We're fairly new to North Bay. Moving to a new city in a pandemic and trying to find dental and health care providers is understandably a challenge. Dr. Bonstein's staff, and the doctor, herself, are great and do great work. I definitely recommend her and her team.

From the first visit to my most recent visit this dentist, and her team can not be beat! They are caring, understanding, knowledgeable, helpful and go above, and beyond for their patients. Where going to the dentist used to be a very anxiety filled experience, with some worry, that no longer exist. Anyone wanting the best dental experience from a dentist, and her team that truly cares, and is compassionate should definitely go to North Care Dental, they can’t be beat, and I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Every staff member I have met is beyond wonderful and very knowledgeable. Dr Bonstein and the North Care Dental team are so caring and welcoming. I have had a few horrible experiences at other dentist offices in North Bay and area in the last year. I was starting to lose hope in finding a caring and gentle dentist in North Bay. My hope was restored at the North Care Dental office!! Dr. Bonstein is very knowledgable and has gone above and beyond to help me. I had to have freezing two times and both times were the best experiences I have had. Dr. Bonstein took her time administering the needles and was very gentle. I was so nervous and anxious due to past dental experiences and I cant say enough about how amazing Dr. Bonstein is. Since January of 2021, amidst this COVID crisis, I’ve had significant dental work required. Three crowns, a bridge, and veneer for a front tooth. Every procedure was done to perfection. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Dr. Bonstein. You run a fabulous practice. Your staff, Loretta, Kennedy, Victoria, and many dental assistants have been friendly, courteous, respectful and most professional. Chantal, your hygienist, is exceptional. Dr. Patel and his staff are amazing. I have suffered from severe dental anxiety for years, but finally I have found a dentist and a team of wonderful hygienists who have eased my anxiety and my visits are always pleasant. Recently I had a tooth repaired and Dr. Patel told me what he was doing at each step and told me how long he would be, he checked in with me frequently, asking if I was okay. It was quick and painless! What a great dental practice, highly recommended!!

I broke a tooth which was needed to support my lower partial denture. Dr Bonstein built me a new one, working around the partial denture so that it rested perfectly, which I did not think possible. She did a lovely job, and I believe that the tooth she built is the nicest looking tooth that I have. Everything went perfectly, and I did not feel any pain whatsoever during any part of the procedure.

I have been a long time patient of North Care Dental and I'm always so impressed on how caring the whole entire team is. My hygienist always remembers my kids names and what stages they are at in their lives. She's always so kind and has a very gentle touch and never rushes the appointment. The ladies at the front desk are so efficient and really know how a dental office should run. From pleasant reminder calls, thank god, to greeting you with a big smile. Great place. Been a client for 3 years. Most recently had an implant and during the procedure no less than 3 office staff spent considerable time sorting through the different shades so the implant would match the other teeth. Result perfection. We always feel welcome and treated like family. "Exceptional Dental Care Clinic" would be a more appropriate name.
