I almost never leave reviews but this time I was so satisfied with the service provided by clove dental that I decided to leave my feedback and express how thankful I am and also I know that it’s a real struggle to find a good dentist in gta, so maybe this review will be helpful for someone who is looking for a dentist. I had an inflammation around an impacted wisdom tooth and moreover the tooth was in a wrong position and close to a facial nerve. So I was extra considerate while choosing a dentist. Dr. Hamid Mirlohi is an experienced doctor because the tooth extraction was so well done that after anesthesia I almost didn’t feel ANY pain so I already stopped taking painkillers on the 2nd day. While extracting the tooth, he was explaining to me every step and also afterwards he gave me a clear explanation on what I should do at home in order to improve healing process. So I’m absolutely satisfied

Great work done by the doctor. My appointment happened on the same day I called as it was an emergency, I let her know. Sent the xrays and boom ; I was called right away. Dr. Hamid is credible and a perfect surgeon, knows what he’s doing. I had a really bad tooth abscess and only needed a surgeon who could pull this out. Such relief after he took out the widsom teeths in time, gave me all the prescription and right advice. Kudos to Dr. Hamid :)

On June 12th, I suddenly developed tooth pain (in tooth #36). I went to Dr. Hamid Mirlohi's Clove Dental office as it was closer to my place and was open on Saturday. Though I am not his regular patient, he accommodated me immediately. He made some Occlusal (bite) adjustments that gave me immediate relief. As the tooth needed root canal treatment, he gave me an appointment for following Monday. Root canal treatment went very well. After a week, today, he finished the procedure. After the treatment tooth looks as good as new. Besides this amazing experience his fees are very reasonable. He explained to me all the options before the root canal treatment. Dr. Hamid Mirlohi's team is very professional in making a patient feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you Mel and Farah. I recommend Clove Dental to any new patients or anyone looking to change their dentist.

Dr. Hamid Mirlohi is very nice, friendly and he explained everything about implants, options with the prices and he also offered financing option for me because implants are so costly and my financial ability is limited. It took 6 months for the whole process of implants and crowns and the result was GREAT. In term of payment, for my case I paid my crowns with my own money upfront and filed for insurance afterwards which the staff in the office helped me with. The staff are very nice and helpful as well. Overall my experience is great, I am satisfied with his work and I would go to him again should I need future work / implant done.

I would highly recommend everyone to avoid this clinic. The only objective of Dr. Hamid Mirlohi is to find different ways to make money out of your insurance (I don't want to say this but this is what I felt it after my 2 visits). He will tell you everything that should be done on your teeth even though you might be only looking for cleaning. The process here is completely non-transparent, like they will get your X-Rays done without even asking and confirming with you and cost is never informed in advance. On their website, they advertise (check latest screenshot attached) as Free Consulting, Cleaning etc for new patients (later you will realize its a trap) but once you reach there Dr. Hamid will make excuses like website is not updated for last 3 years. For scaling, every hygienist will give you different schedule for next appointment. Some say 4 months, next time another will say 3 months. Every unit of scaling is ideally done for 15 min. But they did my 3 units of scaling in less than 30 mins both the times. They will never inform you the cost of all procedures upfront, initially they told me $200 but I ended up paying more than $500. Dr. Hamid was offended(initially he was kinda nice) but once I told him I don't want to get the procedure done here and instead prefer to go with my family dentist. It really surprised me since you don't expect from a kind and caring doctor. You will be asked for your insurance coverage multiple times to see if there is scope of charging extra anywhere. I will never visit his clinic again and will never refer to anyone for sure. Please go at your risk....I just hope and wish no one have similar experiences like me. I regret my decision every single minute. Pain? Really I didn't expect you to lie about it. I came and asked for basic cleaning since its been some time back. I never ever complained of any pain or any problems whatsover. The hygienist only did the cleaning which was good but it should be 4 units(for 30 min sitting each time) and not 6 units by any means. I checked my in and out time on each visit. I didn't get anything done apart from that. Just to make it very clear. Unfair? Is it fair to do X-Rays/dental procedures without telling its upfront cost or Is it fair to do 3 unit scaling in less than 30 mins each time or Is it fair to upload misleading information on your website to attract new customers or Is it fair to get offended if I choose not to get my dental procedure done at your clinic or Is it fair to ask my insurance coverage like 10 times on every visit? Its my choice whether I want to disclose my insurance coverage or not and what I want to get it done here or anywhere in the world. On a positive note, I want to deeply thank the lady at reception who listened to me patiently and understood my concerns but it was too late to make any changes. Lessons learnt anyways.

By far the most detailed consult I’ve ever received. This is the worst dental service I've ever received. I went in for a simple cleaning and was charged for things I didn't ask for. My claim was made the day of however they tried to make another claim of $135 two days after my appointment! The doctor was condescending and arrogant. I HIGHLY recommend to go elsewhere. I did have a follow up. I said I would let you know. I took a look at my claims history and saw all the things I was charged for that did not specify on my receipt. That is the reason why I haven't followed up and definitely not going here for invisalign.

Employee behaviour is nice and friendly, I didn’t wait for my appointment even for 5 minutes which is really rare in clinics; dr Mirlohi is knowledgeable, professional and nice , also he care about you and does his best for making you happy and satisfied.
