Forever Smiling, keeps up the name of their clinic. They actually generate an everlasting smile on their patient's face by providing outstanding services and individual attention on treatment, hygiene and awareness of insurance coverage. My teeth needed various fixations and Dr. Israa and her team ensured to examine me in detail before suggesting treatments. It took several visits in the course of the month to achieve best treatment and now I feel rejuvenated. Dr. Israa is an expert in her field and empathetic with her patients. She makes her patients comfortable during dental procedures and is always available for any sort of questions. She actually works like an artist who refurbishes damages in a manner as if they never existed. Her team is super engaged in the process too, Jinnifer, Mariam, Lucin are great! Thanks a lot!

Very disappointed with the office, I booked an appointment for a regular cleaning session and that's what I got as a service. They asked me if I have insurance, which I do. That being said, when I looked at my claim, they charged me for deep cleaning session and some other extra fees. I am super disappointed and I will most probable file a case against the office.

Need a dentist you will actually WANT to go see? Dr. Israa Mahmood is the one. Stop reading reviews and go call them. Along with Jinnifer the Dental Assistant and Lucy the Hygenist, these 3 women have earned my loyalty and total praise. Sadly, another dentist told me a few months ago I needed 3 fillings done and that it would cost me a bunch of money. I saved up the money and I went to Dr. Israa as Monarch Dentistry is close to where I live and her honesty, her professionalism was totally refreshing. She told me that I only needed 1 of the 3 fillings and that my teeth looked great! Dr. Israa and Jinnifer (totally the right spelling I was told) worked together like a well oiled machine, a dance really of instruments and suction, short hand and understanding. I had zero pain - even with the drilling and polishing, and Dr. Israa kept working on the filling until it felt comfortable in my teeth (no ridges or high points). I will happily be returning here and if you're searching Google reviews for a dentist - stop here and just book now. Worth it. P.S. The ladies at reception were awesome. I had a 6pm appointment, and around 2:30 I get a text saying that they have a cancellation, can I come in at 4... heck yeah I can. Awesome follow up.

I am really disappointed with the service. I do not have any complaints about the doctor or the treatment given. I decided to visit this place after seeing many good reviews. But they just try to get all the money out of your insurance. I had $1500 for a year in my insurance and just for 1 tooth extraction and one root canal they completely used my $1500. I had only 80% coverage. Post root canal they did temporary filling and since I had $200 left, they again called me after a week for permanent filling. Today they again charged $250, but my insurance was exhausted. They again told me that if I had to put the silver crown it will cost $900. This is just money making. I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to visit this clinic. Even if you have good insurance coverage, it is still worth rethinking before visiting this place. Now I do not have a penny left for the entire year, even if I come across any emergency.

Dr. Israa is the Best Dentist Ever! I cannot recommend her enough. If I had been a patient sooner I am sure my teeth would not have been as bad as they were when I first saw her. She has done a lot within the constraints of my insurance coverage and has really looked after me. She also makes sure to explain the need for treatment, without recommending unnecessary procedures. Best of all she is a wizard with her instruments; very precise and gentle. She restored teeth to the highest quality and with the skills of an artist. Along the way she uncovered some shocking dentistry. I have never been happier with the quality of my dental work, or more like the dentist truly cares about the state of my teeth rather than just what is in it for them. I cannot go without saying a word about the wider team. Dr Israa is assisted by Jenny, they have a quirky dynamic, are funny, and make a great team. Joanna completes the team and ensures that the professional and fun atmosphere permeates the office.

I visited in August 2020 to get the wire on my bottom teeth re-attached to my teeth. I've had it for more than 20 years without issue. The dentist and hygenist were nice enough, but I thought it odd that the only PPE they wore was a regular one layer paper mask. While I waited to pay, a man sitting next to me in the waiting room was not wearing a mask. I asked him to put it on and he started screaming at me. Okay, not entirely their fault. Three hours later, the wire fell off again, so another appointment was made for a week later when the stronger bonding stuff would be in stock. I arrived at the appointment the following week, and the RECEPTIONIST was not wearing a mask, neither was one of the people in the waiting room. When I asked the receptionist about it, she said "oh, I can put one on if it makes you more comfortable" (you know, not like it's the law or anything). Her reasoning was that she was behind a piece of plexi. The plexi in question was less than two feet across, and during our entire interaction (including her fetching a clipboard and expecting me to take it after she had breathed on it while talking to me) took place a good two feet away from the small plexi barrier. When I told her I was very uncomfortable with her not wearing a mask, the person in the waiting room started berating me, "why don't you leave then?" So I did. Don't go here. They do not take this pandemic seriously. Their hygene is SO lacking. It's not worth the risk. I have since been to another dentist where they adhere to 200% stronger protocols, wear full PPE, and do not leave the exam room once they've entered in said PPE. (I have no idea how many others the dentist saw wearing the same mask.) Oh, and I was promised a refund, since I didn't actually get my wire fixed, it's been two weeks. No refund yet. Also, they're asking people to leave a five-star review when you pay, so don't trust the reviews that give it five stars.

