I have been with this dental clinic for years! Absolutely amazing staff and dental work with no complaints. The front desk staff is on top of reminders for appointments and so welcoming. The doctors' work is great - they are gentle, caring and extremely professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Location is also very convenient, and they provide you with free parking!!

Dr. Ali is very caring! He is excellent if you are looking for the perfect smile! I had my front teeth broken as a teenager and had a filling for over 10 years, which changed color. I was told by another dentist there isn’t much I can do, unless I put a veneer / crown. However, Dr. Ali patiently spent time on my front teeth and changed the filling so now I feel confident smiling again! It seems so perfect that no one can tell the teeth is not real. My family and most of my friends are now seeing Dr. Ali and Dr. Nafiseh Nazar at this clinic. We had nothing but great experience with both Dentists and their staff. My husband and I do go for regular hygienist appointments and we are both very happy with their patient care. Staff are very polite and friendly! Very accomodating, in case of emergency, they get you in right away! I totally recommend this clinic.

Our experience was below expectations. The cleaning wasn't done very well, the staff was patronizing telling my wife she was a "good girl" multiple times, and made her watch advertisement within the session without any explanation or notice. We won't go back.

I'd been a patient of 4 dental clinics before I was introduced to Dr. Nafiseh and Dr. Alireza (the dentist couple who own and run Downsview Park clinic). After about 3 years of being their patient, I am determined to stay with them as long as they retire! The reasons is that I found them: 1- Very honest - It is not easy these days to find dentists whose primary goal is "not" draining your insurance! 2- Extremely caring - They do care about the patient's long-term well-being, so they've also always educated me about the matter, given me all the options and recommended the optimal solutions 3- Patient and accommodating - There were occasions of urgency in which they and their crew went extra miles despite their tight schedule. It is also noteworthy that I've also found their hygienists, assistants and office crew being nice and professional.

I came to DVP Dental after possibly the worst appointment with another clinic. Dr. Nazar was so very kind and patient. She was wonderful as were all the assistants, especially Inna. I have a phobia of dentists and also have early onset osteoporosis. So, sometimes the thought of dental work is more horrific than any scary movie. But at DVP Dental, I feel comfortable, I know they won't overcharge, and they even have payment options, if necessary. I am so glad my husband found this clinic. These Dentists are amazing! I would highly recommend this clinic. Oh, and they are VERY GENTLE!!! Like seriously, I was astounded!

I moved to North York for school and started going to this office near the beginning of my program and I must say, this is an outstanding office. I have never felt such a welcoming atmosphere at any other dental office before. Everyone always seemed like they have known me my whole life and I am from out west; this is exactly the kind of welcoming atmosphere anyone would hope for when finding their bearings in a new city. Extremely satisfied with the reception staff as well as the services provided. I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss them all! You won't regret choosing this office.

Dr. Zeynali is the best dentist I've met so far. He is so patient and nice all the time. And he cares about your teeth as he will explain the problems, the recommened treatments. Unlike the dentist I went before...they literally had a finance guy to talk to you about the finance options. Dr. Zeynali, best dentist ever!

I always had issues to go to the dentist. And I know it sounds a cliché, but in my case this is reinforced by a series of really bad experienced. But since I came in Canada and Nafiseh is my dentist my phobia just went away! She is really good plus super sweet! And her work is precise, clean, and she cares to explain to you what are the problems (she show me the ill teeth on my scan and explain how she would proceed). Moreover, I always had the problem that after a little that someone is in my mouth I feel like retching, but with Nafiseh not only I had the experience a lot less than usually, but also she would stop without making me feel embarrassed or anything and she would patiently wait for me to be ok. I had also one appointment with Alireza, while Nafiseh was in her maternity leave… Alireza did a great job too! His work is really precise and clean but he still manage to be fast! Overal I’m really happy to have found this clinic! In general, besides the great skills of the dentists, all the staff is really nice!

They are trusty and really care! and that is the most important point and expectation from your dentist. if you are in an emergency situation, just call this office. surely they would find a way to help you. Doctors are fair. Contrary to many other places, Doctor Ali and Doctor Nafiseh always give you different helpful and practical options and patient's issue has the first priority.

Best Dental Clinic I've been to in Canada. They don't try to rip you off (unlike some places I've been to) and I only worked with Dr. Zeynali so far. One of the most honest Dentists I've ever met. Very humble, and explains literally everything to you about your teeth and what is wrong and what needs to be done to fix the problem. Extremely satisfied with their service and very kind receptions too.

I had a wisdome tooth extraction with another dentist that left me with a very painful dry socket after 3 visits to my own dentist I could not bear the pain and started calling around.. They took me right away even though I had no appointment. Dr.Alireza cleaned my socket applied the dressing and also stiched my wound ( this was a week passed my extraction when my own dentist did not offer any treatment other than narocotics ) I was very pleased with Dr.Alireza's service and care. Today I went again for a follow up visit and I was seen by Dr.Nafiseh who took me as soon as I called in late in the evening. Great experience. I am very glad I found such reliable dentists. Thank you for easing my pain.

This is just a review and only my opinion about my experience. Awful experience with one of male dentists at Downsview Park Dental Clinic. He doesn't care about your teeth. Just to consume all your money. He first took a panorama scan of my teeth. Then convinced me that there are 5-6 problematic teeth. He ended filling in 10 teeth . Sometimes three teeth at once!. Worse dr ever I experience in my whole life!
