A very enjoyable experience here at Gatchell Dentistry. It's a beautifully welcoming practice that is clean, and inviting with a very pleasant atmosphere and wonderful staff. Lisa was simply fantastic in helping to get my daughters, my husband and myself set up with appointments as well as with MSI as we are new from Ontario. Once at her first appointment, my 4 year old daughter was completely at ease and treated so well. Both the Hygienist Joelle and the Dentist Kelly, were very respectful toward me, knowledgable, and fabulously personable with incredible bed-side manner that made my daughter feel acknowledged, understood, and safe. As a result, l felt extremely confident in their abilities as well as their recommendations. Most definitely my family and I will be returning here for all of our oral health needs. :) I have since returned with my daughters (06/03/21) and I can absolutely reaffirm that my first impression and experience was spot on. This is such a beautiful Practice, with fabulous caring staff. Joelle is such an an amazingly sweet Hygienist- very gentle, thorough and personable. Best oral hygiene cleaning experience I've ever had. I have to return for more dental work, and I wouldn't think for one second about going anywhere else.

Dr.Greg Gatchell has been my dentist for the past 5 years. He is highly professional and keeps up to date in his field. He is truly passionate about is work. I have had a number of dentists elsewhere before I moved to Bridgewater and Dr. Gatchell is by far the best.He and his staff are first rate. Everyone is friendly, accommodating and respectful in every way. Dr. Gatchell takes the time to go over options and find the best solution when problems with my teeth arise. He has a great network of specialists when it makes sense to refer me to someone for complex work.

Dr. Gatchell and his team are awesome. They are all profession, patient and kind and explain everything about your dental experience. All COVID-19 safety precautions are in place. During my recent dental visit , Dr. Gatchell saved my tooth from extraction... for the second time. :-) Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do but going to Gatchell Dentistry has really lessened my dental anxiety. If you live handy Bridgewater and need a dentist, I highly recommend Dr Gatchell. Extremely gentle, took lots of time to both explain about my tooth issue and to ensure my comfort during the procedure. Bonus, the solution he recommended was quite simple (I thought it was going to be a complicated and, therefore, expensive solution) and, even better, he was able to take care of it right then during the visit.

But dr Gatchell had a look at me and sent me to a a dr that specializes in root canals . After that I been going to his office and he fixed up my teeth . That was like 4 yrs love that office . The people are awesome

Just...WOW! This clinic is outstanding in every way! I have an extreme phobia of needles and medical procedures in general and the staff went out of their way to make me as comfortable and calm as possible. They're compassionate, professional and handled everything outstandingly well. Even the building itself is very welcoming, beautifully decorated in calming tones with lots of natural light, also ceiling mounted monitors for watching something to distract you if you're nervous like me. I'm definitely going to these amazing people from now on!!! ????

Having a sudden adult fear of the Dentist, I was extremely anxious for my visit but from the initial interaction with the receptionist, to the hygienist to the check up with Dr. Saxby everyone kept me feeling at ease. In a follow up visit for an extraction, Dr. Saxby and Tiffany made the visit as quick and painless as possible. I was very impressed.
