Never a long wait. Front desk is always helpful and friendly and the dental work we have had done here has been top notch. 3 sets of braces, a bridge, scores of cleanings and several other procedures. Highly recommend!

They were very careful screening everybody before letting them enter. A very short time in a non - crowded waiting room. The chairs were spaced 6 ft apart. Everything was spotless. Everyone wore masks and hand sanitizer was available .Very friendly reception area. Overall I felt very protected from Covid -19. My hygienist, Rhonda, a very nice girl, followed all protocol and did an excellent job. Dr. Morine gave me a thorough checkup after my cleaning and is so easy to converse with. A super nice guy! I would surely recommend them.

My friend's fish was dead and he thought it was just sleeping. We couldn't let him know that he was dead, because he would have been crushed. We needed a doctor to tell him the fish was ok. The receptionist at the clinic understood our situation and told him that his fish Orangie is ok, and he's just in a very deep sleep, and that he is alive. Thank you!!!

In 2019 we had our daughter (8 years old at the time) in for dental issues. We were advised she would need a spacer/retainer put in to allow space for further teeth to grow due to having a narrow mouth. We questioned about the price (as we have and did have dental coverage) and the Dentist said don’t worry about it right now. At this moment, we processed the appointment through our dental. We were in subsequently multiple times for review and questioned about billing but were told not to worry about it. After the spacer/retainer fell out, we were shockingly made aware we had a bill of almost $1000 to be paid for the service provided. Now finding out, this service was not covered under our dental plan. We talked with the Dentist Randall Morine about this concern and why we were never made aware, his response was that they have had high turn around and likely the front desk did not advise us or even know. We were not given any chance for a second opinion based on cost and since this spacer/retainer has come out our daughter has had several appointments (New Glasgow Specialist has performed) including removals of many teeth because of the procedure that Family Dentistry did. Now we find out on a call today for payment, we owe them for another spacer that has never been picked up (we didn’t even know about it until today) and they are threatening to send us to collections in 3 weeks. We are still dealing with the mess in my daughters mouth a year later from a specialist because of the mess that was done in her mouth.

I've been going to Bible Hill Family dentistry since it's beginning. As a teenager I followed Dr. Morine there from the mall. My children have all gone to BHFD , they had no idea they were even at the dentist because the staff have always made them feel comfortable while there for check ups and various treatments.

From the front line staff, to the side chair assistants and the dentists themselves, you will not find a more helpful, compassionate, and caring group of people. Seriously, if you have an undying fear of everyone in this occupation, make an appointment at Bible Hill Family Dentistry.

The staff at Bible Hill Family Dentistry are all amazing. They put my mind at ease as soon as I walk in the door. My kids used to be terrified of the dentist too and now almost look forward to going because the staff are so patient and kind with everyone.
