The best place to bring your kids and yourself. The staff/dentists/hygienists are all super nice and easy going. :) They take cute polaroids of your kid at checkup and have a nice waiting room with toys. Our kids actually want to go to the dentist!

5 star is not enough. Eight years ago,my then 4-yr-old daughter was mistreated by another dentist and it turned out to be a life threatening case.I was soon referred by my friend to DR. Halpin for second opinion.After a quick conversation through the phone,the entire office responded quickly trying their best to help us! They were so efficient and professional that within 30 mins my daughter was admitted by IWK where she then had a surgery. She then survived and recovered quickly. I am still emotional when I am talking about this now. And I always tell Rachel that she should be grateful and never forget about DR. Halpin and the friendly receptionists. We are now living in Ontario and we continued to refer my friends in NS to Dr.Halpin and they all have great feedbacks.

As soon as you enter the office, the staff are warm and welcoming and I am always impressed with the level of friendliness and professionalism displayed by Dr. Halpin and his staff. Dr. Halpin and his team are EXCELLENT! I started going to him years ago because he would see me after hours in an emergency situation. I continued with him because of his excellent service, knowledge and compassion. After I moved out of the HRM, I continued to drive to Bridgeview Dental. Later when I had my children, they each started with him. Now my older daughter has had her braces put on at Bridgeview Dental & if my youngest needs braces, she will get them done there as well. Highly recommend!!!

I've been a patient for a very long time. Fantastic service as always! Doctor Halpin is very knowledgeable and has a gentle touch for a guy with such big hands. All staff greet you with smiles and are caring and compassionate with any concerns one may have. The office itself is modern, clean and comfortable. Great views of the basin from the dental chair. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've had dental work done for 35 years starting with cleanings, then retainers, braces and finally jaw surgery, so I know a little bit about going to the dentist and Bridgeview is professional, courteous, and I've never had a problem with anyone there. I also take my son there and he likes it, too. I would definitely recommend Bridgeview Dental to anyone who wants a great dentist and reliable practice to care for their teeth.

I am someone who didn't go to the dentist for around 20 years, 5 years ago I came across Bridge-view dental out of necessity (getting married and my teeth were in horrible shape) The staff and dentists on site were extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating. a number of times I have had to move my appointments pretty close to last minute or my bridge would have an issue and on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend they were still willing to help me and have my bridge fixed! I can't say how much i appreciate this dentist office and team, they treat me like family and I think of them in much of the same way!

So to be honest i was really nervous the first time i went to this place. Mainly because of a emergency tooth removal , but upon arrivel the staff greeted me with a welcoming smile and even chuckled a few times. The dentists there like the fella i had on my very first visit were and continue to be beyond exceptional. They made sure i was comfy and reassured me i was in good hands and i was. The view of the basin is awesome. Oh and the dentist dr halpin is just exceptional dentist he has been doing this line of work since i was 5 years old more like 6. If you need a sit down and talk and info session they will give you their advice and will work with you together to get what you need. This place is worth going to 100% Ive already started recommending this to my friends. I will make another review when everything is finished. Ps. Another awesome thing is, their treatment cordinator will email you to check up on your experience and will answer any questions you have.

I initially visited Bridgeview with a friend 6 years ago when she had wisdom teeth removed. I didn’t have a dentist in the city at the time but she had such a good experience that I made an appointment myself. They have helped with decay issues due to mouth breathing from allergies, and are always compassionate/patient when I visit. I travel a half hour just because they make visits a breeze!

Decent service, but one needs to be weary of overcharging/ridiculous tack-ons . Not sure who's personally to blame for this policy, but one can probably guess. I switched from Bridgeview a couple of years ago and have saved a ton of money since.

We switched dentists and our daughter went here for the first time as an almost 8 year old. From the waiting room we could hear her keep on saying "This is amazing!" And that was while she was getting a filling done. LOL She is excited to go to the dentist now. So needless to say the staff are incredibly friendly, great with kids, and know how to put people at ease during their time there. We'll definitely be returning.

