Today was my first visit with this clinic. I had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa at the front desk and Luella did my cleaning/X-rays and such. Lisa was very pleasant to deal with and made the process very simple to become a new patient and also while checking in for my appointment. Luella was extremely friendly and outgoing and walked me through everything with great explanations and did as all hygienists should do and gave me tips on how to take better care of my teeth. I felt very welcomed and comfortable and would recommend this dental office to anyone. Thank you all for being so friendly and I’ll see you next time!

The whole team at Lonsdale Dental are so kind, compassionate, and informative. From my first appointment, Lisa, Nadine, and Dr. Soni immediately put me at ease. My second appointment, with more work to be done, Dr. Soni and Luella were incredibly kind and calm. Everything is explained in detail, from treatment to cost. The office is extremely clean, and the treatment areas are well spaced. They take good precautions and protocols to ensure the safety of both their staff and patients. Thank you for the 5 star care! My wisdom tooth was aching pretty bad, so I booked an appointment to check it out. Thank God Dr. Soni was able to extract it right away during the same appointment. She explained everything about the surgery, what to expect after, and I was as good as new just 2 days after it. Definitely a good experience. Her hygienist was super nice too (I can't remember her name unfortunately!).

Today was my first dental appointment since moving here in Canada. I was so anxious since I'm not really fond of going to the dentist due to a bad experience before. I was surprised of how nice, calm, and sincere they are at Lonsdale Dental Centre. From the front staff where Lisa will assist you down to Majgan and Dr. Joon Choi who have been very gentle and informative throughout the session. I could never be happier with the care they gave me and with my oral health. ????

We are surprised to hear of your experience as we were under the impression that you were happy with the work that was completed for you at our office after multiple visits with us"** ^^This is completely FALSE. Every single time I have gone I have expressed my concerns and that I am unhappy with the work (even before getting it completed) and have witnesses and evidence to prove it, as well as witnesses to how rude Kat is. Don't post false statements, acting "surprised" to make yourselves look better on the internet, while boasting professionalism. _______________ Original Review: Horrible experience every time I have gone for dental work, from cleanings to veneers. To start Kat the receptionist is by far one of the rudest people I have ever met, extremely unprofessional. They assured me they were qualified to do veneers but that was very obviously not the case. They showed me all of the shades to which I had expressed the lightest shade did not seem white enough for what I wanted, they assured me it would look whiter in my mouth. They sent my moulds in to the lab and showed me what my final veneers would look like to which I said they don’t look white enough and I wasn’t pleased with the shape. Once again they assured me they would look whiter and better shape once in my mouth. Lacking my better judgement I took their professional opinion and went forth with getting them on my teeth. I’m sure you can assume what the outcome was. They are not even close to what I wanted, the shade is the same as my bottom teeth which I have never whitened and I’m still not pleased with the shape. After having them finished they then told me there was a whiter shade they don’t show to clients because “they don’t think it looks natural.” They then proceeded to say how it’s not their fault because I chose the shade, as if they hadn’t essentially coerced me into believing it would be different once they were done. I’ve gone back a few times since getting them and every time they given no solution. Only to call back when the owner was there, which they seemed to never be so I’ve given up. It’s now about 2years later and I’m looking to having them redone somewhere else and spending another $20k. I’m not even someone to write reviews but hopefully this will save someone thousands of dollars

Dental appointments are not something one looks forward to but I have to say that my experience with the Lonsdale Dental Centre was as close to stress-free as you can possibly get. Absolutely pain free, even though it had been awhile since my last cleaning. The staff are so friendly and warm, the dentist is welcoming and open to your concerns. The staff are super friendly, and personable but also very professional and efficient at what they do. They honestly seem to remember who you are every time you visit! My dental visits are always on time and I'm well informed each step of the appointment. They are also on top of any follow up required as well. One other thing, I can't say enough about the hygienists! In particular, you are in great hands if you are lucky enough to get Luella who is very down to earth and friendly and also great at providing knowledge and guidance throughout the appointment. As someone (like many) who dreads going to the dentist, I really feel very comfortable and relaxed with the staff here every time.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Soni and it was a lovely experience! Lisa was kind and welcoming and I felt super comfortable. It’s refreshing to speak with a doctor like Dr. Soni who doesn’t make you feel less than and educates you on what’s going on with your health. She took the time to explain every procedure that she recommended based off of her examination and I felt completely at ease. Krystyna was also such a pleasure to interact with as well! Her laidback but professional attitude was wonderful to experience. I can’t wait to continue to work with them in the future.

