I cannot thank Dr. So enough for the beautiful work she has done on my composite veneers. I am actually comfortable smiling, for the first time in my life. I highly recommend her as a dental professional. Dr.So is professional, thorough and communicate effectively and clearly on what she feels is the best treatment plan for her patient, and delivers exactly what she proposes, so there are absolutely no surprises!. Her work is meticulous and precise and her bedside manners are delicate. She never made me feel intimidated, as sometimes certain dental professionals will, and I have found her to be very human and ' on the level'. Her staff is also very friendly, and everyone there is extremely welcoming. I am very glad I found her. Very good experience from beginning to end!

I cannot say enough about Dr. So and the Rosedale Dental Centre staff. Firstly, they are all so polite, welcoming and professional. And very friendly. Dr. So takes the time to understand your dental history, is always kind and professional and most importantly actually explains to you what she is doing. Dr. So took the time to explain why she why or how she was going to do certain procedure, or advised what were the pros/cons were for everything. I felt informed and in control of my check ups. I had a teeth cleaning and a filling done also. It was painless and never uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend this staff for your dental needs!

I come to this dental clinic because I followed my long-time dentist, Dr. Bucciarelli, here. He used to to work on Belmont, then Yonge and Rosedale, now here. It is a modern and nicely decorated clinic. This clinic has 2-3 dentists. My dentist only works here every Tue since he works on Steeles Ave W the rest of the days. They have a knowledgeable receptionist. My dentist charges reasonable prices (some clinics charge extra). He doesn't do unnecessary dental work. He uses a dental assistant during his dental work. Before the pandemic, the waiting room had enough seating for 4 people. They also gave out free lip balm and green apples. Since the pandemic, there are only 2 chairs, the waiting room is almost barren, and there are no free handouts. The receptionist desk has plexiglass all around it, and there is hand sanitizer on the counter. During pandemic times, you are asked a few questions a few days before the appointment, then you have to answer the same questions when you arrive for the appointment and sign a waiver. You must wear a face mask the entire time until you sit in the dental chair. During pandemic times, there is a heavy duty HEPA filter air cleaner in the waiting room, and in each dental room. After each patient, all their masks and gowns are thrown out and the room closed with newly installed plexiglass doors. The room is emptied for a few mins while the HEPA filter air cleaner cleans the entire room of any lingering droplets. The rules are that if you don't have such an air cleaner, you cannot use the room for 3 hours. So it is cheaper to but an industrial quality air cleaner. The dentist wears a N95 mask and a face shield. Unfortunately it means his voice volume is at 50% of his normal volume. There is free WiFi. Each patient room also has a 32" Sony TV installed above you so you can watch it during dental work. The handle dental insurance claims. You still have to pay first but the submit the claim for you (some people may delay submitting the claim).

Dr. So is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She’s patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. The hygienists here are gentle and caring. I have very sensitive reflex, but never once had they made me feel uncomfortable. The receptionists are also incredibly friendly and helpful. Also, everyone here genuinely care about your dental health. They never try to get more money by doing extra unnecessary work. I just couldn’t recommend this place more!

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. So for many years. She and her staff are impeccable. We always feel like we get special unique treatment but I suspect every patients gets treated that way. For those reticent to see a dentist during COVID, please be reassured that it is one of the safest place to visit. There is screening, additional air ventilation, PPE, and certain procedures modified to make it extremely safe. I recommend this Centre and Dr. So. (She can also do Invisalign which was very successful for me)

It was my first visit to Rosedale Dental Center and was very happy with the experience. The clinic gave me a call (as part of a referral) to arrange a suitable date / time. Originally set for two weeks hence, my appointment was bumped up due to a late cancellation. All forms and covid questionnaire occurred beforehand without complications. Where do I start??!!! I have been with the Rosedale Dental Clinic for 8 years now, and they have taken care of me, my sibblings, my cousins, and everyone in the family. The most FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL STAFF! They treat you like family here. I love seeing the girls and catching up with them everytime I am there. They update and remind you of any appointments. And answers all your questions. Dr. Angela So, is the greatest too, you could never ask for anyone better as your dentist. Super detail oriented, and again, a touch of that family concern. Super love her to the moon and back!! Location is really really convenient. Easily Accessible from the subway. PS. Even when I moved to Oshawa 4 years ago, I still go here for my dentist appointment!! The work that they do is really something they should be proud of. I had my routine work done on a regular basis. And had a major work done. And I couldnt be much happier.
