First, beautiful facilities! Extremely modern and polished. Reception staff (Jessika, and another kind gal who helped) were so on the ball- checking in with me prior to appointment, easy registration (via iPad- high tech!), and helped me wrangle my insurance providers to get the best possible outcome for me as a student. Hygienist (Maria) was very kind and positive energy, which is a bonus at 9am. Explained all the steps of everything we were doing and genuinely listened to my dental concerns while making me comfortable. Dr. Kosta is probably the coolest dentist I've ever met. Exam was super thorough, answered all my questions while asking all the right ones, addressed any concerns I had, and talked to me about what options would be best for me. Looking forward to going back for my cleaning... never thought I'd ever say I'm looking forward to going to the dentist!

Brand new and high tech. Glasshouse dental is a airy dental office in the heart of Yorkville. Every room is equipped with huge TV mounted to the ceiling so that you can watch Netflix when you get your teeth clean. I find the service to be fast and attentive. However, because they are new, a few details are not perfect yet (e.g. sometimes the light will block the TV, while they said they offer headphones, it’s not available). Overall a very solid visit and would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

My previous dentist had their license temporarily suspended, and it had become a pain to travel home every time for an appointment. Because of this, I haven't been to the dentist in over 2 years, so i was needlessly hesitant when booking my first appointment. Everyone i interacted with t this office was genuinely welcoming, friendly, and caring. They wanted to make sure i received the best service possible, and that is what i got. Not only do they make a personal connection to try and serve your needs, they explained each and every step in the process. I felt trusting because i understood what they were doing, and why they were doing what they were doing. I never felt uncomfortable or confused, my anxiety was at a minimum too. Not only that, but the dentist was able to 100% accurately assess my teeth and see every little piece of work done. I was highly impressed by their knowledge level and service. Truly 10/10.

Glasshouse Dental is by far the best dentist office I've been to. I've seen both Dr. Nedamat and Dr. Swaida and they are both really friendly, great dentists and very informative. I learned a lot about my own teeth during the new patient exam. Dr. Swaida extracted my wisdom tooth in-house quickly and easily and provided great aftercare instructions, and followed up a lot to ensure everything was doing okay. Jessika has been super attentive and helpful as well, checking in and aiding with insurance and booking. Plus, they have Netflix. You can watch Queer Eye while you get your teeth cleaned.

Bit of an overdue review...What can I say, Dr. Nedamat is a Rockstar! I know there's the stereotype of Brits & Teeth, but Dr Nedamat rose to the challenge and completed some major work on having a new crown constructed on my front tooth. Something that I had been meaning to do for a while as the previous one wasn't the right shade, let alone fit for my mouth and was something I had been conscious of for over 10 years trying to hide it as best as possible whenever a camera came out. I am absolutely over the moon with the results, having him not only fix up a cavity but make me a perfectly fitting tooth that no longer stands out I can't recommend him enough and Jessica for whitening my teeth. Dr. Nedamat even came into work on his day off as he had just got back from vacation to ensure that I had the work completed before my holiday party. Jessica is also an amazing asset to the team and was instrumental in making it all happen on time. Thank you all, I can't recommend Glasshouse Dental enough!

Dr. Swaida is honest and transparent. Was clear from the start and made my dental experience go with ease as my visit to a dental clinic was long overdue. Melanie is the best dental hygienist I have come across. She puts a lot of work in, believe me. She has given me back a cleaner smile even after missing a tooth lol! Jessika at reception is awesome, did all the homework for me; I did not have to scramble with my insurance provider at all - all taken care of and explained in “normal people language”. I've been here 5 or 6 times since I found Glasshouse Dental on opencare and I highly recommend them. I've sent friends is town who were looking for a dentist. The office, equipment and waiting room is first class. All new and fancy. I'm on time for my appointments only need to wait a couple of minutes for my appointment. All of the rooms have comfy chairs, at least 1 TV with Netflix and cable on the ceiling so you can watch while lying down. Some of the rooms have a TV at eye level as well so you can watch when sitting up. The cleaning is always professional and friends. The hygienist knowledgeable and will explain everything she's doing if you ask. The dentist is great, I normally see Dr Swaida who is great, nothing to complain about, always a good person to talk to and he does a very good job of making sure you are comfortable and happy with the work being done.

Great experience and service! They made me feel very comfortable throughout the zoom whitening process where I was doing it for the first time and guided me through all the steps and what to expect. They have TV's stationed on the ceiling which was especially helpful while I was waiting for the whitening gel to kick in. Also very knowledgable and personable people, would highly recommend!

