I started out a happy client of this dentist. It declined greatly, I had a bad infection and my molar was cracked after a wisdom extraction. Resulting in me losing my molar. Dr. Muntean told me to Google the information, rather than tell me the info on a bone replacement. I believe she changed her opinion of me as a client after I tried a new one closer to me during an opencare promotion. Atleast that's what I noticed.

I've been going to this clinic for 2 years now, they're amazing. The place is amazingly clean. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and nice. The doctor is very professional she doesn't push for any extra treatments. Her hand is very light, you won't feel even a bit of pain. Very happy with their services.

Dr. Corina is very friendly and knowledgeable dentist. She also has a good team of hygienists and support staff. I was extremely surprised that my 4 year old was happy to be inspected by them. They know to handle kids very well. Definitely will recommend to families with small kids.

I filled my teeth two years ago. It seems like a very good experience. All the good service and neat place. Until yesterday the part I filled before fall out. And I feel like the cavity is bigger then the thing fall out. I went to see another dentist she said a lot of black things in the cavity now usually because before when I filled it the cavity not clean enough. While maybe I can get a rational explanation of it? I filled three teeth there and the other one still hurt sometimes.

Dr. Corina herself is great and I've been there a few times but the way the receptionist has treated me makes me feel so disrespected. 1. I have previously made for a Wednesday appointment at 4:45 and commuted an hour all the way from Etobicoke only to found out that they have already closed the dentist when I've arrived at 4:45 sharp without any explanation. I even knocked and waited several minutes outside the door and there's no answer. And when I called them to reschedule after for another appointment, they said that I cannot reschedule or even be treated with Dr Corina anymore because I have already cancelled 3 previous appointments in a row. (Granted the two previous cancellations I made was because I have other urgent matters to attend.) 2. The hours that are posted on Google and the ones that are at the office are different. It says on the door that their closing hours on Wednesday is at 5p.m. If you close your dentist at 5 p.m. why did you give me an appointment at 4.45 p.m? Are you treating all your customers like that? Terrible customer service experience, not a customer first dentist!!

Dr. Muntean is the most amazing dentist and I am really thankful for her professionalism and expertise. I would definitely recommend her for all major and minor dental work. She is extremely good in her work and puts you at ease with her confidence and her ability to handle any dental-related procedure. Dr. Muntean’s office staff, including Grace and Neda, are very friendly, polite and accommodating. My immense thanks to them as well! The dental technicians at her clinic are equally proficient and caring. The office is very inviting and patient safety is of prime importance to them. My sincere thanks to Dr. Corina Muntean and her entire team! Also, it is located in a very accessible neighbourhood with excellent public transportation.

Wonderful staff and doctors. I have been a patient of Dr. Muntean's for the last 4 years. The staff is excellent. They are very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a tooth extraction today because of my orthodonticts, and the surgeon and the assistant were both very friendly. They eased my nervousness a lot, so everything went well and smooth. Dr. Muntean is the absolute best. Once you go to her, you can be at peace knowing you will never have unpleasant experiences at the dentist. Many dentists pretend that they want the best for your and your oral health, but She will go that extra mile and provide what is in the patient's best interest.

Called and asked if they provide general anesthesia on the phone as I had to get 4 extractions in the same day pre-braces. They said yes. I go and that is not the case. Local anesthesia barely works on me and they had to keep giving me shot and yet I could still feel it. Second time - I came here for a teeth cleaning. Dental assistant was highly unprofessional and dug too deep when flossing and made my gums bleed - no, I don't have gingivitis. Clearly someone who was being passive aggressive by being too hard on my teeth because they didn't like the state of them. I won't be coming back. The only plus is that the front desk people are nice.

This is by far the MOST amazing dental experience I have ever had. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I dread the dentist due to bad experiences but Dr Corina Muntean made me feel so at ease while she explained everything in detail. She took her time and was very patient in explaining everything. Love her!! Will be going back to her again.

It wasn’t a good experience. They initially told me the consultation fee is $40. I went for my appointment based on such an agreement. But after the appointment, I was made feeling like I was lying — totally not a good feeling. Actually I found other clinic (the Dental I used to go) that offers free consultation for my wisdom teeth. I just wasted $40.

Always felt welcomed during my visits. By far the best experience I've had in getting my cavities filled. The diagnostics from the x-rays were explained really well with options provided.
