The Paradigm team and Dr. Emanuele took care of me through my Invisalign treatment from 2019-2021. I previously hated going to the dentist and put off the recommendation to get braces until my thirties because of that. Not only did they provide stellar Invisalign treatment, they were kind, detailed and professional. They were meticulous about adjustments over time to ensure that my teeth looked great and were as healthy as they could be! Through the covid pandemic, even through office closures they were accessible and ensured my treatment was a priority. After coming by the office on a regular basis over the past 2 years, I have gotten to know Andrew, Danielle, Sarah and Savanna well, and am truly going to miss going to appointments there! Not only do they all prioritize excellent medical treatment, they also take an interest in their patients' lives, which makes the process so enjoyable. They genuinely seem to enjoy working together and the service they provide to patients, which creates such a positive environment! I am really grateful to have had such excellent care with Paradigm, and highly recommend them to anyone seeking orthodontic treatment in Halifax.

Really？All positive comments? At least this is not how I felt. The doctor was not very patient. He changed the treatment plan frequently without explaining anything. Whenever I questioned about that, he acted like he's not prepared to answer any question. I wont say that was a nice experience.

I am currently finishing up my orthodontic treatment after 1.5 years in braces. I was apprehensive about getting braces as an adult, but it has been very much worth it! I decided to get braces to fix my bite, and Dr. Emanuele certainly did that and then some. The consultation was excellent, and he was very knowledgeable in describing my options. I would definitely recommend getting a consultation at Paradigm if you have questions about your bite. Throughout my treatment, he was very thorough and paid attention to every detail. He was pretty much spot on with every time frame he gave me, and my braces are coming off right on schedule. Danielle, the office manager, is so friendly and accommodating. She was often able to work around my busy schedule. The dental hygienists (Sarah and Savannah) are also excellent. Other little things that made a huge difference: free wifi for patients/guests in the clinic, free parking in the Vertu suites lot, nice waiting room. Overall, 10/10 would recommend.

Not enough good things to say about this place and Dr. E and staff. He even helps out with after hours problems (name a doc that will answer your call after close). Everyone there makes this braces thing so easy, thank god we found these guys. Keep it up paradigm!!!!!

Each visit to Paradigm Orthodontics is a positive experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who is considering orthodontic treatment. Before I arrived for my initial consultation, I was apprehensive about getting braces as an adult (and for the second time). Dr. Emanuele is very knowledgeable and clearly explained the positive impact that orthodontic treatment (including jaw surgery!) would have on me. I left the consultation with an appointment booked to get braces and haven't looked back since. Dr. Emanuele, Danielle and Sarah are all very kind and the customer service at the office is amazing. If you're looking for an orthodontist in Halifax, this is definitely the place to go.

I recently completed my Invisalign treatment at Paradigm and honestly I could not recommend them more! After starting my treatment I began to notice results within the first few weeks. Scheduling appointments was always really easy and they gave me parking vouchers every visit so it was always super fast and easy to get in and out. I never had to wait to see any of the team members and the staff are all super friendly which made me look forward to going to every appointment. Excellent service, excellent results, and all around excellent experience. I couldn’t recommend Paradigm Orthodontics more :)

I went to Paradigm to have my permanent wires removed and retainers made. Every single person there, from the very first phone call, was incredible and made me feel so comfortable. They were sensitive to the financial burden, never made me feel judged (as most dentists and dental hygienists do), and were just fun to be around!! Dr. Emanuele spent more time with me than I would have expected and was very kind and answered all of my questions happily. His staff are EXCEPTIONAL - everyone was knowledgeable and kind. Watching the way the staff all interact with each other, you can see that it is a positive workplace. I cannot recommend Paradigm Orthodontics highly enough!!!

Earlier this week I contacted Paradigm Orthodontics about an issue I had with a broken retainer that had remained in place along my bottom teeth after my braces were removed several years earlier by an orthodontist in another province. My email was quickly followed up via phone and an appointment promptly booked. They sent along additional information and answered many questions before I even arrived.
