I came here last minute on a Saturday to repair a filling that had fallen out. I can say with confidence that this dentist repaired my tooth better than it was done in the first place, and I'm writing this review almost six months later. Front receptionist was also very kind, professional, and cute lol. Will come back here, thank you.

Beautiful office with amiable staff. The large, upscale aquarium definitely helps you relax and reduces anxiety. I highly recommend this location and my dental hygienist, Howard. He is friendly and his cleaning skill is impeccable!

All my life I have always been scared of dentists due to a really bad and painful experience in the past; however, staff at Dental X helped me fully recover from that fear. For that, I cannot thank them enough. As for the quality of their service, my teeth and gums have never been this pretty and healthy. This place.... amazing. I came here today for an emergency dental appointment (at this time dentist clinics only accept emergency appointments due to Covid-19. In order to make this appointment I had phoned yesterday and booked it) My initial phone call with them went swiftly. My call was answered within 2 rings and the receptionist I was speaking to was kind and informative of the procedures and policies during Covid-19. They were able to squeeze me in the next day. Customer service is amazing. The receptionist at the front was polite, swift, and efficient. She helped make the process so easy. I felt very taken care of. Dahlia then helped me into the office. She conducted the necessary procedures for appointments during Covid-19 very thoroughly and she was very kind. It felt like I was in a massage parlour more than a dentist clinic. Dr. Sanaz had treated me and she did such a great job. She took the tie to hear out my concerns in regards to the reason of my visit. Her and Dhalia were quick to operate and the procedure was done in no time at all. Quick, painless, hassle-free. Both Dhalia and Dr. Sanaz were in full PPE gear. I felt very safe for my health and the health of the staff working there. At the front desk there are hand sanitizer stations available. The clinic is well furnished and looks spotless. The receptionist kindly ensures that people stay distanced from themselves and avidly wipes the chairs in the waiting area so they are completely disinfected. I have absolutely no negative remarks at this clinic. I am very grateful for their timely and efficient service. Thank you ladies!

This is a fantastic clinic. I had to switch dentists and when I called to book the receptionist was helpful and friendly. I felt very taken care of. When I arrived at the clinic, it was clean and well maintained. Lots of safety protocols in place due to Covid-19. Claudia was 5 out of 5 stars. She explained the whole process of what cleaning my teeth would entail. She went at a pace that made me feel comfortable as I am very nervous when going to the dentist. She was very skilled and I felt no pain even though I have sensitive gums. I noticed a significant different in how my teeth felt and looked. I was taken about 20 minutes late for my appointment but feel this was due to all the cleaning and safety being followed, so it didn't bother me.

The clinic itself is great- nice design, clean, wonderful equipment. Dr Sanaz Valadi is the one who deserves 1 star and manages to ruin reputation for the entire place. She is constantly late on her appointments without explanation or making any excuse at all. We waited between 30-40 minutes both times. Then she is completely UNABLE TO LISTEN TO YOUR NEEDS. Talks at the same time when you start talking with that nasty attitude “I know everything and you know nothing”. Extremely unfriendly with zero communication skills. Forget that you are a customer, HER MAJESTY will decide- to like or not to like you. At the end you will be slapped with the overpriced bill. She uses the most expensive codes for simplest procedures and your total will be skyrocketed. I also observed how she treats her assistants, helping her with instruments and cleaning: no “thank you” or “please”, just arrogantly ordering around. Owners did the great job with the place, but they should reconsider who they are hiring for the essential positions. P.S. just found out the staff gives each other excellent reviews from fake accounts, no wonder they have great overall rating.

Awesome dental clinic, beautifully designed space and super bright and welcoming. I visit the clinic every 6 months for my teeth cleaning and couldn't be happier with the service and results. Anaida and her staff are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend the clinic.

Certainly there are many who really enjoy having dental work and the ever so slight related oral pain... I was not one of the enlightened, until experiencing the Dental X Team! What a wonderful experience I just enjoyed with the "always smiling faces" of the entire Dental X Team! State of the art,open modern quite fashionable spa concept "The Best" customer service experience I have had in a very long time! All the staff are so amazingly kind! I even went back a second time! Again they were as always all so truly pleasantly friendly,"always with a kind smile on all their faces!" Their marvelous dental work is outstandingly first class! The decor is uber cool! The wonderful Dental X Team is most highly recommend ! They're all amazingly awesome! Too bad one can't as well have a pedicure there, as you'd totally overlook being at the dentist...

My appointment was at 12 , waited one hour to see the dentist. At 12: 50 she decided to see another patient instead of me, because the dentist thought that the other patient’s time is more important than mine! Very disrespectful and judgmental dentist

Very disappointed. They told us my daughter had 10 cavities. we found it hard to believe we took her to another dentist for a second opinion and she only had 1. Stay away... highway robbery. Also, I had written a review last year about this place and they deleted it.