This was my first visit here, and I was very happy with it. New patient process was smooth, appointment follow up, reminders were great. Ladies at the front desk were very friendly when I went in. My dental hygienist was very good and did a very careful clean up. Was very efficient and good with the whole process. Dr. Sonia was nice too, although I had a very brief time with her. When you enter, super friendly staff (Cat & Lisa) welcomes you. Even though I only had to wait a few minutes, doctor and staff still apologized and said "thank you for waiting" several times. I had my first appointment with Dr.Anita Orendi. She was very kind and thoughtful. She was extra careful to ensure no sensitive spots in my mouth were touched by surprise. Krystyna assisted with my dental exam. Again, she was also very friendly and kind. Overall, the dentist itself was very clean. I even saw staff cleaning thoroughly during my 1 hour stay there. The dental cost were reasonable, too. My favourite dentist in North Van for sure! :)

I find Lonsdale Dental Center through Capilano University website for student care. I got an appointment for cleaning and test. I met Luella as hygienist, i welcomed in this center well by Luella, she is nice, kind and experienced hygienist. Warm and friendly. Then i met Dr. Roshanak Rahmanian, A nice lady visited me and did tests accurately and explain everything by detail. I had a great experience in this Center and will continue my treatment for sure. The Clinic was tidy and organized and location is very good. I do recommend it.

All of the staff here are extremely nice and really care about you and your health. I've had a few less than stellar hygienists in the past, but here, I've had nothing but great experiences. Excellent experience first time visit with Dr. Soni and her assistant Katryn who did a real good work prepping my tooth for fitting of a crown in two weeks time. Clinic is well appointed with easy access and welcoming front desk staff. Only downside, the clinic has no parking stalls for its clients and only roadside parking , if available, for one hour only.

My first 2 visits with this dentist have been amazing. The first time was to assess my painful tooth that needed to be removed. Because of my horrible dental history, I'm very prone to crying at the dentist because of shaming my dental health and habits which normally shoots my anxiety through the roof. But the amazing staff of Lonsdale Dental Centre have been nothing but supportive, positive, and friendly towards me and my dental health. The front staff were kind and patient with me, the dental hygienists were professional, reassuring, and very understanding, and the dentists were just beyond words amazing. My dentist Dr Soni who extracted my tooth thoroughly explain my procedure, what was happening, and what will happen after the procedure. I felt totally safe under their care and I've started a slow but steady pace on restoring my dental health following their recommendations and guidance. I would 10/10 recommend these lovely people

Honestly - I have never had a better experience at a dentist. I have been going to Lonsdale Dental Centre for years and every time I am always impressed with their service. The dentists are honest and efficient. Lisa (the receptionist) is an incredibly kind person who is very good at her job. She is always friendly and tries to help out in anyway she can. She always goes above and beyond in every interaction with patients. Denise (hygienist) is outstanding at her job. She can clean your teeth like no other. She is also so friendly and helpful. She makes the whole experience pleasant. Luella, one of the other hygienists, is the sweetest, kindest ray of sunshine. She does everything she possibly can to make your visit an enjoyable one. She is full of laughter and jokes but also is very informative as she explains what is going on with your teeth. I honestly felt like I was sitting with a friend as she made me so comfortable and made me laugh so much. I already love this place but she made me love it even more because she is there. I highly recommend her as a hygienist who will do a thorough job on your teeth as well. If I could give Lonsdale Dental Centre an extra star I would but Google won’t let me :)

Her cheerful and patient manner helps us to feel relaxed and the dental work is pain free and very skillfully done. She takes the time to explain the treatment step by step.
