Professional, clean, and kind. The receptionist always greets me by name. The hygienists, nurses and Dr Dempsey are always wonderful. They answer questions patiently, and always make sure that the patient is comfortable. They have text message reminders for appointments. Definitely makes going to the dentist much less horrible!

I just got a test message from Nova Dental reminding that it has been 11 month since my son's hygiene appointment. It actually reminded me why we don't have an appointment...It is because you guys canceled our evening appointment we booked months in advanced with no reason. Then, you did not even provide any other alternative. By the way, whoever was on the phone was quite rude. You guys don't need to keep reminding us since we made appointments with somewhere else....Thank you...

I have been going to Nova Dental for about 20 years and have always had good experiences. This week my regular hygienist and dentist were unavailable but I was quickly rebooked for an appointment the same day. Lisa and Amanda were excellent and I even learned something new about how x-rays work. There is a strong team environment at Nova Dental and it makes for smooth customer experience.

My whole family had great experiences with Dr Amanda Miller. She was very patient with my 6yo who had to had removed a baby tooth. My daughter was smiling for the rest of the day after the surgery was over, even if it was difficult and scary for her. Amanda and her team turned it into a great experience. My husband and I had several minor jobs done and everything was perfect. My little 1yo is not thrilled about getting her teeth checked but that’s on her, not Amanda who was always great ???? The staff is always smiling and being super nice which makes a big difference for me. It feels good to be at Nova Dental, they created a lovely environment. Thanks!

Sadly I didn't have dental insurance for many years which resulted in multiple issues. I went one day to get a filling, I could feel some sharpness. Asked for more numbing and was given a small amount, I was still feeling pain and asked for more. I was then told that I would be fine and could pull through. It was then mentioned that I wouldn't be in pain if I had gone to the dentsit sooner and got it looked at then. I was in tears for the entire procedure. Was never asked if I was okay or I would like to take a break. I already had anxeity when it came to the dentist and after that expereince, it made it 100% worse. I left swollen, in pain and still in tears.

If you find going to a dentist's office hard, I recommend Nova Dental. Every aspect of their business is organized, and all care is taken to ensure comfort. Some things are just not going to be pleasant - last year I had my first root canal done. Terrifying right? Well, Dr. Dempsey and her staff were able to do this relatively easily, and I don't even mind going back. If you give them a chance, you won't need to change dentist for a long time.

There's a lot to like about Nova Dental; the lobby is sensibly designed and has more than adequate seating for all patients—and in the infrequent event that you end up waiting, they provide a modest variety of hot beverages to prepate from a keurig machine while you kill time with either things you've got on you, or with the papers and TV they provide. If I recall correctly, they've even got game consoles in the kids area—pretty sure I saw a PS4 there. All things considered, the dentistry is the most important part of any dentist's office—and the dentists and their assistants here all seem to be friendly, and they do their work well and in a timely and orderly manner. Can't complain. Perhaps the only thing that could be expected to be improved on any substantial level are the prices; the prices aren't horrible, but don't come here expecting a bargain. A wisdom tooth extraction—and a fairly straightforward one at that, taking around 5 minutes to accomplish—cost me ~$200, which isn't all that great—but much more intricate work involving fillings in three teeth has run me $300 in the not-too-distant past (~5 years ago), which I _think_ was a decent deal. Overall, recommended. Worth the money.

This rating is for Dr. Porskamp yesterday who showed and gave all the care I love from a dentist. All covid restrictions were adhered to and I felt just as comfortable as usual. The staff at Nova dental are wonderful. Ashley at the front desk is very welcoming, kind and always has a smile on her face. Hygienist Michelle is really friendly, knowledgeable, caring and made my experience there feel really comfortable making it easier to keep coming back for regular checkups (prior to this I generally felt nervous and avoided regular checkups because some hygienists are very quiet or seem like they're mad at me) I will be asking for Michelle again for future appointments. Dr Simmons is wonderful and seems to genuinely care about her patients and their wellbeing, it was my first experience with her but she still made me feel like she cared about me. I have gone to Dr porter for years who is amazing aswell but since she was on vacation I had to see a different Dr. Both are great. Keep up the great work Nova Dental :)
