I have had a fear of going to the dentist for most of my life. The staff there always go above and beyond to make my experience comfortable and relaxing, for me that means more than a nice smile because for years I avoided dentist because of bad experiences. My whole family has all dental work done here and we all feel the same! Thank you everyone at SWD Yarmouth!

Very clean but very disappointed with there customer skills are very poor, the dark hair girl with short spiked hair called my wife crazy (girl at the desk) in the back with the dentist... very rude to even say at a job like that even when more costumers was there.... will never go there again, and if you have depression someone saying your crazy just is NOT RIGHT! Customers are always right! Took my whole family out of there (6 of us) id do the same... if the owners would like to get ahold of me they sure can 774-3054

Southwest Dental is the most state-of-the-art office (of any type) I have ever had the pleasure to be iserved in. The staff is courteous, with a friendly, welcoming manner. They are well educated, competent, thorough but concise with their information sharing and instructions; and worked together like a well-choreographed dance with precision, efficiency of movement and confidence that comes from knowing exactly what they are doing! A very pleasant experience, overall! :-)

From the moment I contacted the clinic expressing urgent concern to the time I arrived to be treated ,The team at South West dental took care of me 100% with texts and calls throughout the day until a plan was put into place to see me. With Covid 19 being such a concern at this time the office was closed , However a plan was put into place to make it possible to be treated. The team gave me the impression of genuine care and concern. Very kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional team who go above and beyond to ensure you receive the very best care I highly recommend South West Dental and cannot thank them enough

On January 2nd, 2020 I went to this dental office with tooth pain due to pressure and sensitivity to hot/cold. Doctor Comeau had seen me. It was determined upon investigation that I had an abscessed tooth due to infection. Probable cause due to a likely bad filling. They filling did not look bad on the original X-ray. Having had two recent dental implants due to teeth breaking from minute cracking I was aware the cracked teeth can have these symptoms and asked Dr. Comeau to pull my tooth. He stated that he rather me get a root canal as this is the route he would like to take. I insisted on him pulling it and stated that he would make more money as I would get another implant. He insisted on the root canal and proceeded to refer me to Meteghan and Dr Singh. On January 29th i went to Doctor Singhs' office. I told Dr. Singh that I felt my tooth was cracked and would rather have it pulled. He proceeded with the Canal and told me he needed to investigate. Upon drilling into my tooth he noticed cracking but continued further stating that he thinks he can save it. Long story short, I'm having pain with pressure and to hot/cold again but it has been enhanced and i'm self medicating PRN with Ibuprofen 600mg. Today, February 18 I seen Dr. Comeau again. He asked if I was having pain in the root canal tooth. I said yes. He said I should have made an appointment with Dr. Singh. The root canal was discounted due to the cracking but I was charged $999. I told Dr. Comeau that I wanted it pulled originally and he insisted that he had given me the option. No where and I state, that this was given to me as an option as I felt it was cracked and asked for the removal of the tooth on January 2nd. I feel Dr. Comeau is not an honest man. In my opinion he is in it now for the money and not the patient. Burn out is real Dr. You should be ashamed of yourself! Please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere for your dental needs. The staff at both Yarmouth and Meteghan are exceptional but Doctor Comeau should really look at his morals.

I made an appointment for a check up and was not expecting a $350 dollar check up. I was not given a choice or made aware of how expensive the check up would be. Then to add insult to injury the hygienist charged me an extra $35 for "patient instruction", a conversation I didn't initiate or require. Total rip off beginning to end. Won't be back.

This dentist office is full of morons. I've never seen a place in my life make you put braces on. Wait three months. Take them off and pull out teeth that were told to be taken out prior to getting braces on in the first place. And then take 3 more months to get a dam appointment.