This place is a great gem! I visited Monarch after finding it through Google results and I'm so glad that I did. I came in for an emergency appointment, complaining about a bad toothache, and a tooth that is damaged. Dr. Israa was great about transparently walking me through all my options and the pros and cons of each. This helped me make an informed decision. She also was able to take care of a number of long overdue fillings in the same appointment and prescribed me medication to treat the pained tooth. The clinic is clean and well designed and the staff is super nice! I plan on switching over and making monarch my new go to dentistry clinic; if you're looking for great patient care, I would definitely recommend checking them out! (:

Came here with a dental emergency about year ago during thanksgiving, of which they were able to help me with and I've been coming ever since for regular dental work and cleaning. The staff is very friendly, from the receptionist to the dentists to the dental hygienists and dental assistants, they were all very professional, courteous and accommodating. The facilities themselves are well kept and modern; the office although small, is quite cozy and inviting. From what I've seen they also seem to be really good with children. Overall, Would recommend coming here and would continue coming for foreseeable future.

This journey starts about 2 months ago, I went in as I lived right across the street, with a horrible pain in my bottom molars, I tried to ignore it for a couple of days but it became to much and finally I went in as an emergency patient. I was seated almost immediately with Dr Izra (sp)? Sorry if I butchered it. Where she set to work on the tooth/teeth I was complaining about, I apparently set a record on the numbing process, as I already knew how sensitive my teeth were, but she numbed and tested and numbed and tested, until I didn't feel any pain. At which point she told me she killed the nerve... That set up a lot more of appointments over the next few weeks, I already knew my teeth were messed as I could feel the holes in a lot of the teeth with my nails. But the tooth/teeth in question were set up in a weekly basis with the root canal surgeon (I'm sorry that I forget his name but he was wonderful, I felt little to no pain, they understood my requests for extra freezing if required.) I've yet to go for a cleaning, that's coming up next month, and I hope that experience is as pain free (one of the reasons I stopped going to the dentist for over a decade) is as remarkable as this experience has been, I would definitely recommend this place.

I started going to Dr. Ahmed in Late March of 2017. I had an infected tooth and they were able to take me in right away. After dealing with my infected tooth because the service was superb I proceeded with other dental procedure's. My experience has been great. Dr. Ahmed is gentle and always concerned that I am comfortable as he is preforming his advanced skills in my mouth. I am usually a white knuckle patient but with him I find myself more relaxed. All the staff are friendly and thoughtful. I would highly recommend Dr. Ahmed.

I have been coming to this clinic with my family for the passed few years, im very happy with the service. I ways hated going to the dentist, when i met Lucy the hygienist she made me feel very comfortable to have my teeth cleaned. I wouldnt go anywhere else to do any dental work. When Lucy cleaned my teeth for the first time, i felt like all the dental cleanings i was getting in the passed was a joke compaired to her work. The secretary wasn’t very knowledgeable regarding clients of ODSP. I’m in need of emergency orthodontics and she did not send any quote or estimate to my ODSP office after my consultation, even after I informed her I was told that was the procedure from my ODSP Wellesley manager and also a staff at North york monarch denistry also told me that was the procedure; to send in the quote. My issue at hand is serious and will cause issues later in life; deemed as gum disease, which I was informed of that by a dentist at Monarch Denistry 222 esplanades. Other than that the dentist assistant and the orthodontist who assisted me was amazing, friendly and professional and also made me fee comfortable.

Professional, courteous, caring and friendly staff made me feel like family. Talin and Rebecca, the front desk staff make you feel right at home immediately as soon as you enter the door. Fahima is kind,caring and very knowledgeable hygienist. She made me feel comfortable and at ease and made my visit pain free and easy. Wendy took my x-rays and made sure I had no discomfort in anyway easing my anxiousness and fear. Dr Hamid took his time to answer all my questions and I never felt rushed.He provided recommendations without any pressure. I recommend this group wholeheartedly!!!

Today I had a cleaning with Lucy the hygienist at monarch dentistry. I am visiting from Netherlands, and I must say that this was the best cleaning I have ever had. I was impressed by her work! She was very proffesional and had amazing skills that got my mind off of the procedure being done. I am very nervous in the dental chair but my appointment went very smooth. I am happy I got to meet everyone at monarch dentistry, I definitely recommend this clinic, and I definitely recommend everyone to have a cleaning with Lucy.

I dont recommend that anyone visits this place. They did a poor job doing filling. 1) They told my family that all service should be covered by insurance , then 9 months after they leave us a voice mail asking for over due balanced for 30 days and that they may send to collection. They never told us we owe them money. 2) they are lost , they send to our email different patient bills. Nobody take ownership , when you call everyone claims it is not him\her it was someone else. 3) They keep calling and texting us to go use one of there services. We don't like this approach we want to feel that health is the top priority not money .

Dr. Israa and her team are extremely welcoming and most importantly professional. Dr. Israa's warm demeanour puts you at ease and she takes the time to explain the treatment. Her hands are MAGIC! I had to get a few fillings and some that were deep. She began my procedure without any anesthetics and she advised me that if there was pain then we would use the proper measures to treat it.
