exposing themselves to the virus daily while working with the public. Despite all of this, today I was met with smiles, laughs, and great customer service. Thank you for making me feel safe and I'm looking forward to the next 20 months of treatment!

I just completed my invisalign treatment this month. It has been a long journey; however I am very pleased with the high quality services provided by the Brace Space. Dr. Davidson treats her patients very seriously and she works hard to give you the best possible results even at times I felt that I am quite happy to stop the treatment. I first went to the Brace Space and met Dr. Stuart and then when Dr. Davidson returned from Mat Leave, she worked with me on my invisalign. I feel very blessed that I had the expertise of both of these innovators. When my tooth literally imploded and had to be taken out immediately, Dr. Stuart and Dr. Davidson put an expert team together with my dentist and spared my tooth so I could complete my invisilign. We thought the tooth would have to come out eventually, but it healed! They were a blessing for me, if I had been with the wrong doctor, that tooth would have come out and I would not have been able to complete the work my teeth badly needed. I will be finished in 10 weeks and I am kind of sad I won't have our regular visits. You are made to feel special and that your concerns matter and they really delivered. My smile is big, where it once looked like I had missing teeth, they were so crooked. This was one of the best investments I ever made. I would highly recommend the entire team at the Brace Space.

Where do I start.... first of all it should be 10 out of 5 stars but it won't let me select that. But seriously, this place and the people in it are just awesome. I went to 3 different places before coming to the brace space and as soon as I sat down with them I just knew I was in good hands, I felt comfortable I felt like I mattered.. like i wasn't just another number or $$$ to them. My procedure took just a tiny bit longer then the excepted term but well worth it, dr davidson wouldn't let me leave till she was 110% satisfied with my teeth and I'm so grateful for that because the outcome is just so amazing and I couldn't be happier. Dr davidson and her whole team are just so nice, so generous, and so genuine.. they really make you feel like your part of the family. I just finished my last appointment with them and my wife's almost done as well and she feels the same way. If your looking elsewhere I would just stop looking and come to the brace space you wouldn't regret it.

I went in for a consultation thinking I needed braces because I wasn’t happy with the way my teeth looked, however Dr. Davidson as well as many other members of the team told me it was just the shape of my teeth that needed to be adjusted. Dr Davidson's sincere devotion to her profession, patents and staff is evident from the moment you walk in the door. There is a comfort and ease when you arrive in reception and while there are probably hundreds of people that come an go in the run of a day, it feels very much like you’re the only patient in the practice. This sense of personal care has only improved in a Post-COVID environment thanks to the skill and professionalism of the entire staff. I met with Dr. Davidson and asked if she could improve my smile enough in 6 months for wedding photos and she said "definitely". Being in my late 50s, I didn't want traditional braces so Dr. Davidson suggested Invisalgn. They worked wonders - I couldn't believe the results in less than 6 months. As a nurse I find I tend to be looking down at my patience as we provide care to them in their most vulnerable moments. I truly feel I lucked in with I came through The Brace Space doors! One of the things that kept me back from making the decision sooner was it was going to be a financial commitment as well. Through arranged payment plans The Brace Space made my life so much easier and it was so affordable. I did worry about what happens once I pay off my payment plan and still required more correction. No worries, The Brace Space is also in it for the " Long Haul" as well. The support and fine tuning goes far pass the last payment.
