My husband went in a few years ago for a cleaning. For some reason, they thought it would be a good idea to remove the glue from his space maintainer. It then caused it to snap, causing cuts in his mouth. Due to being over 18, we couldn't get insurance to cover the removal at a proper dentist's office. Not impressed.

Treena needs to work on her customer service, the attitude in her voice was unsettling and she apparently wasn't able to help me so she put me on hold and randomly connected me to someone else even tho I specifically requested Dr.Pannozzo. very unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. For that I will be taking my business else where.

ty Dental Center Eek! Methinks not. I went to Community Dental on Sackville Dr, to get dentures. It started last December with a few teeth pulled.. when this is done, you have to wait 3-4 months to heal. I went back in November of this year to get an appointment to finish the work, met with office administer to talk about how we go forward and then she started lecturing me that I was not back until now. She then went on to say she has so much work to do, with no pension!! Then the personal attacks started, she basically told me that I am wasting my time, and HERS!!! Went in next day to talk to Dr Maclean about how I was treated the day before by the office administer. She listened, did not do anything about the problem, just told me I have lost confidence in her practice, and left! WOW.... she couldn't care less if I ever come back! She could never run her own business, when she let's her staff talk to client's like that...she would have no business! Service is really the main lesson in running any business...They don't care... I would recommend you do not try this place... there are lots of more professional dentist's you can go to! Community Dental will try to delete it on their web site, but not on Yelp... they don't allow that...keep tuned!

So happy I started seeing Dr. Macisaac at Community Dental. He is an amazing dentist and has helped improve my quality of life by fixing my significantly grinded down teeth so I can eat and drink normal things again. His team is also amazing, they are efficient and love to help any way they can. I can't recommend this place enough.
