I came here because all of the positive reviews and it was perfect!! I did dental cleaning, cavities filling, 2 wisdom teeth removal and invisalign. Everything was quick and efficient, all the doctors and nurses are extremely friendly and knowledgable. The office is clean and modern. I was especially impressed with Dr Farzan who took out my wisdom teeth. The process was painless, i was given a lot of instruction post-op, and I only had to take one pain killer when the anesthesia initially wore off, by the next day I was pain-free! Dr.Farzan even gave me his email and he wanted me to let me know when my numbness goes away, and the office said they will call to check in on me in a few days. Highly recommended!

I cracked my tooth by eating nuts yesterday and had to see a dentist. I was scared because I haven't seen a dentist for years. But the treatment was smooth and doctor Lu was very professional and nice, it only hurt when she gave me the anesthesia. I had a massive pain in my jaw and I saw Dr Lu who spent some time with me to try and figure it out but we couldn't figure out the exact tooth. Months past and when I returned we finally figured out which tooth it was. Dr Lu spent a lot of time repairing the tooth and my jaw is now pain free. I even take my two young children to see her. She has the best facilities for children and both my children are at ease with her. Dr Lu, the receptionist and staff there are very accommodating and just lovely. I had a million questions and they were very patient and answered them for me and also made sure they could help me and my children where ever possible. I got 8 fillings done through here. Even after a month, I am experiencing pain from the first bite of food, no matter how soft. I am flossing an brushing more than twice a day - every time I have a meal. She has taken care of a number of issues with my teeth (e.g., regular cleanse, wisdom teeth, and replacing my braces retainer). Dr. Lu is the most friendly and down-to-earth dentist I've ever met. I did a teeth whitening with her once and she followed through with my discomfort with gum and helped me ease my pain. She is definitely a dentist that would do above and beyond and would never suggest any unnecessary and expensive treatments. Even though I've moved out of the neighbourhood, I would still go back to see her.

Highly recommend Dr. Lu to anyone North York. Their office is so clean and spacious makes me feel lifted as soon as I walk in. Being one who hates going to the dentist, this one is not intimidating at all . Dr.Lu is so meticulous and she walks you through every step. You never feel like you are getting unnecessary work done. You can feel she is really confident in her actions but very considerate and works as gently as possible. Her assistant at the front desk is nothing but delightful and really responsive via email or phone calls. Me and my younger daughter went to Lu Dental check our teeth on May 1, 2018. The dental is located at Yonge & Sheppard, 2nd floor of a office tower. Very convenient transportation, right beside TTC subway station. Also, Doctor Lu offers free parking. The dental is clean & nice with a lot of advanced equipment.
