Time waste. They referred me for a bone scan and i kept waiting for more than two months for a call. I called back after 2 months and asked them about the appointment. They instantly got me an appointment over the phone. So they were asleep for the last two months. Also this bon scan is done by injecting a radioactive material in the body. I was not given information on the negative effects it might have. The staff is too lazy to do what they are supposed to do.

They had booked me in an OR to have dental work done, it was covered by MSI due to the fact I was getting it done by being put asleep... they KNEW I was pregnant and booked it anyway. I show up only to be told they can't do it because I am pregnant, so I had to go to their office and get it done by regular novicane, the office THEN charged me 1200.00 for removal yet it was THEIR negligence in booking me for surgery knowing I was pregnant.