I would highly recommend Bridgeview Dental. I have been going there with my family for over 18 years. The staff are extremely friendly & courteous. Dr Halpin is excellent with children & my 3 children actually love going to the dentist. Recently my 12 year old fell & broke his 2 front teeth. He was extremely upset as it was Fri afternoon & we were due to fly to Mexico at 6:00 am the next day. I called Bridgeview dental at 1 pm & the office manager had my son booked into an appointment within 1/2 hour & Dr Halpin had his teeth fixed in under an hour. Needless to say, we were extremely impressed & forever grateful. If you are looking for an amazing dental practice, look no further. They have excellent service, great hours & a beautiful office!

Beware, Very money hungry and cannot be trusted! I went there for a regular cleaning and checkup. Was told by the dentist I would need make another appt to "fix" a shadow on a tooth, and then tried to sell me vaneers for a tiny gap between 2 teeth. I was charged 120$ extra for my cleaning which insurance has always fully covered. I left feeling something wasn't right so I went for a second opinion before having the tooth fixed. So grateful I followed my gut feeling because there wasn't any cavity or shadow on the tooth and 2 years later there still isn't. Shame on bridgeview!

The polite and friendly staff got me in (as a brand new patient) since I had broken a filling the night prior. The office is clean and bright. The view I had in my examination room was incredible. My dentist and her assistant were both lovely. All of this, 2 blocks away from where I live. Happy to say, I have a new regular dentist for all my needs...Bridgeview Dental!

I am terrified of the dentist; had to get a wisdom tooth removed. I called last friday and got an appointment that very day and they were happy to do the extraction then, sadly I was not. This then prompted me to google tooth extractions for 5 days please dont do this to yourself. Had the extraction today got some calming tablets which kind of help, but what made the trip excellent was the care and compassion that were offered. Everything is done at your pace your not rushed, you might feel a tiny bit of pressure but nothing really pain after the extraction is minimal however I have followed their instructions on pain relief. If you are like me and terrified of the dentist give these people a whirl I will be back to get my next bit of work done but this time I will be relaxed knowing I am in good hands.

Not only will you be harassed by 100 phone calls, emails, and text messages to book an appointment for something that you already disclosed that you were not interested in, the owners wife/manager? is extremely condescending. Instead of hearing your complaint, she will try and make you feel like you are inferior and are in the wrong. Maybe this explains the constant new employees that are in and out of that office? Bad customer service and a bad way to run your business.

Bridgeview dental is the best dental practice iv been to by far. Everyone is so kind a thoughtful towards myself and my other family members. Dont listen to anyone on this review page that gives it a bad review because i would not trust any other dental clinic with my teeth. My teeth were so crooked before i started with bridgeview but i have been with them for many years now and i couldnt be happier with how my teeth turned out! Recently my boyfriend got his wisdom teeth out from another dental clinic and he was so unhappy with their job. His teeth took WAY to long to heal along with the poorly done job, that i told him to go to bridgeview. Bridgeview was so helpful and did a fantasic job of reliving the pain my boyfriend was experiencing, even though he isnt a regular patient with them. I can stronly say that i always walk away with only good things to say about bridgeview! They go above and beyond all other clinics that if you dont go to bridgeview your in idiot!

Bridgeview Dental has everything going for it. When you enter their bright waiting lounge the friendly staff make you feel welcome and comfortable. Then you meet the Dentist. Nothing to fear here either. He's very affable and takes the time that is necessary to be sure that you are prepared for whatever procedure is required. The same is true if you are meeting with an hygienist. And during the time that you are at the office there is no need to worry about your car since it is safe in the off-road parking you left it in before taking the ride up in the elevator. One more thing is the great view of Bedford Basin. On Summer days there often are sailboats gliding by and almost every day, ocean going vessels are coming, going or resting.
