The service are good. I went there for cleaning, it was a good job but I don't like provided services without asking. My appointment just for cleaning, she did a x-ray show me the difference between before I clean and after and polishing. I thought it is including the service but when I recieved my bill there was an additional charge. I am not sure is that the way how you make money but you should tell your customers before doing anything if the additional services have charge. Everytime I receive a big charge but never pay attention on my bill until this time. I would have to go back my bills and check. It's not a good experience for my visit.

This is a very caring environment. The doctor is very kind and the front desk operator responsible for making appointments is patient. During the waiting time, children still have toys to play with. Although the process of seeing the teeth is full of pain, the 6-year-old daughter is not resistant to coming here to see the teeth.

I was in for a regular cleaning and was instructed on the condition of my teeth and suggested methods to properly care for them. Payment and rebooking was a breeze. The only good thing about this place is Dr.Jill everyone else is snooty and make you feel like you're troubling them. The other day I show up for a cleaning with no time to stop at my place for the courtesy brush. I arrive and ask if I could have a toothbrush and toothpaste to brush my teeth before the appointment, they say we don't have any toothpaste. What???? It's a frigin dentist office.

This place is very busy and difficult to get going with .. but worth the wait. Very helpful..very informative..and very kind and understanding. They work with you from the beginning to achieve awesome results. I love how they do so much work in one sitting while you are already frozen. And surprisingly fast while still achieving spectacular quality work! I have avoided the dentist all my life while trying many different ones... always nervous. I am totally comfortable here... completely trust them. My permanent dentist from here on. Thanks guys!

My partner and I have been attending Bedford South Dentistry for approximately four years now. The entire staff has made us feel warm and welcome for every one of our visits. We are greeted on a first name basis, and have never been made to feel that we are burdening anyone by being there. While in the chair, the staff show nothing but care for their patients. Not only does this mean that the work is done extremely well, but it is also done in the least offensive way. We have always been impressed with the level of competence (or is it perfectionism, Dr. Jill?) of the staff. You might say that they work in our mouths..
