The staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. The dentist was very nice and informative. Dr. Atefeh made me feel right at home and as if I was a friend. She provided excellent service and I will be coming here for all my future dental needs! The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. The manager, Reshma, was very helpful to me in getting the process coordinated. The admin Divya was also very professional and ensure that my visit was going smoothly. My visit was like visiting friends. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Most efficient dental clinic in north york area. From first day of check-up to the end day of my treatment this clinic has amazed me with their professionalism. I happen to first interact with Divya Arya, she explained me about entire process. She has been absolute fantastic with appointments and follow ups. Dr. Atefeh has provided absolute painless treatment which every patient practically desires. She made sure patient understands the proposed treatment. Also, during the treatment ensured that I am not anxious and post treatment provide an update on the treatment. She is confident and approachable. She answers every query with so much patience.

After researching invisalign for some months and visiting different clinics, I decided to go with 5000 Yonge Dental for my invisalign treatment. I felt confident that Dr. Rouah understood the uniqueness and complexity of my case and now that I'm done my treatment; I have to say I'm thoroughly impressed. Dr. Rouah really took his time with me and discussed all of my options. During the course of my treatment if I had any questions or concerns they were answered promptly by himself, or his knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

They say open Friday 9-2pm. Showed up at 11am and not a single soul was around. Lights off door locked. Nothing on the answering machine or sign on the door. Very disappointed

Besides a very lovely dentist, WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Every time I tried to call no one call back. Been there a couple of weeks ago. Front desk has no idea what they are doing, but somehow also does not shut up. No one follows up with you. If you want an over all great experience this is NOT a place to go.

I had my invisalign braces done at this practice in 2013. After I finished all my trays, the dentist at that time installed the retainer to my top and bottom row of teeth. He installed the top ones too high and I could barely get my flosser through, which is essential when you have a retainer in. During one of my flossing attempts, my retainer came off two of my teeth, and I had a sharp metal wire sticking down into my mouth. I had to get it cut immediately at another dental office closer to my house as I had to go to work when it happened. Since then, my teeth have shifted (even in the areas where the retainer did not come off). I now have gap in my teeth which I never had before I did invisalign. I called the office to ask them to fix it, and they told me that I will need to pay again for new braces. Because $5K wasn't enough already. The office is modern and clean, and the staff is overall nice. But I am exceptionally unhappy about my experience with invisalign, and I feel that it is unfair for them not to honor their "product."

Went to the Smile Diirect Clinic for a 9 a.m. appointment. This clinic is quite a distance away from me but this is the only one in TO that is open currently. When I arrived, there were already people in line. I was not able to get in till 9:10 and then go through the sign in process. Afterwards sat and waited till about 9:20. Once I went in for my appointment, Lisa was very good at asking questions to make the visit very effective. She went through the necessary process of documenting the changes needed and answering any questions I had. Thanks Lisa. We completed the visit in about half hour. Plan the whole visit to about an hour, by the time you park etc.. Parking was $10.

This dental clinic is awesome. From the receptionist to the Drs to the manager of the office. Everyone is so warm and inviting. The look of the place is super modern and clean. So glad I found this location. It’s also accessible via tunnel!

Absolutely hated this office. Both Dr Rouah and his staff were very rude to me. If I asked any questions related to what was being done they just told me " as long as Dr Rouah knows thats all you need to know". All the teeth he worked on are all sensitive now. I can't even drink a glass of water at room temp without being in pain. When I came to this office, I had no pain, now many of my teeth hurt. DON'T GO TO THIS OFFICE unless you want to pay a lot of money and be in constant pain afterwards!!!

I was patient at this facility since they started about 10 or more years ago, then they changed owners and slowly the quality of service deteriorated. I stuck with them despite the distance from my home as I only went for my routine hygiene appointments, my hygienists were very friendly and it TBH it's a pain to find a new dentist. The final straw for me was when I needed a referral to a maxillofacial surgeon and the dentist referred me to another general practitioner. When I got there they were all stumped as to why I was referred there. After I complained to the dentist and asked to be reimbursed for the wasted dental visit ($133), I was informed that they could do nothing about it and offered me a free teeth whitening as comp - like seriously Not only were they irresponsible, disorganized and negligent but they showed a total disregard to me as a patient. I hope anyone that's looking for a new dental office reads this and turns the other way.

This office is so dishonest. They tell you one thing and then do another. They maxed out my insurance plan in one appointment! This never happened to me before. My previous dentist was able to use my insurance throughout the entire year. Do not trust them. They did fillings that I didn't need and on top of this I now have severe pain on all the fillings he did.

My experience with Dr. Rouah has been exceptionally positive...I feared dentists most of my life and I found Dr. Rouah had the personality and the gentleness that I needed to get past my fears. He has a method of injecting a needle that I did not even feel and asked him to verify that he did actually give it to me... I have had many procedures such as veneers and invisalign and am so delighted with the results. His staff is professional and courteous and WOW is the office beautiful and spotless...Dr.Rouah is a brilliant dentist and surrounds himself with the best possible staff.

I had an awesome experience from my beginning at reception which was welcoming, and also really helpful the tone reception sets put you at ease if you have anxiety as myself in a dental office...to top off my experience Dr Atefeh is the best she is very knowledgeable, makes you feel comfortable, engages you in her discussion she don't approach her service as I am the Prefessional she leaves room for your input in decision making and also to answer questions...I will recommend Dr Atefeh all day, anyday, everyday she is the best. My Experience with Dr Rouah was absolutely amazing. He took me in and treated me like family and told me I had less of a problem then another dentist had told me in Toronto which drives me nuts. You never know when someone is being dishonest and Dr Rouah is a straight shooter. Showed me the issues and explained what needed to be done. He gave me a couple fillings and I'm thinking now about getting Invisalign knowing my smile can be improved. My time there was great and the staff was very kind to me. I would say give them a try they are great.

I had a horrible experience at this office. After reading the reviews about Dr. Rouah, I find it hard to believe that all the five star reviews are true and all the negative reviews are false and fabricated. This office is very pompous starting with Dr Rouah and steming down throughout the entire office staff. They like to bad mouth all other offices which is extremely unprofessional. Regardless of their less than adequate bed side manner, the dental work done here is definitely below average. I had the invisilign treatment with Dr Rouah who promised me my treatment would be done in six to nine months. Well its over a year now and I am not nearly close to being finished. I obtained another consult from another dentist who told me that I will require at least one more year of treatment. I should have listened to my gut feeling at the very beginning that this office is not honest. I am sure their office staff will write a response saying that this review is prefabricated just as they have done with all their negative reviews, but hopfully most people will consider my review when considering treatment at this office and save themselves a world of problems.

I tried 5000yongedental after reading the reviews about this dentistry. I would highly recommend them now that I have been here. Eric Rouah was great. I would say he is the best dentist in Toronto I have ever been too. Location is very nice and everyone is super friendly.