Very poor Dentist. I had appointment at 10:30. She came around 11 am and she even didn't apologize for that. Beside she asked me for x-rays and went to take another patient. My x-rays were done in 5 mins. I waited there for her for almost 15 mins. She was busy with another patient. Receptionist gave me estimation for my treatment saying doc told that. But when I reached home then she calls me and says doc look into your x-rays and you other problem. Do you wanna come back to discuss the treatment. Basically doc even didn't see my x-rays and gave all the treatment options I don't know on what basis.i would suggest nobody to go there. Very careless dentist.

My partner was interested in getting his teeth whitened and since I had already had 1 appointment at dental X for a cleaning (which was a good experience) I suggested he go there as well. When I called the office to inquire about teeth whitening services they explained 2 options: 1. The first (I can’t remember the name of the procedure) was described as a procedure that will provide “a more natural” result. The price for this procedure I believe is around $150 2. The second is zoom whitening which was described as a procedure that would give a more dramatic result (described as ‘bright white’ by the receptionist). The cost for this procedure is $500. My partner decided that he would choose the tooth whitening method once he got to the dentist and could inquire further once the hygienist/dentist saw his teeth. He decided to go with the zoom whitening at a cost of $500. Once his appointment finished he called me and was frustrated because he did not notice a difference in the colour of his teeth AT ALL. He explained to me that after the whitening was done and he looked at his teeth, he expressed to the hygenist that he did not see a difference at all. The hygenist at this point explained that he could come back in 6 months to get the procedure done again as it takes multiple appointments to achieve the ‘bright white’ that was described. The fact that multiple visits was required was NOT EXPLAINED AT ALL. Once he got to reception, he once again expressed that he did not notice a difference. When he got home I looked at his teeth and I was shocked that after paying $500 I also did not notice a difference. His teeth were still very discoloured. He was actually not even interested in getting the brightest of white teeth, but because his teeth were fairly discoloured from years of build up and wearing braces, he figured zoom would best fit his needs. I was so frustrated that I called Dental X to explain our concern. The receptionist explained that zoom whitening requires multiple visits to attain the whitest shade. The fact that MULTIPLE VISITS for zoom whitening would be necessary to obtain the “bright white” results that were described to us was NOT EXPLAINED TO ME WHEN I MADE THE INTIAL PHONE CALL TO INQUIRE ABOUT WHITENING IN THE FIRST PLACE, NOR WAS IT EXPLAINED TO MY PARTNER AS HE SAT IN THE CHAIR AT THE DENTIST. He was simply told that zoom whitening results in bright white teeth “like veneers” as it was put by the hygenist. This lack of information COMPLETELY MISLEAD both my partner and I into thinking that after this $500 procedure, he would come out with white teeth, when in fact we see NO DIFFERENCE (when speaking to the receptionist she explained that his teeth did move up 2 shades...although neither of us notice a difference and his teeth are still blatantly discoloured). To be told the procedure would result in bright white teeth and have him come out with yellow teeth is absolutely maddening. $500 down the drain...not to mention the additional money that will be spent at another dentist to get the whitening he desires. We have cancelled all future appointments and will be looking for a new dentist and will NOT be encouraging anyone else to go to this dentist. When I cancelled our future appointments the receptionist asked why. My response was “we recently had a very bad experience at your office.” Her response was verbatim “Okay no problem!” Not even the slightest effort to try to rectify the situation (or even inquire as to what the bad experience was in the first place). Wow! To be clear, the issue is that we were both told the procedure would result in bright white teeth period. There was ABSOLUTELY NO MENTION THAT MULTIPLE VISITS WOULD BE NECESSARY TO ACHIEVE THE RESULTS DESCRIBED. Had this been explained to us it would be a completely different story and he would have explored other options. I am disgusted that this office would mislead a patient into getting a $500 service that did not deliver on the results that were promised.

WOW! I was referred here through mutual friends for an emergency root canal. Let me tell you, the service is impeccable, everyone at this office is there to make your day pleasant and I have never felt like this in any dental office, trust me I have been to many. The dentist has an angels touch, I felt nothing. The procedure took roughly 45 minutes. I will be making this my go to dental office even though they are a while away. Thank you for such great service, keep it up guys!!

Stay away from this place, they are very racist! Yes, they will acted nice to you at first because they need your business and they will book you unnecessary appointments because they want your money. Also, if you are an international student with private health insurance, they will book you in just to look at you so that they can charge your insurance. Beware of them, Claudia charged my insurance and then want me to pay her cash upfront which for a service that I already paid for! She sent my information to the collections because I refused to pay twice. She cannot proof to me that I owed her, I am an international student who is not working and cannot afford to pay her over $300 for something that the insurance have already paid! They changed dates to tricked you into believing them that you did not pay, and they tell you that the insurance did not cover your the payments even though you have proof from the insurance company that they paid for the service. You were warned!

This is an amazing dental office! The office is beautiful and looks like a Spa with stunning aquariums. The dentist is great as are the whole staff. Claudia is very helpful - top notch in the reception area. I am so glad I found this progressive dental office. Highly recommended!
