Ehh nothing special, they said my insurance was approved but, then charged me 700$ bcs my insurance wasnt approved according to them.(while snickering to each other, whilst working on my tooth) This was awhile ago, so staff could of changed but I doubt it because its a small town. Only just leaving a review now, because I am having problems with the tooth they "fixed". Sorry but I would not recommend that place to anyone based on the experience I had.

I went into the clinic earlier this week in the evening for an emergency, and had to pull Dr. Armstrong from a birthday party. He agreed to just stop the bleeding, and see how it goes, but I had to go back again today for an emergency operation to fix the donor site used for the gum graft. An uncontrollable amount of blood and blood clots were coming out that could not be contained with gauze or tea bags, and the loss of blood was making me weak and fuzzy, so my concern and anxiety were through the roof. It was clear from the start that all employees and Dr. Armstrong genuinely care about their patients, and they shared my concern, while being calm and collected. I think it is possible it could have been life threatening or harming if it wasn’t dealt with properly or timely, but I could not have been in better hands. They also did not charge me for both emergency visits, but it is possible that they will charge Frame Lake clinic as they did the gum grafting. Great, caring, friendly and professional people work there, and I have much to be thankful for their help.

Always find staff friendly and very helpful. Billing issues under my husband’s name and with GNWT provided Blue Cross can be tricky and the staff are always helpful in finding solutions. All staff members are caring, friendly, attentive, and patient solution friendly. Always have positive visits for cleanings and my dentist is awesome!

Terrible front end Service, cornered and threatened a friend because of an unpaid bill from a family member and then continued to demand payment for said bill and that they were not aloud to leave the building or they were going to call collections, which they have no right to do, Would not recommend that kind of service to anyone.

I called Great Slave Dental Clinic yesterday because I had lost a filling in one of my teeth. The receptionist booked me in for 10:15 a.m. this morning. Dr. Armstrong replaced the filling. He was very friendly, professional & caring. All of the staff were very friendly, professional and efficient. I was very pleased with the service I received. Dr. Armstrong is an excellent dentist!!

Not sure why this place has good reviews. I went to see them 3 times and each time they handed me 3 invisalign trays and then I left. A 10 min appointment each time. A year later I receive a bill for $700 saying that they were too lazy to actually check my insurance and that I now owed them. They took $700 off my credit card without even asking me if I could afford a lump sum payment.
