I had a tooth pulled here and it was the BEST trip to the dentist I have ever had. I have never waited more than 5 min in the waiting room and the staff is very welcoming. I would highly recommend Alliance Dental they have very friendly and patient staff and are very respectful to there clients.

Since becoming a client at Alliance I have always been greeted and treated by courteous and professional Staff from the moment I arrive until I depart Dr. Ross has taken the time at every appointment to explain what needs to be done and if there are any options. She is very good at checking your "welfare" during the procedure and lets you know if she is going to do something you are not expecting. Highly recommend this office for any treatment.

I'm terrified of the dentist. I'm also extremely embarrassed about my teeth. The ladies at the front desk addressed me by name when I walked in which made me feel welcomed and took the edge off a bit. The wonderful staff when I went in were super kind and comforting. Explained everything they were doing. Answered any questions I had. I totally didn't feel shame for the state of my teeth. They weren't degrading at all. Just spoke the facts about my teeth and offered options. I highly recommend going here if you're scared of the dentist. Incredible staff.

This is a great dentist office... They are amazing with my children. My son is autistic and I was really happy that they didn't force him to open his mouth. They answered his questions and waited for him to be comfortable. For my son it was 2-3 visits. He now trusts them and let them count his teeth! I would recommend Alliance Dental to anyone!

Let me start off by saying difficult extraction made easy with professionals at this place, Visits are always great with this place i use to have dental fear as we would call it due to bad experience in the past, i was to alliance dental in 2018 for a molar extraction it came out with relative ease tooth that i got pulled yesterday was a little more complicated because my bone structure so strong and the tooth had a double root on it also had an impacted tooth up against it which only took a little bit more time to pull out but Dr. Felix and his assistant got it pulled out with no problems however I'm changing my dental habits, More frequent visits to the dentist to avoid future tooth extractions as Dr. Felix quoted to me “ your bone structure strong and healthy which is great for keeping your teeth not so great for removing your teeth“. With that being said i hope those of you who do have dental phobia makes the change also so you don’t have to suffer with bad teeth not to mention the pain that comes with it and just make more regular visits.. thank you alliance dental for your expert work.

I absolutely love this place and their dentists. Dr. Julia (De Amicis) is amazing and so is her sister Dr. Carolyn De Amicis. They are both so friendly and super gentle. I have had a fear of going to the hospital for years. When I got old enough that my mom didn’t schedule my appointments anymore, I just kinda stopped going, even for cleanings. I was that scared. But when I had a decaying back molar that pulsed like a throbbing heart beat in my gums when I laid down, I knew I needed an emergency appointment. Dr Felix was my first dentist at Alliance, and he was magnificent. He told me exactly what he was doing and made sure I didn’t feel a thing. He had told me after freezing was in that he could get that tooth out in 5 minutes, and he did. I appreciate everything that alliance dental has done for me. Not only did they give my smile back but also my confidence Thank you

Everyone is so friendly. Once you are in the chair, everything that is being done is explained to you regardless if it is a cleaning, check-up or a filling. Before I started going to Alliance Dental (about 4 years ago) I was extremely nervous before & during my visit but no more! And for me, that is huge!! I did not know what to expect upon my first visit to Alliance Dental in Truro in January 2020. upon entering I was pleasantly greeted by the office staff who made me feel comfortable right away. They were also very knowledgeable about various dental plans that are used today. The dental hygienist and assistant were both pleasant and knowledgeable also. Dr. Carolyn De Amicis was very professional and knowledgeable with a modern office and equipment. She was also very gentle and kind and a very caring Dr. From my initial entrance into the office, to the pleasant " see you later, have a good day" it was a very good experience.

My son had a terrible experience at another dentist in Truro. I was referred by a co-worker to see someone at Alliance and it was an amazing experience. He was treated with kindness and even when he was scared and crying everyone was super helpful and super understanding and able to get him calmed down to continue.
