I love the staff and Dr Johnson who are all so kind and compassionate. The moment you enter the office door you are greeted by the friendly and dedicated staff and a feeling of calmness I cant explain. From the very beginning Dr Johnson has been so supportive, kind and caring. After each step of my transformation he always takes that extra step in calling to check in on me. I've NEVER had a Dr. care that much. I've had to call his personal phone a few times and always know he will go above and beyond when it comes to my care. The BEST experience of my life. I absolutely love my new me and this opportunity to regain my self confidence and the ability to smile again. Highly recommend this team of hero's. I was referred to Dr. Johnson by a local dentist to help give me my smile back. He worked on every tooth and gave me such a wonderful smile! Each tooth is shaped to look like an original tooth, rather than the same shape and size. He constantly asked how I was doing, if I needed more freezing, and held a mirror up so I could see the progress. He gave me back my confidence to smile and laugh without having to cover My mouth. My face hurts from smiling, as I am making up for lost time. I wish I had seen him earlier! If you are thinking of fixing your teeth to give you back your smile and confidence, please call Dr. Johnston! The only regret you will have is that you did not do it sooner. What a most amazing experience going to Dr. J’s dentistry!! I have had traumatic experiences with other dentists during my life. All of the staff are so nice, the technology that they use is 21st Century! This is not your 1960’s dental office!! I had two crowns installed, created from 3D images taken during my visit, crowns made in house, baked and glued in. And the follow up phone call from Dr. Ross a day later was a total surprise!! Such a great experience all round, a real jewel in North Bay!!

I am and have forever been scared and untruthful of dentists. I am almost 40 and this remains the same. I had an emergency situation yesterday and was so blessed to receive care from this office. I had a fall which resulted in several broken front teeth. I travelled to North Bay for an appointment. I'm normally a very nervous patient so Dr. Johnston used laughing gas and I actually fell asleep during the treatment. He redid my smile with 2 crowns and 4 porcelain veneers in one appointment with his amazing technology. I developed so much trust with the staff that I came back for 5 implants and then crowns 4 months later. My smile has never looked so good! Thank you and your professional staff for such wonderful care.

I recently had a "smile makeover." I was not even aware of the service until a friend mentioned it. Dr. Johnston performed a mock-up so that I knew what it would look like after. He was great at explaining the process. You could tell that he is very passionate and enthusiast about his work. The staff were friendly, upbeat and very professional. The makeover was a success! My front teeth are straight and even! What a different a new smile can make on your confidence. Later that evening, after the procedure, Dr. Johnston called to check and see how I was doing. I have never had a dentist call me at home before. I thought that was a nice, personal touch. Thank you so much again! I am so happy with the results!!

There are many dentists who work on teeth in this town, but there is only one who is absolutely amazing at fixing teeth but not only that giving you your smile and a second chance at oral health! He takes his time, he makes you feel like you’re getting special treatment yet he jumps to the next patient and makes them feel the same way. Truly one of a kind!
