Never made it past the nasty receptionist. The attitude was unreal. She wasn't wearing a mask but still felt the need to scream at me for wearing my mask "improperly", she tossed forms at me, and suggested I go outside to fill them out, if I'm having trouble with my mask. I gave her back the forms and walked out. I'll take my business elsewhere. I'll drive to Halifax if I have to. I suggest your receptionist reel in the attitude a bit.

The team involves the patient making sure you are on board with the go ahead plan that you are comfortable with.

I came from Yarmouth but had no worries that I would be taken great care of. I had only heard good things about this practice and they did not disappoint! Would recommend to everyone! The wait time for an appointment is very small.

I had a repair done at NO CHARGE!!! I have been very wary of dentists all my life, ( I bit my first one at age four. ), but find this dental clinic to be very accommodating to my feelings of angst! Dr. Issa is a gem, as is his assistant, ( sorry, I forgot her name (sad face)...)

This was once a good dental office experience but unfortunately my opinion has changed. My recent experience was pure hell! I was in a ton of pain and multiple attempts at freezing kept failing. I was then charged for multiple xrays without any knowledge or consent to the price. Worst experience I have ever had and to top it off I was then left with a massive bill for things I did not consent to.

I had to have a wisdom tooth out and there was another one under it. He was very through in explaining the procedure to me. The deadening was painless unlike other experiences I have had. He was also very gentle and made me feel very comfortable in what he was doing. I do believe he is the 'tooth whisperer". I would highly recommend him. Awesome job and Dentist.

Travel 2 hours to go to alliance dental. Great service, professional workers and always the very best work. I'm always impressed by the time and care they put into everything they do.