I found Glasshouses Dental through OpenCare (it was my first time using the application). I was drawn to them by their - not only - meeting every one of my requirements or "asks" when finding a new practitioner, but the wealth of positive reviews. Which is what drew me here to write my first (I believe) google review. Glasshouse Dental surpassed my high-expectations. Not only was my dentist and hygienist extremely knowledgable, of course. But the front-desk employee was super helpful and educated on my dental issues and helped make me more comfortable. It had been years since I had been to a dentist, so I had some notable anxiety leading up to my visit. But, for the first time it felt like my dentist (and their staff) listened and properly catered to my every need. It was by far the best and most comfortable experience I have had at a dentist and if you are able to still squeeze in as a regular patient, I definitely recommend doing so soon.

I’ve been coming here for three, almost four years I think. Drs. Nedamat and Swaida are incredibly kind and understanding. I genuinely just enjoy getting to see them and talk to them (a bonus that I get to leave with my teeth squeaky clean). When it comes to procedures, both doctors sit with me and walk me through what issues I may be having, and how they plan to fix it. They always leave room for questions (whether it be based on curiosity about dentistry, or about my own dental health). I’ve never left Glasshouse feeling anxious, and always feel leaving more confident. The staff are also fantastic - Melanie is the dental hygienist that I see most often, and she is very kind and does great work. I would highly recommend coming by to Glasshouse if you are in need of very compassionate, understanding and skilled dental health experts.

poor organized dental! I booked appointment online, and they called me four times to change my appointment and canceled my exam, saying they don’t have doctors. If you don’t have doctors, why you running a dental? They sent email and called me at very last minute to change my appointment, they think I don’t have a life? So I can keep changing my schedule just for them? I lost all my patience at the fourth time they called me to change my appointment.

I would have given this place a 5 star. Giving them a one star, because they gave me bill shock. I don't know why this isn't standard practice everywhwre, but it's always nice and thoughtful to give your new/returning patient a quote in advance, before treatment is started. I ended up paying $229 out of pocket today at Glasshouse Dental, and had I been informed about the price breakup before my treatment began, I would have felt better prepared and informed. No matter what, almost all patients would appreciate a quote from their specialists. It's the considerate thing to do.

I started Invisalign with Dr. Kosta a couple months ago and have had such a great experience so far. The initial consult and dental impressions process were thorough and done in a timely manner which was great since I was super eager to start. My trays came in 2 weeks after the impressions were taken and Dr. Kosta and Maria have been checking in with me regularly to make sure everything's on track. Dr.Kaveh is EXCELLENT. Professional yet friendly. He is able to sit you down and explain to you every step of your treatment process. I have not found this quality among many other healthcare practitioners/dentists. Before selecting Dr.Kaveh for my treatment, I had consultations with 3 other dentists. They just felt rushed and were quick to regard the whole process as simple and nothing to worry about where as with Dr.Kaveh I felt he actually paid attention and explained the treatment very well, explaining the fulls pros and cons, giving me a realistic picture of what I was getting myself into. Absolutely astonished by my last visit. I had to pay $260 for a cleaning treatment and when I went to pay only then was it communicated that they have a change in policy where they won’t submit the claims directly to the insurance company and I have to pay directly on the spot. You would think that a loyal client for a year would be given the proper heads up of such procedural changes but this was not the case. When I asked why the sum is so high compared to previous times a frequency insurance limitation was mentioned without further explanation. I am extremely unhappy with their transparency and communication approach. This was simply disrespectful. That being stated, the one star review does not reflect the care of the dental staff that cleaned my teeth - truly caring and professional … but overshadowed by lack of financial communication.

They are so welcoming, really get to know you and your goals and work with you to come up with a treatment plan and make you feel like family. They make you feel so comfortable and supported throughout the whole process. Jessika goes above and beyond, the sweetest and is there for you throughout everything. Answers every question and is always a email or call away. Jessika always tries to accommodate for every schedule and for her i’m very grateful. The office is spotless and absolutely gorgeous. I cannot rave about Glasshouse Dental Enough. All dental procedures for me have been painless (Thank you Dr Nedamat) and your able to catch up on netflix as you get the smile of your dreams. I’m so grateful to have been recommended to Glasshouse Dental and I’m sure you will too.

He was extremely kind, friendly, receptive to questions and easy to talk to.
